I needed a dumpster in a tight location. The Red E Bins web site is set up great, but I wanted to verify if they could get the dumpster in place before committing payment. They responded to my voicemail in minutes. I reserved my time slot online and received a text message saying they were en route. They were on time. He could see that the dumpster I ordered was likely too small for the pile of stuff we had. He returned to his yard and came back 20 minutes later with a bigger dumpster. Two things made this experience one of the best services I have had in several years: the 5-yard bin size and the quick and helpful communication with Steve P. Sometimes 10-yards is too big and too expensive for what you have to toss and Red Bins hits that market beautifully.
