Sometimes you have a lot of crap that needs to be hauled away. You don't care where it goes…read more(hopefully not in the woods or the river), you just want it gone. This is when you call Cam's. We had a ton of construction debris from our basement renovation and couldn't throw any of it out in our normal trash. We called up Cam's and got a 25 yard roll-off with a 4 ton allowance. I don't know what that means but it was a big dumpster. The real reason why I'm writing this review is because of the truck driver. This guy is awesome!! He got the dumpster down our narrow street, into our narrow driveway and within like 4 inches of our house without hitting anything. When it was time to pick it up, the guy came promptly at 7am (sorry neighbors), hitched it back on to the truck and pulled it out of the driveway, again without hitting a thing, even with cars parked on either side of the driveway. Bye bye crap!! Thanks Cam's!!

They came out, placed it in our driveway, explained how to open it (very simple). Their cost (around $500 for a huge dumpster) allowed us to keep it for two weeks. Then it was fine to keep it beyond that if needed at a low cost. When we were done, we called and they came to get it within a day. It felt so good to see them drive away with all that junk! Everyone we dealt with at this company was great. They were friendly and helpful. The entire process (aside from the actual cleaning) was smooth and uncomplicated. We highly recommend Cam's!

I was able to schedule a dumpster to be delivered the day the job got started. The other companies would work with me to get a dumpster. Thats what makes Tiger Dumpsters different. We scheduled the delivery and pick up. The dumpster arrived earlier then scheduled and picked it up in the afternoon. It was perfect. They scheduled the pick up for what tome was best for me. I was treated like a friend and not a customer and that goes a long way. I Highly recomend this company to help you with all junk removal and will reach out to them for my next project.

The only guy we knew was in the Merrimack Valley area and the Saugus/Melrose/Lynnfield area was (understandably) too far for him to deliver. After seeing Tiger's reviews, we decided to give them a try. Unlike a few other local companies we had called, Will was extremely responsive, customer service oriented, and offered very competitive pricing. He delivered a clean, freshly painted dumpster to the house the very next day, and was completely understanding and flexible when we asked to keep it a few extra days on the back end. Plus, he was a very honest, kind, and friendly guy who responded to every text I sent in mere minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to call Tiger again for any dumpster needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. PS I just want to be clear that this isn't one of those biased personal plugs. We live way up on the Northshore and this was our very first time having to rent a dumpster down in the Saugus/Melrose/Lynnfield area. We knew absolutely nobody and had to start the process from scratch. Will at Tiger exceeded our expectations and then some. (Not to mention Tiger will deliver all the way from Boston to Manchester, NH.) Don't bother calling anyone but Tiger the next time you need a dumpster!

I spoke with Aaron who was friendly, personable and very helpful on the questions I had about the service. Two days later two gentlemen showed up with a truck and hauled it all away. The folks that picked up called before they arrived, were friendly, got to work right away and within ten minutes my driveway was clear. The job was done promptly and professionally with no fuss. When I called the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful explaining the pricing and details around pickup. He explained they would come assess the amount of junk and give us an estimate and there was no obligation to use them. Following the phone call I received a follow up text asking me to confirm my appointment. At this point I was very happy with my interactions with this company. Then on Monday I received a voice message from Melissa asking me to call back about my appointment. When I called back she was unavailable and was told she would call me back. After she did not return my call I called back and was able to speak with her. She asked if I could possibly reschedule my appointment. I was hesitant to change the appointment as we were moving and needed all of our junk to be off sight by Thursday. She said I would hear from her boss, Aaron, the owner who was trying to figure out their scheduling issue. Aaron texted me and asked if I had pictures of what I needed picked up. I responded that I did not as we have already moved off property. I explained that when we made our appointment we were assured that they would look at everything and provide an estimate. I explained what we needed hauled away, but also explained that I am not in the profession of hauling junk and had a hard time guesstimating how much space in the truck we would need. He explained that they were having difficulty and needed to reschedule for Wednesday between 10-noon. I explained that this made me very uncomfortable because we were moving and needed to have the premises cleaned out by Thursday. Aaron assured me that they would be there no problem on Wednesday. Again I received a text confirmation of my appointment and confirmed with the company. Wednesday came and around 11 feeling a little uncertain they were coming I called Aaron's phone that went straight to voicemail. So I called the company line and spoke with Samantha who assured me the truck would be on the way. They had three stops before us, but we're on their way. At noon I decided to call again and was told they would reach back out after calling the truck. In response I received a text message from Patrick saying that his truck had broken down the night before and he would be unable to make it to my home. If this is not unprofessional I do not know what is. I would be very wary of this company and the false sense of security they provide when you confirm an appointment with them.
