Decided it was time for an old gross fish tank in my room to go. Requested a quote in the AM, expecting a later reply but they got back to me right away! They offered to come to my house that day, but I sadly missed the message. I got back them around 9:30 at night...and they responded 15 minutes later offering to come the next day! They showed up on time with two trucks, but they really only needed one. I did appreciate the fact that they sent two trucks in anticipation of it possibly being a bigger haul. Anyways, they were in and out in like 10 minutes and had cleared everything. The guys who hailed the fish tank out were also very nice. Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough. I did have some working lights from the tank, and some old filter bags which they mentioned they might take for their own fish tank. I hope they got good use out of it! read more

I needed a junk removal service quick, and just happened to see one of their trucks in my neighborhood. I scheduled an appointment, and they came out to perform the removal service. The crew for my job were great guys! They were very Efficient, focused and cordial. They approached the job methodically and had completed the work in than an hour. The cost estimated was what I paid, with no "extra charges" that some companies hit you with after the job has been completed. I would use them again for myself and would recommend their services to others, especially being that they're a local company. read more

Found these guys on Craigslist after newly moving into my new house. I had tons of boxes which I had throw outside and things that needed to just be gone. So happy I didn't have to clean up the wet boxes outside! I will definitely use these guys again in the future! read more

These folks are excellent- easy to book, great communication, they show up on time, and work quickly. I've used them several times to pick up renovation debris, a basement clean out and more. They follow COVID protocols and always wear masks. Pricing is transparent and fair and you can often find a coupon for a discount. Payment can be done online, so you can literally have them pick up and pay with no contact if you put your junk out for them. Highly recommend! read more

We had a rapid response to our request for an estimate and then they were able to come and pick up the junk the following morning. They arrived within the two hour window and were very prompt in responding to our texts for updates. We had a tight window for pick up as we were also moving furniture out of my mother's independent living apartment and we needed to be able to leave when the movers left. They were able to pick up the stuff and be finished in less than 30 minutes. read more

We used One Call Junk Haul in Salem to clean out our 3 car garage. We are in the process of getting ready for a wedding reception in our yard. Chris and John arrived on time and communicated with us en route to let us know their ETA. We were so pleasantly surprised Chris and John! They were polite, attentive, and not the least bit afraid of hard work! They really know exactly what needs to done from the removal of the items and down to packing the truck. Best of all they made us feel that we were valued customers and cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. In the past, we have used other junk removal companies and were very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and disinterested attitudes. We will only use One Call Junk Haul Salem in the future. They were terrific! Thanks again Chris and John! Fred and Marilyn McMillan Ayer, MA read more

We were so grateful that they were able to squeeze us in on a Wednesday, our moving day! We called on Monday evening and spoke to Meg. She was exceptionally helpful. Our rating is actually a 4.5, not a 4. Only glitch was getting confirmation that the pick up was made. We called late afternoon on Wednesday and the rep said she could not confirm but would text us when she knew for certain. We received no text and called this morning. A different rep told us the pick up was made on time. If we were still in the home we would have known. Better communication and we would have rated them a 5. Fees were reasonable. read more

After one junk company showed up at our house and then told us they wouldn't take our stuff because of the little bit of snow on the ground we were in a bind. We were moving the next day and had to get everything out of the house. Our realtor referred us to One Call and they came out the same day and did an amazing job. They were fast, efficient and made sure to check in with any questionable items. I will be sure to call them again when I need junk removed. read more

I used 1 call Junk Haul to get rid of a pile of boxes after purging my condo (Marie Kondo anyone??). I live in a third floor walk up and was looking to get rid of quite a bit of stuff plus some furniture. I was shocked at how quickly the One Call Junk Haul team was able to get everything cleared out on my home. First of all they were able to schedule my appointment during my lunch break so that I didn't have to miss any work. They arrived promptly and were in and out within 15 minutes. The guys even swept up the floor for me after some leaves fell off my fake plant. I highly recommend One Call Junk Haul :) read more

I am really happy that I chose One Call Junk Haul. I shopped around and realized that hauling heavy furniture and junk from a third floor walk up is pricey; but this company made it worth EVERY cent. I recieved a call back within 24 hours of calling for an estimate from a lovely office associate, Meg. She explained all possible costs and reasons for them. After speaking to several other junk removers, I immediately decided to go with One Haul for the excellent customer service and care of my initial call. We arranged several weeks in advance and they honored a discount they had running a week after making the original appointment. They gave me a 2 hour window and I appreciated that they called within that window to let me know when they'd be arriving The two gentlemen that picked up even on a swealtering day were quick and professional. read more

We hired One Call Junk Haul to clear a home for some clients of ours. I work for a busy real estate team and many times our sellers need assistance clearing their homes of its contents before listing it for sale. Family homes not only accumulate wonderful memories over the years, but lots of stuff as well. I was very pleased with the service we received from start to finish. Our clients needed to reschedule our originally planned junk removal date, but the team was very accomodating and met our needs. Communication from the team, including returned phone calls and emails, was excellent. The crew arrived on time, politely introduced themselves, and began to work promptly. It was a warm, humid day and the home's temperature was less than comfortable. Despite the heat, the team worked quickly and efficiently until every last little bit of the home's unwanted collectibles were piled into the back of the truck. The garage floor was thoroughly swept leaving no trace of debris behind. I was very impressed with the service yesterday and our clients were pleased as well. This is a great company which we will keep in mind for future needs. read more
