I love supporting local businesses especially great ones like Junkster Bags. Bought the bag at Ace Hardware and Leo was super responsive and helpful advising which bag to get for my type of junk. Sent them a Facebook message on Saturday afternoon and it was gone on Monday morning. Zero hassle, would 100% use them again. read more

Junkster Bags - Full bag - Dumpster Rental Near Me - Saugus, Massachusetts

Had a bath remodel and contractor bought the competitor bag from a local hardware chain ($30). Went online to book and almost collapsed at the cost to remove. Would have cost another $270. Luckily I got an advertisement booklet in the mail. Saw the ad for Junkster. Went online and the removal cost was over $50 cheaper and they do remove the "green bags." To be sure I called and spoke to an awesome man who explained how to book online and told me they'd be out to pick up the next day. Within 18 hours of calling, it was gone. The workers were very careful and hauled it away like it was a bag of groceries. No issues at all. Supporting locally owned businesses is something I truly support. It was a great experience. They have a variety of bag sizes big and small and prices are very fair. read more

Great experience with junkster! Easy to grab a bag and fill it up with all your junk. From there they pick it up and you're done. The reason I was even more impressed is, we messed up the days we wanted them to come and they came twice. The gentleman asked us on the 2nd trip if we missed anything else we needed to throw out. We did, and he was more than happy to pick it up himself and throw it out for us. Going that extra mile with customer service is so appreciated nowadays. Highly recommend!! read more

I'm a repeat customer, and Junkster are the ones to call to pick up an orange or green bag. This time I booked Sunday night and the bag was gone by 11am Monday. Better price than WM, faster service, and they are local. What else can I say? read more

Great, competent service from these folks. They come quickly and are careful when removing the bag from your property. Very easy to schedule a pickup and it is faster and less expensive than their competitors. read more

I've been using Junkster bags for the past four years while my wife and I have slowly renovated our house. You can not beat the level of service they offer, especially for such a reasonable price! If all of the service providers we have used over the past four years were this good I would have significantly fewer gray hairs. Thank you to the wonderful people at Junkster - use them without reservation! John and Rachael in Arlington read more

This company is absolutely incompetent. We called to have our bag removed, and they claimed they could not remove it because the bag handles did not touch after they moved things around so it it would appear that there was more than was actually in it. My father made a bet with them that if I could make the handles touch, then he would reduce the price. Sure enough, I could. Afterward, the guy refused to pick up the bag until January 15th and told him if he keeps it up, he will make it February 15th. They just wanted to overcharge us from the start. We will be finding another company who is actually capable of doing their job. ***As for the comment left by the owner, this is in fact the correct business. Please check out my facebook review to see his further inappropriate behavior*** read more

THE BEST CHOICE FOR ALL YOUR TRASH REMOVAL! I don't mean to talk trash but, I do want to be honest here. My name is Bruce and I am a Junkster addict. No, that's no joke. Professional, friendly & Hard Working Crew 4. Honestly 5. Best prices around No one moves Junk like Junkster. You can call me a Junkie, because I Love this place, but I guarantee you will too!!! read more

These guys were great, friendly and easily removed my Waste Management "green bag" that WM claimed they could not. I told them WM said my driveway was too narrow (WM took off and charged me!) and Junkster said they could do it and if the big truck couldn't, they would come back with a smaller one (didn't need to). Said their motto was "no bag left behind". Note: if you have a WM "green bag", junkster will come and pick it up for less than WM. These two companies are at opposite spectrum's of customer service Junkster has it, WM does not.(read my review of WM) read more

Highly recommended. Filling the bag is easy, pick up is quick and it's way cheaper than the "all you have to do is point" services

