He received 2 calls from an unknown number at about 11:45am. No message was left. When they didn't show I reached out to them via messaging at almost 4. I got a call back and they said they called, but couldn't reach my husband and that they were no longer coming. After I hung up, I texted him that I would be leaving a yelp review and he texted me back "How about we do the job for free next weekend and no yelp review?" Obviously, that didn't work out for him.

I contacted him after the holiday (Thanksgiving) and Telly's accommodated me. With efficiency, he moved my large couch down a narrow stairway from the third floor. I said no. One worker seemed fine but most of the stuff was hauled up the stairs by the other. My microwave never arrived-it was the one thing I had left for them to box as I'd run out of boxes the right size. He flung things around very carelessly. there was a lot of minor damage and my computer monitor and toaster oven didn;t work after the move and had to be replaced, as well as the missing microwave. In addition, they insisted on renting me mattress covers to protect them during moving(they said sell but I didn't get to keep them). Evm so there were dirty footprints on my mattress topper. Multiple calls and emails have got the same answer-someone would call me soon. no one ever has. Don't bother telling me ot waste my time on another call. I've ordered bins from Junk King maybe half a dozen times over the past 5+ years. We get one almost…read moreevery year. I like the convenience of being able to order my bin online because it's a big time saver. Most of the time we've just disposed of standard waste (old wood, general recyclables, drywall, metal fencing, small pieces of junky furniture, etc.). A few times we have included yard waste and a small amount of e-waste. I've never had an issue with anything being rejected. I believe the fine print says that if you have any non-standard items they'll bill a surcharge to manage it. Sometimes I'm surprised at the high price I end up being billed, but it's a risk I take considering they don't inventory everything ahead of time. Not sure that is entirely possible anyway. 90% of the time the bins arrive in really great condition and they place them exactly where we've asked. We had an issue just one time with a door that wouldn't latch easily, but the driver figured it out. The bins have arrived on-site and been picked up as scheduled. They also say they sort everything rather than just landfilling it, which is important to me. I'll keep using Junk King.
