They make it easy to order, on time deliver and pickup with fair rates. The drivers are friendly and professional

Sales was great to deal with. Customers service handled my matters and Delivered and picked up was on time

RUN!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! They are incompetent and ripoffs!! Check with your local dumpster company and consider exploring better options elsewhere. I asked for a 20yd, they delivered a 30yd dumpster. Overhead powerlines were in the way. They took back the 30yd and charged me for a "trip fee". I decided not to business with them any longer. Later that day, to my surprise, they sent a 10yd dumpster to my home - which I did not request/order. I called their supervisor, she told me I still have to pay the "trip fee", and she is not sure "of the specifics" as to why there is a 10yd dumpster in my driveway. No one from the company reached out to me to explain why the 10yd was sitting in my driveway for 3 days. I kept receiving emails advising me about the fees I had to pay, even after their gross incompetence. It has been a nightmare. RUN! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! read more

Service before hand was great. The communication leading up to the delivery was great and the dumpster arrived on time. The driver that took the dumpster was helpful and a pleasure. read more

We had our dumpster dropped off and picked up by the same driver named George and he was very professional and was very friendly. He truly is an asset to the company. read more

Delivered right on time as scheduled, also, picked up in a timely fashion as scheduled. Cost was reasonable and comparable to others. I will definitely call Budget again for another dumpster, we're in purge/ clean out mode at our house read more

Completely unreliable drop-off and pick-up. If you have a hard deadline on pick-up, go somewhere else. They promised to pick it up before the 30th when the new owner moved-in. I called them 2 days ahead of time to tell them they can pick it up early. They promised to have it picked up on the 29th or 30th. It is now the 1st and the new home owners are furious there's a dumpster at their house. DO NOT USE. read more

What a great experience! They really came through for me. I had a very specific request, as I was on a time crunch for closing the sale of my home, and ran into a last minute junk issue with tenants leaving behind an extensive amount of belongings. The dumpster was available within just 2 days of my request. Although the company can not guarantee a drop off time, I had also requested to just be informed when the dumpster was dropped off, and the driver made that happen for me. He called me to double check where he should place it, and to let me know it was there. The request was also to only have the dumpster for 24 hours, and this was not an issue. the whole process was seamless, affordable, and led by great communication. read more

Everything went as planned. It was very easy to schedule online for delivery and pickup. Great courtesy reminder notifications via text for pickup and delivery. I will rent from them and would recommend this company. read more

Do not use this company. Called for a small dumpster. Gave me a bigger one for the same price. Which was nice. But my pick up date was a Saturday . Which i did not know they did not do pick ups. Asked them if they could do Friday on account of rain and making the load heavy. They said do not worry. Two weeks later a random 250.00 charge. read more

Great service and price! They were up front with everything we needed to know when we rented a dumpster. we would definitely recommend Budget Dumpster! read more

Did not know they were a broker. If we did then we would.actually call a place locally. They cost us a lot of money by not scheduling pick and return with the actuall dumpster company. Took 4 days get it dump and returned amd still havent not even schudualed yet read more

Dealing with Scott was such a pleasure. He was very clear with information and delivery and pick up was timely and efficient. Would definitely refer them to my friends. read more

Excellent service good, communication I can Rent from Budget Dumpster Again no problem:

The staff on phone friendly responsive. Good communication. The dumpster itself looks beat up horribly ..an eye sore on my driveway but not a deal breaker. I rented 30 yard dumpster with 2 ton limit for 650 and was explained charges per ton if go over. My problem is that the dumpster was barely half full. I calculated shingles dumped and admittedly went over 2 tons but they are trying to tell me that 1 rug 4 trash bags and 3 medium size branches weigh over 1000 pounds to put me over 1.25 tons. BASICALLY JACKING UP OVERAGE CHARGES. LOOKS LIKE A GOOD DEAL BUT BETWEEN THE WEIGH STATION DUMP OR BUDGET DUMPSTER SOMEONE IS OVERCHARGING MAKING PRICES NOT SO BUDGET. read more

This company provided good service. Easy to set up appointments, delivered and picked up dumpsters on time.

