King Movers and Storage was able to accommodate my move for the requested date and explained an estimate based on information I provided to them. The team sent to perform the move did a fantastic job dismantling, protecting (blankets, tape & plastic wrap were used) and reassembling my furniture at the new home. I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do.
