I've moved about 5-6 times over the years, and rate Brave the best mover I've experienced by far. Firstly, they were the best value cost wise by far. I called most of the "top reviewed" movers on Yelp, if it saves folks time to see who had the best price, and it was Brave. Secondly, communication was excellent! Very prompt, very very professional, and thorough. Lastly, they did an amazing job with the move. My move was in a high rise and consisted of a bunch of furniture, boxes, etc and was a pretty standard 1BR Apt move. They were careful, thoughtful, fast, and went above and beyond with the job. What more can you ask for? I also recommended them to the management in my high rise. I generally don't write a lot of Yelp reviews, but given how stressful moving can be if you are in need of a mover, cannot recommend Brave enough!

The last time that we used the service in 2024, they left belongings behind, a lot of stuff. We were repeat customers. We had to move the left items and they gave me grief for requesting a $100.00 credit/rebate. They also "lost" belongings. The other day I was going to give them another chance, and gained quotes for 2 moves....2 locations. I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. They are not the company they once were.