Communication with the staff was straight forward via text messaging. Delivery on-time; very courteous service. On-time pickup to carry away. read more

Awful awful awful!! They have great front end customer service, and they even deliver and pickup the dumpsters on time. The problem is that they are WAY overpriced. 2 tons for 625 is not a good price, if you're getting a 30 yard dumpster you're likely going to need at least 5 tons. they will charge you 130 additional for each extra ton, so if you use a dumpster from them and fill it with 5 tons, you will get charged over 1,000!! I made the unfortunate mistake of filling a dumpster to 9 tons, and realizing they are wayyy overpriced, paying 1400 for a single dumpster is absurd...I am now going with millenium, great customer service, 725 a dumpster with a 5 ton limit, AND they dont haggle you for more money if you need the dumpster for longer than 2 weeks read more

Spoke with pleasant woman when I ordered dumpster. Was a fair price. Arrived at my house promptly by a kind gentleman. Eight days after my husband and I filled it, I called to have removed. Very professional service. Highly recommend! read more

I will never do business with budget dumpster rental and would not recommend this company to friends or colleagues. Back in April I rented a 30 yard dumpster which fit fine in my yard and recently rented a 20 yard dumpster from the same company and the inexperienced driver was unable to fit the 20 yard dumpster in my yard and caused damage to my gate. Because the driver could not get the dumpster in my yard, the dumpster was placed in my driveway which caused my car to be blocked in for 4 days now. I plan on also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against company. read more

I rented a dumpster from Budget Fumpster and it was a great experience! they dropped the dumpster off early on the day I requested it, were there to answer every questions over the week I had it, picked it up early on the day I was diminished with it, and didnt add any extra charges. I would definitely use them again! read more

Budget Dumpster is a predatory service, and I would not recommend them for any renovation or trash removal project big or small. They have fees for scenarios that other companies would not: (1) customers are required to schedule their own pickup, $25/day for every day past due (2) fees for weight limits over 1 ton no matter how full the dumpster is (who weighs every item they put into a dumpster?) (3) Fees for any piece of debris that makes it above the dumpster line by an inch. They are a hassle, and definitely not budget. The customer support service is also lacking as one person told me they were scheduled to arrive, and another said it had not been scheduled (and charged me a late fee). read more

Bushet Dumpstwr was great- easiest part of cleaning up the flood! the company called with prices quotes and instructions! Dropped it off in the designated time frame and picked it up just as quickly! I couldn't have asked for better service! And when I needed the invoice and coul fine my copy- 2 people responded in a matter of minutes from my email. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!!!10/10!! read more

Avoid! Find another provider. They promise the sun, will deliver on a specified day, bill your credit card and then send an email of the contract. They promise nothing but to bill you. I'm contesting the charges with my credit card company. The dumpster was not delivered on the day agreed upon. When I called, the dept that can answer questions is closed but they don't tell you that. You're just on perpetual hold. My neighbor called the number that we ordered from and they do answer. However, they can't help you. Save yourself the headache, go local. God, only knows what other problems I'd encounter if I continued with them. read more

The absolute worst dumpster rental company that exists. I was told wood slats would be provided under the dumpster to prevent damage to my driveway. On the day of delivery they told me that is not guaranteed and they are not responsible for any damages. I told them to cancel it if they can't provide wood slats and they told me I will incur a cancellation fee. The worst possible customer service-- you cant guarantee that you won't damage my property and you also won't take responsibility for any potential damage. Makes no sense. Go with a real waste management company. read more

This company can and will charge you extra fees for items that you know you did not put in the dumpster. I was charged $100 for putting a mattress/box spring in the dumpster when I know for a fact I did not. Their response was that it is my responsibility if a stranger puts something in the dumpster I am not aware of and I should have been there when the dumpster was closed and picked up. In fact, my husband and I were both in the driveway when the dumpster was closed and picked up. read more

WARNING!!! All of the bad reviews are 100% accurate. The dumpster was supposed to be delivered between 6am-6pm on Monday. No show, no call. I called 7x, sent 4 text messages and 2 emails, finally after being on hold for 24 minutes, someone responded. They "added" an extra day on to my contract. I had to cancel the crew I had scheduled for that day and half of Tuesday. I was charged $150 for cancelling the workers, that on top of the $419 charge. I'm pissed. DONT CALL THIS COMPANY. Never again read more

