I was able to schedule a dumpster to be delivered the day the job got started. The other companies would work with me to get a dumpster. Thats what makes Tiger Dumpsters different. We scheduled the delivery and pick up. The dumpster arrived earlier then scheduled and picked it up in the afternoon.It was perfect. They scheduled the pick up for what tome was best for me. My brother and I were in desperate need of a dumpster so we could clean out our dad's house and list it in a very tight timeframe. The only guy we knew was in the Merrimack Valley area and the Saugus/Melrose/Lynnfield area was (understandably) too far for him to deliver. After seeing Tiger's reviews, we decided to give them a try. Unlike a few other local companies we had called, Will was extremely responsive, customer service oriented, and offered very competitive pricing. He delivered a clean, freshly painted dumpster to the house the very next day, and was completely understanding and flexible when we asked to keep it a few extra days on the back end. Plus, he was a very honest, kind, and friendly guy who responded to every text I sent in mere minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to call Tiger again for any dumpster needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. PS I just want to be clear that this isn't one of those biased personal plugs. We live way up on the Northshore and this was our very first time having to rent a dumpster down in the Saugus/Melrose/Lynnfield area. Rich is a hands on owner of his business. Very responsive(returning calls), punctual(pickup and drop off of dumpster), patient (explained the procedure to a 1st time dumpster renter), great value. I called Rich and left a message on his machine inquiring about a dumpster rental for the waste of an old porch I demolished. Within a few hours he called me back and patiently explained the best option for me. The next morning the dumpster was expertly delivered to my narrow driveway and I was able to clear out my porch junk, as well as a load of junk I had in my basement. My father in law used them to clear out his basement, and he recommended them to me. I've used them 4 times now. 3 times for mixed demolition materials and once for 6 tons of concrete. They're better than the others with pricing, particularly on concrete, but they're also easy to reach and fast to reply. They're also very careful about where they put the bin. The TLC felt respectful. Even tough my house was a disaster on purchase, you'd think he was setting a dumpster on a fancy patio. read more

Rich is great about finding a day that he can bring a dumpster in the morning, I load it, and he picks it up in the afternoon so I have my driveway back to park my cars in at night. I wanted to review Tiger Dumpsters because I recently inherited a condo from someone who was hoarding. However, the condo association won't allow a dumpster in the parking lot & those Bagster deals won't even make a dent or be worth it. I was just at a loss of where to begin or turn, where there is a place to dump & costs etc. I spoke with Rich & he was super friendly & gave me advice & all the information I needed. I've been so stressed as to what to do or who I could find the info from & now just after that conversation today I'm relieved because it a huge thing of my to do or to find out list. We even got disconnected & he called me right back. They seem truthful, helpful, fairly priced & very down to earth. Dealing with dumpster companies is usually such a drag. Most are so crooked and rude, right up there with towing companies.Tiger is the exception. We have used Tiger several times over 15 years for my man's roofing company. Very friendly, courteous and prompt. Rare in dumpster business. Most importantly, FAIR. Most try to stick you with extra weight charge when it's not true, just because they so often get away with it. Never happened w/ Tiger. The man I speak to on the phone is always friendly and helpful. Trustworthy. Fair pricing, too. Highly recommended. read more