Although Junkster was reasonably priced (I bought the bag at O'Connors and it was cheaper), I wasn't fond of the customer service. I put my request online to have the bag picked up on 7/3. I know the holiday was the next day but I waited almost a week. I called there phone number and got a general voicemail and told them my bag hadn't been picked up and I didn't get a confirmation email. I waited 4 days and never got a response. I ended up putting my request in a second time and again no confirmation email. I called and again got the general voicemail and asked for an immediate call back to resolve the issue. Hours later, no call so I called again and the guy that answered did help me out but couldn't answer as to what happened. They resolved the issue but if I am ever to use them again, I'd be a little apprehensive about the pick up timing. read more

Really impressed with this company! I picked up a junkster bag at my local hardware store, and we filled it with construction debris. I paid online, used their web form to request a pick up at about 9:30am, and the bag was gone by the time I got home at 3:30pm. No hassle, no worry, just done - and way cheaper for us than getting a dumpster. I'll definitely be using Junkster again! read more

As a Realtor, I am always looking for ways to help my clients de-clutter and clean out their properties before putting them on the market and for final clean out before they move out. First time trying out Junkster Junk Removal Bags was a slam dunk! Picked up the bag, filled it, scheduled the pickup and it was done! Leo was extremely helpful and answered all my questions! Definitely going to use this service again and I highly recommend it! read more

Leo and Junkster bags could not have been better. Leo answered my (all too many) questions in a quick and helpful manner. The product itself was easy to use, did what it was intended to do, and was picked up within 4 hours of me making the request. And it is a local company to the Saugus/Melrose area. Thanks Leo and team! Most highly recommended. read more

I had a shit ton (a shit ton would be about 13 tons) of junk to get out of my yard. These guys came highly recommended and after their services I know why! Completely professional and amazingly that were able to stay within my budget. You guys totally rock ! Thank you again for all your help! read more

We purchased a bag from the "other guys" since that's what was available at our hardware store. They gave us an incredibly hard time about pick up after the bag was already full and in our driveway (despite the fact that we've used the service before without issue). The "other guys" wanted us to move the bag to the end of our very short driveway which would have been impossible to do while full and would have required purchasing a second bag to transfer the contents (in short, a nightmare). While searching for alternatives, my husband contacted Junkster this morning and two hours later the bag is gone from our driveway! Thanks Junkster for being so prompt and shockingly easy to deal with. Highly recommend! read more

I have used Junkster three times in the last three months for household debris. Can't be happier. It is cost effective for relatively small loads. Fill the bag, email the company through the web site and the bag is picked up the next day. It's been that easy each time. No big dumpster taking up space in the driveway. This is a great way to get rid of junk. read more

Called them to find out if they'd take a bag from a competitor... spoke with a super nice guy and he promised he'd take good care of us. I made the online reservation on Sunday night and they picked up at my house on Monday morning at 10am. Nice crew of guys doing pickup, even waved to my 2 boys who thought the whole thing was really cool. Great service, better pricing than other similar services and it seems like a business that is run and managed by some nice people. Highly recommended. read more

Very well priced. Easy to work with and were able to pick up in less than 24 hours after scheduling. Highly recommend the local business!

These guys are awesome! I have used them a few times now and they are quick and very easy to deal with. Compared with the other colored bag who can be very picky about clearences etc, The Junkster guys just make it work! Plus a good deal cheaper. Can't recommend them enough. read more

This company is amazing. The owner is super responsive and committed to his business with excellent communication to the customers - I messaged him through their facebook page with questions and he literally responded instantly every time. My pickup was within 24 hours of me paying for the removal with no hassle whatsoever. It was so nice to get rid of so much old junk in one haul and this company made is so easy. So, I saw the truck parked on Route 1 South in Saugus. Great adverstising. I have been struggling for months with what to do with my junk of 7 years for cheap and my answer appeared! Coincidentally, I found a Groupon and purchased my bag online. I did have to call to find out where the bag was 2 weeks later but they told me they would bring it that day. ...So, they brought it the next day but no biggie. I wasn't ready for it anyway. After I made my nephew help me fill the bag, I called, they came the very next day, that easy. I LOVE this concept!!! So glad I did. I am forever talking about Junkster. It's so easy and much cheaper than any other concept. Now, I am all out of Junk, thanks to Junkster, but I definitely use them again. Thanks! read more