Please DO NOT use this company. DO NOT give your credit card to them. Budget Dumpster emailed us a quote of $575 for a 30 yard dumpster for the period of 10 business days. It seemed to be a great deal. We did everything we could to avoid extra charge -only dump the allowed items, called pick up within the deadline, no overweight items at all...etc. However, our credit card were charged three times: $575, $150 and $533.25. The 2nd charge of $150 was for a failed delivery because they sent a wrong sized truck that couldn't back into our driveway. But what really made us concerned was the 3rd charge-there was no invoice, no reason, no information at all. We reported this to BBB. please see the link below: https://odrcomplaint.bbb.org/odrweb/public/ComplaintSubmitted.aspx?s=false&bbbid=33&complaintid=13859737&chk=d%2fp9cFMM9x5wBd8n6P8qMA read more

Such a scam. Avoid them like the plague. I learnt my lesson. I'm a contractor and have used many dumpsters. Got a 30 yard with a 3 ton limit for a 400sqft addition I was building. Put no concrete in it just an old deck and general waste. They said it weighed 21 tons and charged me an extra $1,700. There is no way in the world it could have weighed that much. The truck wouldn't have even been able to pick it up. I have actually filled dumpsters with concrete and they haven't been this heavy. Go with someone else even if you think they are more expensive. Trust me, they are actually cheaper. read more

What a racket. Rented a 30-yard dumpster for the first two weekends in August. Dumpster was used to clean out my old house. Paid $740 with a 2-ton limit. Threw out 3 appliances (Stove, Washer and dryer) total weight about 600 pounds. An old sleeper loveseat, sofa and recliner. Say about 300 pounds. Some rugs, various textbooks and papers. Another 200 pounds. Broken down bed frames and tables. A couple of mirrors. We'll say about 300 pounds. Some other misc. junk. To be on the safe side - 400 pounds. Add them together and we have about 1800 pounds. Less than 1 ton. Fast forward to 9/12/2022. I received an invoice stating that the dumpster was 4.12 tons over the limit. Was billed an additional $638. That would be 6.12 tons. Over 12000 pounds? Of course, when I try to ask them about the overage, I was emailed some spew of "A state certified Weighmaster determined the weight of your materials in a highly regulated, governmental process". Asked for an itemized list of what I had in the dumpster and mentioned that I will dispute this charge with my credit card company. Response of "We cannot provide an itemized list of everything that was inside of your dumpster when it arrived at the landfill. However, we can provide the state-certified weight ticket from the landfill as further evidence of the weight of your debris. This will be sent to you via email as soon as possible. Please note that if you choose to dispute this fee with your bank, and the weight ticket comes back and it does not match the invoice you received, we will be unable to refund you directly. You would have to go through your bank. If you do not dispute and the weight ticket comes back and it does not match, we will be able to continue assessing the situation further". I should have read the reviews BEFORE I rented. It's like this company forgot to remove the dumpster from the truck before weighing. Last year, I rented from another company. Threw a lot of drywall and cinder blocks away. Did not receive any overage charges. SCAM - buyer beware. read more

Budget Dumpster - Does this look like 6 tons to you? - Dumpster Rental Near Me

My wife rented a dumpster from them for some back yard clean up. We rented a much larger dumpster then we actually needed, because we have never rented one before and really were not familiar with the sizes. We had to call three times before they finally picked it up. Kept telling us we were scheduled then no one would show up. three months later they charge our credit card saying dumpster was over the limit. This is straight up a scam and we will dispute the charge. There is no way that dumpster that was less than 1/3 full came anywhere near to being over weight unless they added to it before dumping it. Straight up scam! No proof of the weight of our dumpster just charge your card and tell you so sad we got you. I already know there response is we can't find you as a customer. Typical BS response. read more

Dumpster was never delivered on agreed date. Sales and customer service are cordial. Price for rental seems reasonable. As with other reviews, avoid this company. I took off 3 days of vacation to load this dumpster. Dumpster NEVER WAS DELIVERED. Called and requested a refund. I'll use a more reliable/reputable-company now. Yelp needs a ZERO star. read more

