Great company. Guys arrived on time, got rid of stuff that I asked to be removed. They're polite, they don't make a mess, I recommend them. read more

Very quick work and flexible with difficult parking. Good communication throughout. Thanks!

I requested a pickup for the same day and Red's was able to perform the work. No fuss, no muss. I'm not one of those people who shop around so I can't speak to dollar value but I CAN say that, if you just want something gone (that's not restricted by law - like paint or HHW material), they're awesome. Courteous, on time, and quick. 100% recommend. read more

This is the second time that we've hired them to do work for us. Tim came out to give us an estimate as promised, and did a terrific job. He and his crew worked hard and left everything in great shape. We really appreciated their help and hard work. read more

Red's Rubbish Removal was very quick to respond with a quote on removal for a washer, dryer, old wheelbarrow, and drill press. The drill press weighed approx a million pounds and the crew had to take it apart to be able to carry separate pieces out, but they did it! It was super easy and the guys were friendly. read more

Quick response and was able to come the next day. Clear communication and up front price. Highly recommend!

Red's is the real deal. Certainly deserve their yelp 5 star review. Called for an estimate and Tim asked for photos. Texted him the photos agreed on a very fair price and Tim and his crew showed up early the next day and hauled a very large cast iron stove & radiator from my basement. Professional and wore masks throughout and cleaned up after themselves. Easy as can be. No hesitation to recommend or use them again. read more

This was maybe the easiest thing I've ever done -- which makes me regret how long I've been putting off this project. I called Red's Rubbish Removal to remove a mattress, box spring, and bed frame. I left a message with Tim, and he called me back within 20 minutes, with a reasonable quote, and then was able to schedule me within two hours. The movers were polite and quick. Great experience--highly recommend! read more

I've had a few pickups by reds they are responsive and have reasonable rates. I would use them again.

Professional, on time, thorough. Easy to work with and clean up the job site well. Good work.

Tim was very pleasant and professional on the phone. He asked for photos of the stuff to be removed and provided an estimate by text. Tim and his crew showed up on time and got the job done. The crew was very professional, very careful not to damage the house, and got rid of a good bit of stuff I couldn't handle. Additionally, Tim determined that it was less than the estimate and took some $ off the bill. I was able to pay by cash or Venmo. Tim and Red's were great and I would definitely call them again! read more

I called around a few local companies as well as the big national junk removal company. Tim of Red's Rubbish Removal was the first to get back to me....I sent him a few photos of the large pile of items and I received an estimate via cell phone. Tim sent text messages on what time he would be able to come on the day he scheduled. He arrived and picked up all of the items and broom swept the entire driveway. His pricing was the best and so is his service. I will be only using Red's Rubbish Removal from this point on. Thank you Red's! read more

I needed 2 industrial printers removed from my companies' plant. I asked on yelp for a quote from several places in my area (Somerville). Tim immediately responded with a great quote (2 others never responded and the 4th company quote was higher then Tim's quote.) I set up a time for Red's rubbish to come by and Tim was here exactly on time and he took away the 2 printers exactly as discussed. Awesome!! read more

He even disassembled 2 large rusted items that wouldn't fit otherwise. Have before and after pics to prove it. Ill recommend him to anyone! -Dan read more

Great experience with Red's Rubbish Removal today. Tim and his crew are professional, efficient, well mannered...a real pleasure to do business with! Nice people here. decent price for getting 2 AC's removed highly recommended , Tim was right on time

Requested a quote through Yelp and submitted photos of the stuff to be removed. The owner, Tim, responded right away with a very fair price. Red's came on time and as promised the next morning. The whole process was super easy. Thanks Tim, I'll be back! read more

They came on time, did a great job cleaning my basement, charged a fair price. A whole lot less than that national chain! Use them if you need any junk removed. read more

