They broke a bunch of glass decorations while moving furniture out, left broken glass shards EVERYWHERE, and left debris in the communal hallway of the apartment building!! They didn't bother cleaning up at all! 3. They left claiming the truck was full, but it clearly had room for a bunch of broken knick-knacks and sundries. I was charged more than $1000 for this. I understand the charge is per truck capacity, but if I've paid more than $1000 for a service, I expect not to have to wait 2 extra hours, not to have the place completely trashed (and hazardous to walk around!), and not for the job to be half-assedly done.
