I provided him with information, he promised me he would take care of me. I went to bed. At 11:00am, my son received his luggage. A month earlier I had taken my machine to the actual Formax world headquarters up in Dover NH. Formax begrudgingly fixed one gear for about $250 total and then tried to sell me a new machine -- giving me an inflated estimate to fix the one I have to make buying one from them look better. Then I found the DeBourke Company a couple of weeks later. They were able to schedule an on location service call for a day or two after my call. DeBourkes technician came out and did a great job -- in fact he has it running like new. If you own one of these machines I am sure you know - you'll either get ransomed to have it fixed or sold a new one.
