I had a nightmare Contractor that installed new plumbing that caused a flood. Two ceilings had to be removed quickly, and the city I live in would not pick up the refuse. These guys were fantastic! They literally came within an hour to pick up all the crap. They were friendly and charged a fair price. And when a couple of the bags broke, they even swept them up. I highly recommend this company and I would use them again absolutely. read more

Junk Pro did excellent, prompt work. They were easy to communicate with and pricing was reasonable. I will use them again if/when necessary.

I called Matt and his team at junk pro to ask about same day service. No problem! They were ready to work. He asked for a picture of my job and gave me an estimate over the phone. He arrived within an hour. He and his guy worked hard on a 90 degree day to get our basement cleared (had to be cleared by nightfall). They didn't have special equipment, just hardworking manpower. I pitched in and we got the job done in 90 mins. They had a great truck that we practically filled, and he was knowledgeable about disposing of paint, tires, etc. It wasn't cheap, but it was priceless. read more

Used Junk Pro multiple times (lots of junk in our house!). Highest recommendation- prompt, courteous, fairly priced.

We recently had Junk Pro come to our home to clean up. Pros: on time, upfront about price, efficient, learned clients name and referred to me by such, double checked each section before moving on. Would use them again. Cons: none, really. Overall they did a great job cleaning up our 'junk' and we would use them again. read more

Junk Pro was super responsive! They replied very quickly. Personable and easy to work with.

Matt and Marco were superb. My review would be redundant with all of the 5-star ratings they have received. They're nice, courteous, safe, reasonable, prompt, and hauled away a heavy cast iron radiator plus some miscellaneous junk the same day I called them. read more

We had a play set that needed to be removed from our yard. I received several quotes through yelp. Long story short, my experience with Junk Pro was highly satisfying - they were, responsive, thorough, kind and affordable as well. We will work with this company whenever we need in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you! read more

We reached out to Junk Pro early in the week, and they were able to arrange a pick up of 4 large pieces of furniture by the end of that week. They came a little earlier than originally slotted, but it was no problem for us. They communicated when they were about 15 minutes out. They did a really quality job and did so quickly. Their rates are higher than other places, but we decided to go with them because they sort the items they pick up and recycle what can be recycled, donate things, and dispose of other things properly, which is well worth the cost! read more

I can't even stress how good these guys are. Needed an old couch taken away and the price they quoted me was $100 LESS than their competitors. I may have caught them at a good time, but they were able to come by and pick it up in just 30 minutes from the initial phone call. They were friendly, professional, and masked up. read more

Matt and Marcos picked up a queen size box frame from me today. Matt was very professional and responsive to my Yelp messages and all my questions. They arrived quickly and were both very professional, introducing themselves upon arrival and handing me a business card. Both were wearing masks and working gloves. They were quick, efficient, and courteous. Their pricing is fair and they accept cash or check. I highly recommend Junk Pro and will hire them again in the future if needed. read more

Matt and his crew were great! Helpful, efficient and pleasant to work with. I had no idea how much stuff was in my parents house.. it didn't matter. We filled the first load quickly and they came back for round two as soon as they had unloaded. The second load was not full. Matt charged me for a partial load.. also explained the recycling and disposal details. Would definitely call him again. Chris in Newton read more

I've been helping my sister the last few weeks who has a beautiful home but sadly has some issues which led to a lot of hoarding and dilapidated 20 year old furniture. I managed to clean out most of her home and needed someone to come take the furniture and these guys are amazing. Polite, super efficient, they go above and beyond. I highly recommend. read more

I didn't know what to do when I needed to empty my home before moving out. After reading favorable reviews online, I contacted Junk Pro and am glad I did. The process was painless, professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend them. read more

Dependable, professional and friendly - excellent service. Would definitely use them again.

We used the contact form on their website about a month ago to request a quote/booking. The confirmation message for submitting the form said they would contact us within a few hours(!). When we hadn't heard anything after a week we moved on to other companies. They still haven't reached out - not that it would matter now, since we found someone else who did communicate with us promptly. read more

From the beginning Matt was extremely responsive to my inquiry as well as honest and reliable. He showed up to give me an in person estimate. We planned a date and he and two men showed up on time. What was most impressive is they did not stop working for 5 hours straight. They didn't take breaks, and even when Matt went to empty the first truckload they kept working at the same pace. I would highly recommend Matt and his team to get things done as planned at fair and reasonable prices. read more

Super job cleaning out an entire apartment filled with furniture and other large items which i would never have been able to move my self. They moved big items which i didn't even think would fit out the door. Highly recommend! Will use again! read more

I hired Dispro to help clear out my mother's house, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I initially chose Dispro because their pricing is reasonable and quite competitive, not far off from the cost of renting a dumpster and hauling everything everything out yourself. They were responsive, punctual, and easy to work with. I had seriously considered attempting to take on the project myself, and I'm grateful that I chose to work with Matt and his team instead. They definitely helped make a difficult situation a lot easier, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. read more

18,000,000 STARS! Matt was fantastic. Called maybe 10 minutes after I requested a quote - scheduled a pickup the next day. Showed up right on time, took less than 30 minutes to get rid of my random crap AND a VERY HEAVY treadmill. Can't thank them enough. Can't recommend them enough. Will call again anytime. Cash or check only, so have some cash on hand read more

I recommend them highly. Matt and his helper emptied out my storage unit today. They were helpful, professional yet also very personable, on time, and reasonably priced. They sorted out what could be donated, what recycled and what had to be junked and took it all. It couldn't have gone better! They even offered to help me load the things I was keeping into my car. read more

Highly recommend this company. It's a local (Boston) company that delivers on customer service and price! I hired this company three times! And three times a charm, right? Well, they charmed the first time. I had an extremely tight time frame and they did everything possible to accommodate my schedule. The owner is terrific - honest, trying to operate a small business and doing it with outstanding customer service. He has two employees who work hard, are friendly and professional. I would encourage you to at least call these guys to get a quote before you call any other junk removal services - you'll be happy with their prices and customer service. read more

Matt is the best. He managed to remove a defunct oversized fridge from our second floor apartment. We have no idea how it got there, and nobody else knew how to remove it, but Matt did so safely, promptly, and with excellent communication throughout. I so appreciated working with him that I'm almost looking forward to the next time I need junk hauled away. read more

Great service! Contacted a bunch of places yesterday and Matt was the first to respond, and they picked up this morning. This is a real local business unlike many of the other trash pickup businesses on yelp. No fuss no muss, and very competitive pricing.
