They offered to come to my house that day, but I sadly missed the message. I got back them around 9:30 at night...and they responded 15 minutes later offering to come the next day! They showed up on time with two trucks, but they really only needed one. I did appreciate the fact that they sent two trucks in anticipation of it possibly being a bigger haul. Anyways, they were in and out in like 10 minutes and had cleared everything. The guys who hailed the fish tank out were also very nice. Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough. I did have some working lights from the tank, and some old filter bags which they mentioned they might take for their own fish tank. I hope they got good use out of it!

He's been in business for over 12 years, and apparently done well enough to purchase new equipment in past few years and now fully ready to do both small & larger jobs. He helped my husband and I to dispose of tons of stuff in an old basement, including 2 furnaces (1 very old, huge and heavy!), lots of wood, old junk & crates. Had a great 'can do' attitude that hard to find today, and very willing to make good on his original quote even though the job was more complicated and time consuming than bargained for! Highly recommend for this type of work and his younger assistant was also very accommodating. A very positive experience all around for a very stressful job that many others backed out of over past week!

I would absolutely not use this business based on my experience…read more I initially spoke with the owner by phone and then arranged for him to come to an apt I was handling for the landlord to provide an estimate. After he gave me his quote, I told him, "Okay, I'll get back to you. I have to get my other quotes." His response was, "F*** this. I knew you were wasting my time," and he walked away. I was shocked by the reaction. I had never told him that I was definitely hiring him, and I don't think there is anything unusual about getting more than one estimate before deciding who to hire. Later, after I told him that if he speaks to all of his customers the way he spoke to me I was surprised he gets any business at all, he responded by calling me a "scumbag" and saying he knew I was one from our phone conversation. I can only describe my own experience, but based on the way I was spoken to both in person and afterward by THE OWNER , I would not use this business or recommend it to others.