We were happy with our dumpster. Arrived on time and was picked up on time. We had a 15-yard dumpster with a 1-ton limit and it all worked out. read more

This company does not own dumpsters and contracts out service with other companies that actually own dumpsters. They make money by drastically lowing weight limit on trash and charge heavily for the overage. For a 30 yard dumpster, the weight limit is typically 5 tons. They quietly low the weight limit to 2 tons, which guarantees that dumpster renters will exceed the limit. Then they charge a heavy fee. Most people do not pay attention to such fine prints, even for someone like me who are not new to dumpster rental. So buyers beware! Make sure you won't exceed weight limit before renting from budget dumpster rental. read more

Scam. Don't use. this is not a trash company. They take your info and call a local refuse company. Skip them and call local. Brought a smaller dumpster. No call. I had to contact them. Then they picked it up a day early before I got to use it. I had to dispute the charge. Terrible customer service stay away read more

Budget Dumpster had a dumpster during the time when Florida just had the hurricane, which is why we went with them. 1. It was difficult because the dumpster could arrive any time of day, no real notice. 2. We were charged for a mattress being in the dumpster, but we didn't throw one away in there. How would we say any different or prove it. They charged us extra money. 3. They said it was overweight. How would you go against that. Again, charged us extra money. I would not tell anyone to use this company. I think they nickel and dime you for any additional money possible. read more

Worst customer service experience. You will regret the decision to use them. We ordered a dumpster for a specific day and it ended up taking an extra two days to be dropped at the site. Now we have to pay a fine because garbage had to be left in the common area for the condo. No communication. You write to them according to their own rules and you will be lucky to get a response the next day. If I ever need a dumpster in the future I will use a local company. Too much heartache. read more

Very responsive, easy to reach at all times, and very considerate when dropping the dumpster on site to not damage the driveway or landscaping. I ended up having them empty and return two more times and each time was the same experience. I gave them 4 stars because they are slightly more expensive than other companies, but I am very happy with their service. read more

I had multiple issues with this company. I would not ever rent a dumpster from them again. Delivery went fine but then had nothing but issues afterwards. I needed a dumpster for hurricane cleanup of my home that flooded. The dumpster was delivered without a problem but problems occurred regarding the pickup. I called to have the dumpster picked up on time. They were not able to pick it up on the day requested and sent an email indicating they would pick it up the day following the requested pick up date without charging any extra days. They did not pick it up on that day either. Unfortunately, the following evening another hurricane was coming through my area and the dumpster with the contents were still sitting in my driveway. I called again that day to let them know it was still there and that I needed it gone since another storm was coming through. They said it would be picked up by the evening....surprisingly, it WAS NOT. That dumpster sat at my house for another 3 weeks until I called them again after Thanksgiving holiday. At that time, they had no idea that they were missing a dumpster and requested that I send them pictures of the dumpster still on my property. After sending pictures, the dumpster did finally get picked up from my house. After pick up, I received an invoice and charge to my credit card regarding an overage of weight. I figured everything was settled and that was it...UNTIL today (2 months later) when I received a new invoice with a new overage charge 3x the amount of the previous charge. When I called to inquire about this new invoice, they told me that this was the only invoice for an overage on my account and I stated that I've already paid for an overage and even with the previous invoice number they were unable to locate that invoice and asked that I forward them a copy of the previous invoice and they would look into it and call me back. They were unable to give my a timeframe for a call back. Appears to be a very disorganized company as they have lost track of both a dumpster at my house for over a month and lost track of an invoice and charge on my acct. I would only recommend this company if you want to be dealing with them long after you expect to deal with them and received continued charges. read more

Rented a 30 yard dumpster from them on 11 October 2022. Dumpster was not delivered on the day that it was promised, delivered 2 days later. The invoice was paid before dumpster was delivered. I received an alert from my bank on November 23, 2022, more than a month after the dumpster was picked up, that my debit card had been debited for $77.25, I called them to inquire as to why and was informed that the dumpster was overweight, which could not have been true because of the type of materials that were placed in the dumpster and more over the dumpster was note even half full. I asked why I wasn't notified prior to my debit card being debited and was informed that they sent me an email 21 minutes ago. read more
