Update: Management reached out immediately, were very apologetic about what happened, and refunded our charge immediately. Customer Service seems like a priority for them! Thank you for reaching out! Once they arrived, they did quick work. However, they showed up 2 hours late to the 2 hour window they provided, so I was waiting around for 4 hours for them to arrive. Their delay made a mess of my childcare situation. I would not recommend them if you expect or need your pickup to happen on time. read more

Excellent service! Having dealt with 800-GOT-JUNK in the past (they overcharge for everything), I really did my research and decided to go with One Call Junk Haul. The whole process was very easy. All you have to do is text them photos of the junk you want hauled away and they get back to you quickly with a quote. The price they quoted me was very reasonable. They showed up on time and were done in a matter of minutes! Very friendly and conscientious of the wood floors. Highly recommended! read more

Hard to clearly state how terrible this service is. Please do yourself a favour and use 1-800-GOT-JUNK or Junk Kings instead. Do not use these clowns. 1. I had an appointment for 8-10am. The haulers did not show up until 11:40am. This is after I called repeatedly to ask where they were, or simply what a realistic estimate was. Of course, this completely derailed my schedule since I had moved all my meetings anticipating being present in the morning, not after noon. 2. They broke a bunch of glass decorations while moving furniture out, left broken glass shards EVERYWHERE, and left debris in the communal hallway of the apartment building!! They didn't bother cleaning up at all! 3. They left claiming the truck was full, but it clearly had room for a bunch of broken knick-knacks and sundries. I was charged more than $1000 for this. I understand the charge is per truck capacity, but if I've paid more than $1000 for a service, I expect not to have to wait 2 extra hours, not to have the place completely trashed (and hazardous to walk around!), and not for the job to be half-assedly done. read more

My next door neighbor used this company recently, so when I was obtaining quotes I also contacted One Call Junk Haul. In minutes of my request Jesse responded with an approximate quote and a description of the service willing to make adjustments when the crew arrived. They were the best quote and communication by far. The next day Roberto and Lio did a fabulous job! Professional, efficient and friendly. It was less than an hour to go up and down seven rather steep steps into the basement to haul out a lot of old furniture, equipment etc...Very pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend this company. Thanks guys! read more

The team that came to clear out my mom's home were Starr and Billy. They were professional, courteous and extremely careful while moving some very big items out of the house. It was a very emotional day and they made it easy handling all the things that needed to go. There were a few more big items and they will be coming back on Tuesday. I would highly recommend One Call Junk Haul! read more

One Call Junk Haul responded quickly and were able to handle a difficult job easily and efficiently. They had to deal with some issues of access but they resolved them professionally. The people are very nice to deal with. When you call, you can actually talk to a person not a machine. The estimate was fair and the communication was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone. read more

Fantastic job! Bagster/WM screwed me, but One Call matched their price and removed the Bagster with no fuss...recommended!

I took a chance with looking on Yelp for Junk Removal and I'm glad I went with One Call Junk Haul! Josh showed up on time, Mask and gloves, Thank you! We had a LOT of stuff, Basement, attic and shed. He looked at the area, sent me a quote the next day. I called and the person that answered was very polite, answered my questions and they were hired. The 2 guys that showed up to clean were Amazing workers! Hard working and polite to my tenant. the area is spotless now. I highly recommend One Call Junk Haul, Josh, Jeff & Bill and I'm sorry I didn't get the person that answered the phone name, but all were excellent to work with. read more

Extremely nice and clean. Came exactly on time and hauled away a ton of stuff. Two super friendly guys.