I had to knock out some cabinets and shelves in my basement and rip up some old vinyl flooring. After doing so, I realized that I had a large pile of derbies and that the boiler company was coming that day to replace my boiler and there was too much stuff in the way! I considered hauling all the stuff from the basement, through the bulkhead, and around to the front of the house but my back hurt just thinking of how much work it would be for me to do quickly. Panic set in. After finding the ad for Red's on the Craigslist, I called them and left voice mail at 7am on a Tuesday. At 8:30 they returned my call. I sent them a picture of the pile of junk. They quickly called back and quoted me a price and said they could be there at 10:30am to remove it. I hastily agreed, left a check with the boiler people, and at 11am, I got a picture sent of a cleaned out basement and they were on their way out. PERFECT. Problem solved. That was awesome. Nothing ever goes right with home improvement projects. People are always late or don't show up at all. This is not true for Red's Rubbish Removal and I wish everyone was like them. Very grateful for great service, quick turnaround, and decent pricing. I would definitely recommend them for your trash-y needs! read more

Great guys. Prompt courteous efficient and clean. Will definitely hire again in the future for rubbish for yard waste removal.

I was really impressed with Tim and his crew. They called to say they would be late, then called again about 20 minutes later to say they were on the way. They were very professional, considerate (of noise, dirt, damage to walls - none of which were a problem), courteous, pleasant, and efficient. I will use them again for any service I need which they provide and I highly recommend them to all of you! read more

Left message but got no response after about 24 hours, moved on to a different company that took my call instead. Edit: got a call back, after I left this review and turns out my message broke up so not their fault for not getting back to me. read more

My husband and I just sold and moved from moved from our home of 28 years. Random objects from all that time that the the two of us and the two daughters we raised had accumulated, put away and forgot about. Tim and his crew never batted an eye as they removed the huge amount we no longer could use, even though it took two truckloads and a great deal of effort. in addition, Tim and staff are warm and personable. Don't hesitate to call if you have items to be hauled. read more

Amazing service and price on very short notice! I was in a jam after being strung along by a craigslist scammer and needed my old living room furniture gone before new furniture arrived the next morning. Tim showed up within an hour of my calling him and took care of a sectional and chair in a matter of minutes. Pricing was more than fair - given the spot I was in, I would have paid twice what he charged. I would use Red's again in a second and would highly recommend to others. read more

Googled trash removal in Boston, this company had the best reviews so I gave them a call. Tim, the owner, answered right away, set a time, came to the property, removed everything quickly and did it all for a MUCH more competitive price than I had received in the past from the other junk companies around Boston. Will be using Red's again, and would highly recommend them. read more

We had a lot of stuff to get rid of, so we scheduled an appointment through Yelp's chat, but they didn't show up to the appointment and didn't respond to a follow-up on Yelp's chat on that day. Edit: Tim called back after I left this review and apologized about missing the appointment. That's a nice gesture. Hopefully this was just an exception. read more

These guys were great. Tim, the owner was easy to reach & stayed in close contact, calling & confirming the appt. The 2 young men he sent were polite, quick & very respectful of my home as they moved stuff out. They came in $25 UNDER the initial quote. I highly recommend & would most definitely use them again. read more

Came on short notice, extremely efficient and fast! Very fair pricing too. Highly recommend. Will use again when needed

These guys are simply awesome. We just moved to Boston and had a garage full of flattened boxes and garbage from the move, as well as gym equipment that had to be disassembled and carried out of the house. Tim, the owner, came on time, and was courteous, fast, and clean. His price was extremely reasonable and he got the job done in no time. I will use their services again and I highly, highly recommend them. Thanks for making this so easy for me and my family! read more

Tim and his crew were as fast as they were affordable. I still cannot believe how efficient they were. In under two hours, they removed a shed and its foundation, cleared out a packed corner of a basement, and removed 3 renovation projects worth of junk we had been storing under our deck. In addition to all of this, they were very careful to clean up as they moved from area to area, even using a magnet roller thinger to pick up any wayward nails. What I appreciated most was how they worked as team - you can tell that Tim respects his crew. read more

Tim is awesome. He cleared my small wood pile in 4 minutes and 22 seconds. This included time it took for him to reply to an email. LOL. Fair price and friendly guy. I need to throw out more stuff more. read more

I've called Tim at Red's for two jobs. He and his team are professionals in all aspects of their work. They're responsive, show up early, and make sure the job is done to your satisfaction. You can't ask for much more than that. They make doing business with them easy. I'd highly recommend them for any cleanout or trash removal work. read more
