I will NEVER use anyone else. Everyone was so pleasant and nice. They were incredibly fast. They left the space spotless. I recently recommended to a friend and they were just as happy. I used the "famous one " a long time ago & can't believe the difference. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Have used them for large item pickup on several occasions. They typically do curbside pick-up although I needed to have heavy pieces of furniture moved out of our second floor bedroom and turns out they can do that too. Plus they can arrange for donation of the furniture for you so one less thing you have to think about. Scheduling with them is easy, they are prompt and show up right on time (no long time windows you have to wait around for), workers are professional and courteous, were careful moving the furniture out of our house, and all at a very reasonable price. After reading poor reviews for other donation and junk pick-up services, I'm so glad I went with them! read more

THE BEST! They made what looked so complicated and stressful so fast and easy. On time with beautiful truck and very pleasant and kind workers. I could not be happier. Clean out of old barn! I will definitely be calling back and recommending them! read more

I had a huge job that needed to be done. J was recommended by a real estate agent so I called. J answered the phone and I told him the scope of the work. We devised a plan and I hired him. Again, he was cheaper than the larger companies and his prices were I think fair. He came with 3 trucks and I think there were 6 people working on the project which ended up taking 2 days. They were all friendly, hard working and professional. J was courteous and respectful to my tenants, who were asking him questions that he was able to answer and relay any information to me so that we were all on the same page. I think he was fair and honest and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. Which I was. He is running a great business. That, and the fact that he is local always gives him a few extra points when comparing to large and or national chains. read more

I was so grateful to see these guys show up ! We're remodeling a bathroom and had reached the point of removing the hot tub. It was heavy and akward and we really didn't want to do it ourselves. A friend recommended Jared and needless to say we jumped on it. Jared returned my call on the same day. He was friendly and professional. We booked a timely appt and IT'S GONE! Yay!! They arrived on time and had that monster out of here within an hour. They had to cut it up to get it out. I have no idea how the previous owners got it in. He even swept up the debris. Nice touch. I highly recommend J's junk removal. read more

This company is fantastic. Not only do they actually call you back but they give regular updates when they will arrive as well as reminders. Unexpected but what a pleasure. We had this unbelievably cumbersome, heavy and awkwardly located old player piano in our basement. They came as scheduled and worked immediately to disassemble it. It was a bear to breakdown but they persevered without hesitation. They actually had to remove our bulkhead stairs to get the tuning board out. After careful maneuvering they succeeded in getting this monster finally out of our cellar. They were right on schedule, very fairly priced without any last minute surprises! Staff was pleasant, respectful and had a great attitude. They will continue to be our "cleanup and removal " guys for some time to come!! read more

Can't recommend J's junk enough. We used them when moving my mom out of her house with many years of accumulated stuff and junk. They are always professional, courteous, and get back to me very quickly. I've even called them with last-minute pick-up requests and they have been able to accommodate. Highly Recommend! read more

Jared did a fantastic job, and was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough and also extremely careful to contain all the rubble, so nothing got damaged on the property. It was a huge job, and he put in very long hours until the job was completed. Also - Jared connected with a neighbor who wanted the stove we were tossing, and made sure I had all the info to complete the exchange. We recommend him VERY highly! read more

We had a great experience with Jared. Old dirty shed had to get removed on a day in the mid 90's! No problem! His estimate was accuate, his staff was professional and courteous at all times. Would highly recommend! read more

Jared checks off all the boxes of professionalism at it's finest. Every step of the scheduling, arriving, cleanup, was flawless. Reasonable pricing as well. Jared even took my calls way after hours and walked me through steps for a special use case. Above and beyond and I can't tell you what a relief it is to work with companies like yours. Thank you so much! read more
