I booked R&S Junk Cleanouts to remove a couple pieces of furniture before we moved out of state. The day and time of the appointment, nothing. I called and emailed asking when they would arrive with no response! Finally a couple hours after the appointment time I received an email that they got a flat tire. Word of advice to R&S when you have a customer, you need to communicate with them! After you got the flat you should have called AAA and then immediately called me to let me know! We had to scramble to find another way to get rid of furniture thanks to your lack of communication! I gave 1 star or I wouldn't be able to post review but in reality zero stars! read more
