They are an absolute 5 star company. The phone service by Chris was top notch, easy to book, and the way that Stephen came and quickly dealt with the things I needed gone was super impressive! It is obvious that these people are pros, but they are also kind and warm. I'm happy I went with them to get my junk! read more

These guys were fantastic - hard working, flexible, and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone requiring an indoor or outdoor cleanout. read more

I highly recommend Chris and Steve, the owners of Residential Cleanouts. They both were professional, timely, cost-effective, and, most importantly, exceptional in the customer service area. Residential Cleanouts is a for-profit corporation which supports 5013c organizations such as Salvation Army and the Mission of Deeds. Thank you Chris and Steve for your empathy and making sure my small step ladder was secure and measuring my balcony windows for the custom drapes I recently ordered. Spectacular service for sure and I highly recommend Residential Cleanouts. read more

Excellent company. Chris contacted me immediately when I sent a request for info online and he explained thoroughly and clearly what services Residential Cleanouts offers. He took the time to understand what my goals were and offered several options. He took the time to really listen and I felt like he was tailoring a plan to fit my unique needs. They (Chris and Steve) kept in close contact via email throughout the planning process, responding to all my inquiries and questions. I was impressed that company policy is to send out a scout ahead of time to get an accurate and detailed first hand look at the project so as to be adequately prepared on the day of service. On the day of service, they arrived on time in very professional vehicles (trailer, pickup truck, van). The 3 young men (intelligent college students) plus the foreman of the project, were courteous, professional, & conscientious. They were respectful of the property and removed items with care, even though the items were slated for destruction/donation. They were quick, they didn't fool around or stand around smoking, they were polite and did not curse, they didn't take a break until they were almost done (I offered them lunch). They finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up any debris or trash that fell during the moving process. The entire project from start to finish went off without a hitch. The only caution I would offer is to be aware that paying with a credit card (instead of cash or check) includes a service fee, which is clearly stated on the pre-estimate contract prior to agreeing to book the service. I highly recommend Residential Cleanouts. They exceeded my expectations. I will hire them again without hesitation. read more

This company made an appointment with me. I was home when they came. I changed my mind about whether I wanted to cleanout the house. I forgot to cancel the appointment. They talked with me for 30 minutes. About an hour later, I received a text saying, "We will send you a bill for $100 but should you use us in the future we will credit the next bill." I told them there was no contract that I broke. They answered, "Ok." read more

Rescheduled multiple times, and absolutely gouged me on the price. There are plenty of other options in the area.

Can't say enough great things about Chris and Stephen! Living in another state and desperately having to get rid of some furniture that was left in storage needed some planning but they made the process so easy and stress free!! Thankfully I found them here on Yelp and from my initial phone call I knew I was in good hands. They showed up on time, very efficient, friendly, quick and their pricing was extremely fair! Trust the reviews and look no further. read more

Chris and Stephen couldn't be nicer! They were quick responding, easy to schedule, gave an extremely reasonable and accurate estimate of the time needed and cost to empty our business office that we closed. I highly recommend Residential Cleaners! Now I'm looking around my house and planning our next clean out project!!! read more

I can't say enough great things about Chris and Residential Cleanouts. Their team is by far the best experience I've had with junk pickup, but movers in general. Chris was responsive, easily to schedule, highly professional and friendly. In our case, the pickup happened to occur during a bunch of snow, but that was no problem as Chris and team arrived on time, ensuring existing furniture was cleared before the new arrived. Chris was meticulous and thoughtful about being very careful when moving out our couch, putting down mats do ensure zero damage to our hardwood floors. Finally, his prices were very affordable/reasonable. If you are looking for junk pickup or full residential cleanout, choose Residential Cleanouts! read more

I chose Residential Cleanouts based on other Yelp reviews. There was something that resonated with me - a generally positive tone. I am selling my home and moving to Michigan. My home is about to be listed and desperately needed a clean out on short notice. I called the Friday after Thanksgiving not expecting someone to answer. It was Chris. He said he could come over right away to scope out the job and give me a price. I appreciated his positive attitude. He arrived on schedule and developed a plan and gave me an estimated price. We agreed and the clean out started immediately. I expected the job to take at least a full day if not more. Chris took over and the job was done in a little over half a day. And he reduced the price since the volume of stuff came in a little under his estimate. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chris and Residential Cleanouts. You won't regret it. A five star rating is totally deserved. read more

Chris and Stephen were so professional and responsive. They moved furniture and cleaned out my mom's apartment in one afternoon. Their prices are very fair and they even lowered it a bit when there were fewer items than initially estimated. The apartment was spotless afterwards, even the heavily used refridgerator looked brand new. I would definitely use them again for future moves! read more

Very simple and easy process. Great communication and on-time with everything. Was able to find a way to donate our furniture vs throw it out! read more

Can't say enough about Residential Cleanouts! I called for a run of the mill clean out...run of the mill except for an ancient water heater in the basement that was a beast. Chris didn't give up. It took three guys to do the job. Professional, friendly, courteous service at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended! Thanks! read more

Chris and his team are terrific. I needed bulky items removed from our second floor and our barn. Chris communicated well, showed up when he said he would, and then proceeded to remove things skillfully with his crew at the price we'd agreed upon beforehand, which was a great price compared to other similar services in the area. I recommend them 110%. read more

When you have little kids at home, the last thing you want to do or have time for is to clear out a shed filled with the previous owners' belongings. Fortunately, Residential Cleanouts came to our rescue! Chris was prompt, easy to communicate with, and gave a truly reasonable price for the work that was done. We ended up paying for their haul away service where they filled up their van with our things. We also asked Chris to clean off the shelves and the floor (which included mouse droppings). Everything from start to finish was great. Highly recommend them! read more

Chris and Christian were incredibly accommodating to our limited availability and Chris did an incredible job removing all of our stuff and was really flexible when we decided we wanted to send him off with more stuff. Great experience with Residential Cleanouts! Chris was very friendly and offered me a far fairer price for removal of my large couch than other estimates in the area. Also flexible with my pick up time, got the job done quickly with no damage to the wall when moving the item down the stairs. Would definitely recommend! read more

Chris was outstanding. Aside from the reasonable quote, Chris was communicative, about scheduling and arrival time. I had air conditioning units removed from windows, and taken.
