I had called them and explained my main target was to get a big HEAVY elliptical out of my home. It was located on my second floor up 2 flights of stairs. They decided to saw it into pieces and they carefully carried the parts out. They took some stuff we knew would be oversized for the trash and charged us a very reasonable fee.
