After dealing with another company over the phone who sounded like a bunch of thugs, that I wouldn't want to even know my address, I decided to pay more and went with Flannery's. The lads showed up on time, phoned when they were 10 minutes away, and like Boy Scouts; helpful, friendly, courteous, cheerful and kind. They were in and out in a breeze and respected parking zones, the apartment building and inside our home. They were good communicators and seemed genuinely content in being part of a family business.
