Highly recommend!! There are millions of dumpster rental businesses out there but Steve at Red-E-Bins provided the best customer service. Highly responsive without being pushy about the rental, and very flexible about drop off and pick up dates. I flew in from CA to clean out my childhood home and during a very stressful hectic time, Steve was very easy to communicate with via text and helped me coordinate everything. Other companies I'd reached out to before Red-E-Bins wanted more money and continually sent me text messages asking if I was ready to book which was pretty annoying. Price was right too. Go with Steve, you won't regret! read more

I needed a dumpster in a tight location. The Red E Bins web site is set up great, but I wanted to verify if they could get the dumpster in place before committing payment. They responded to my voicemail in minutes. I reserved my time slot online and received a text message saying they were en route. They were on time. He could see that the dumpster I ordered was likely too small for the pile of stuff we had. He returned to his yard and came back 20 minutes later with a bigger dumpster. So many ways this could have gone wrong with another company! I very much appreciate the quick response and great service. read more

Two things made this experience one of the best services I have had in several years: the 5-yard bin size and the quick and helpful communication with Steve P. Sometimes 10-yards is too big and too expensive for what you have to toss and Red Bins hits that market beautifully. But beyond that, Steve answered the emails quickly and completely, and left the bin exactly where I asked for it to be. When it's time for a 10-yarder, Red Bins will be my first call. read more

Highly recommend!! Awesome customer service! Great price! I'd give him 10 stars if I could. I ordered a dumpster and was able to get same day delivery. Steve was fantastic. He was placed it exactly where I needed it and was very careful to ensure there were no drag marks on the driveway or damage to the lawn. He was very polite, friendly and professional. The price was less than many of his competitors. I will never order a dumpster from anyone else. read more

I requested a dumpster and removal this week. I had never heard about this company, but they had what I needed for a very good price. The responsiveness and professionalism was excellent from beginning to end. Very friendly owner (Steve) dropped off on time, and pick up was also on time without a hitch. I will definitely use this company again and refer family and friends. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thanks Steve read more