I was extremely happy with this service. It is cheaper than the competitor, it's a local business, and most importantly, it can fit into smaller areas than the Bagster trucks can. After I purchased a Bagster, I researched and found out that 17 feet of vertical clearance was necessary, without ANYTHING in the way. Well, in any level location on my property, I have trees or power lines about 16 feet up. Bagster will charge penalties if the vertical clearance isn't right, so we decided not to chance it and were just going to not use the bag. Then I found out about Junkster - when I called I learned that their trucks were smaller and only required 14 feet of clearance. Bingo! The only negative I had, which is not enough to decrease their rating, is that their truck had a bit of difficulty with my street. Where the bag was placed is at the bottom of a hill, so although it's not the steepest part, there's a bit of a pitch there. Apparently the brakes on their truck failed and so it took several additional days for it to be picked up. That was no problem at all, I just wish they had called me to let me know (or returned the call I'd placed). Instead I found out from the neighbor whose bush had been hit by the runaway truck. Despite this, I would use them again without reservations (as long as they'd be willing to brave my street again!) read more

The best around, great crew and great service. I'm proud to use a locally owned company that has a such great product.

Great service! Lou was very responsive and it was a really quick turn around time. I heard about this company through my local hardware guy. I send an email to Lou and received an immediate response. And I really like to the fact that this is a local company. read more

I have used the "green bag" (Bagster) for all of my projects but never again. I called the wonderful staff at Junkster regarding the pick up of a my green bag that was sitting on my front lawn. The bag was not even half full. Instead of trying to fill it up to pay top dollar, I called Junkster who picked it up at the smaller bag rate SAME DAY! They followed up with a very nice email thanking me for choosing them. I can't say enough about their service. Friendly, professional and prompt. Thank you to Leo for the follow up email. This is an incredible service. I have used in 3 times now. They have always there to pick up within a day or two, and their customer service is top notch. For somebody doing their own home remodel projects who doesn't need a full size dumpster this service is just what is needed. 5 stars, I'll definitely be using them again in the future. read more

I contacted Junkster early one morning, hoping for an appointment as soon as possible but not expecting one for several days. I got a call back within a half an hour, and an appointment 3 hours later. The guys showed up right on time, they were pleasant, professional, funny, carefulabout their work, and extremely efficient and fact. They double checked every item with me to make sure nothing was discarded by mistake. Wonderful job, a pleasure doing business with this company, and it was worth every penny. read more

Junkster was a miracle! I was drowning in junk cleaning out my father's house and not knowing how to deal with it all. Putting a big, ugly, filthy metal dumpster in front of my Dad's town house would probably required major approval and would have just been expensive. My local Ace hardware had Junkster bags and gave me a good recommendation of them, so I got one. I like to shop from local vendors so I was happy that they were one town over and not the big-box store version that costs more and takes less kinds of items. They were super nice and picked up the first one the same day I called for the pick-up, so that the by now bulging bag would not sit out in front of the house for the whole holiday weekend. AND sent me a written invoice for my records along with a nice 'thank you for your business" card. I've had to get two more since to finish the project and as far as I know everything went smoothly. Since I had two together I got $10 off the pickup charges. We got sooo much stuff in there. I couldn't believe how much and so many different kinds of things. I will definitely use them again should the need arise and have already recommended them to several people. Thanks you Junkster! read more

Great solution for our deck rebuild/basement clean out. The prompt pickup kept the grass on our lawn from being damaged. I've used Junkster five times now over the past year after buying a house and doing renovations. You can conveniently pay online and they have always come out within 24 hours to take the bag. I've also used them to remove old paint cans the old homeowner left behind. Very convenient and affordable, especially for those of us in the cities where trash removal can be a pain.