When the first Junk company canceled due to possible Tropical Storm (never hit) I called One Call Junk Haul in Wakefield at the last minute, the day before I needed them. They quoted over the phone, we're there to replace the other company. The two guys were awesome. Manny and Leo. They worked well together, were fast, polite, and efficient. Won't hesitate to call them again. Prices were reasonable and final cost came in less than I estimated. Many thanks. Sue Daley read more

I hired One Call Junk Haul this week to take away our old couch. I texted a photo and got a quote within minutes, and the price was lower than two other major junk haulers in the area- even though the couch would need to go down 4 flights of stairs. Manny and Neil showed up right on time, were professional, courteous, fast and good natured (even about those 4 flights of stairs). They were careful with walls and masterful at navigating an angled hallway and doorway. Within minutes the couch was gone. The whole experience was great. I definitely recommend and will be using them again. read more

Did a fine job. They called two days before asking to reschedule and I agreed. They were to come between 12 and 2, showed up at 2:35. Hence four not five stars. Very nice workers, did a great job in removing what I needed. read more

Cleaning out 50 years of my parents lives was a task I was dreading. One Call was so great in every aspect of the move. Seth gave me great customer service. Very clear communications. They quoted quickly, showed up on time with a call prior to arrival. Roberto and his partner who did the actual heavy lifting were respectful, fast and literally all I had to do was point and they took it away. I have a number of more truckloads to remove and will be using One Call for the entire house. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Chris V and Jon P. Went above and beyond today in being helpful, courteous, kind and just plain fun to be around during my garage move out. I'm a single mom feeling frazzled. - and my garage full of junk was the last thing between me & completely moved out. It was chaos, late in their day...but they were SO helpful, patient, and just really nice guys. I've used One Call Junk Haul several times...great job consistently. read more

If I could give a 1 million star rating, it still wouldn't be enough! One Call Junk responded to my request within minutes (after 5:30 too!), helped me schedule the earliest time available (Monday morning) and let me sit back and just point. Sean and Jason called when they were 30 mins away, arrived promptly and with big smiles on their faces. They took in everything I needed hauled away and gave me a very fair (and competitive) quote and were willing to work with me on items that took priority over others. They were communicative and respectful, and checked in a few times to confirm I was comfortable with the way they were going to remove an item. Due to some disgruntled HOA neighbors, I had to have my yard cleared out almost overnight and thanks to these 2 men, I can now say my yard is completely cleared and neat looking! They saved my butt big time and couldn't have been any nicer or understanding of my circumstances. I will recommend them to anyone who asks and will definitely be going back to this company in the future for more junk removal. read more

This company had a 2 hour window to arrive at my apartment and remove a sofa and not only were they late, they were 3 HOURS LATE with no notice!!! Life happens, so obviously there isn't much that can be done when there is a backup... however.... I was not notified EVER. I had to call 4 times within a span of an hour each time to try and get an idea of what's happening next. It was a terrible experience and I will definitely never use their service again. read more

Very easy dealing with them! Up front pricing so no surprises. I even added in several additional items and the final price was within the original quote. Called when they were a half hour out. Just pointed to all the items and were removed within a half hour. I also appreciated there was no complaining from the gentleman during the junk removal. Just came, did their job and left. read more

One Call Junk Haul just cleaned out some materials from a basement demo and it was a great experience. I scheduled a junk pick up 4 days in advance for a Friday at 1-3pm. The day before, they called and asked if they could reschedule for 2-4pm - I said they would need to arrive before 3:30 as I had an appointment at that time, and they said no problem they would plan to arrive at 2pm. They did not arrive until 5:30! And there was no proactive communication and not even the hint of an apology. I had to keep calling them and they kept saying the driver would get in touch but that did not happen. I missed multiple meetings because of their lack of communication and unreliability. Do yourself a favor and pick a different junk hauler. read more

I requested estimates through Yelp on a Thursday for what I described as two pick-up truck loads of deconstructed fencing moved and stacked on my sidewalk. I received a response withing an hour from One Call Junk Haul. $225 and a Monday pick-up with a 30 minute advance call. After agreeing and arranging a time window and sending a picture, the price suddenly became $225 per pick-up truck "load". Monday came and no call at 3:30 and so I texted Jesse to confirm. The text that came back indicated a re-schedule to the next day with a 3 - 5 pm window. I reluctantly agreed, asking them to please come then as the material was still on my sidewalk. Needless to say, they never came. No call. My text at 4:40 pm went unanswered. (I will say that they eventually got back to me and were apologetic and offered to make it up to me with a discount and seem very nice.) read more
