This company was and IS absolutely the worst company ever! They ruined my child's 1st birthday party. We scheduled for them to pick up the dumpster within their policy and guidelines three days prior to the pick up date. They responded and scheduled for 7/9 between the absurd hours of 6am to 6pm. As i noticed the time approaching to 6pm My mother and i called a total of 6 times and was assured that someone was coming to pick up the dumpster that day! Well to my surprise 6pm came upon us and no one showed up. A huge 10y dumpster in the middle of the yard. NO courtesy call , no i apologize, no nothing. Ofcourse they came the following monday bright and early banging on our door. I asked to speak with a supervisor who said they would have someone call us and still no call. They can't tell you when the dumpster will arrive. They can't tell you if the driver will call. They make you wait all day waiting on a dumpster only to call at 5pm the day of deliver to say they can't make it. When ask what time it will arrive, just get ' tomorrow sometime hopefully'. Read on if you want to know why.. I was to have a dumpster delivered to a house for clean out on Wednesday. I called them Monday afternoon and the rep assured me that the dumpster would arrive Wednesday sometime in the morning. Wednesday comes around and I am expecting this dumpster by 3 pm at the latest. So I have a crew at the house by 3 ready to move stuff and there's no dumpster. I called them 5 times throughout the afternoon to get an ETA and each person I speak with, including managers, has no clue what's going on. They can't even get in touch with their OTHER PARTY who is supposed to be delivering the dumpster. Rather than tell me that I'm not going to receive the dumpster, they string me along by saying that it will be there by 6 pm. Well, guess what? It never came. I had to call a hauling service off Craig's list and they got the job done for less money. If you're hauling stuff, support a local small business - not some third party dumpster broker that will let you down. Plus, I heard their fees are ridiculous and unfair. Augie Dog Ordered a dumpster for a roof tear off 8 am. Had to send crew home home dumpster didn't show up until 11:30. Also the dumpster truck dropped oil all down the drive way. Called Budget Dumpster about the oil and send pictures, still after two weeks nothing has been done. Have not been able talk to anyone. I've gotten some emails that they are working on it. But no one has called me and nothing has been done to clean up the oil on the drive way. I also called 4 days advance to have the dumpster picked up because the roof was going to be loaded. I just received a bill for $45.00 because there was a mattress in the dumpster. I explained to the employee who answered that there was no mattress, I just did demo work. I also have photos because I was sharing the demo progress with my family. We just bought the house no furniture, empty. The kid who answered put me on hold to speak with his manager. I was on hold for 30+ minutes listening to "Be Happy" which I very much dislike now. After I explained my story to the "manager", he said I am liable for the container until it reaches the dump! If they pull over and have someone loads the dumpster with whatever they like, you are expected to pay. So if you don't follow them to the dump and watch the contents unload, you may be liable for whatever. Now, if I had placed a mattress in the container, I would have no problem paying. The thought that once it leaves, you may be paying for someone else's trash is crazy! This business model is trash, the way this company operates its business, does not even warrant 1 star. I attempted to contact customer service this evening regarding a pick up. We were told the pick up location was blocked. There is no parking on the side of my street where my driveway is located. The customer service supervisor Zach Bay did not attempt to resolve the situation. We have no proof or no picture that the driver even attempted to pick up the dumpster at 6:00 pm. We have given you business for two different locations and we have never had any issues until tonight I would like for someone to give me a call to resolve this issue. Dumpster was taken away and then we were invoiced and supplied rental agreement that states weight by Ton limits, Huh this was never mentioned over the phone. We complained about this and they stated they have a recording of them stating Ton limits and extra cost. They had a copy of recording and said would send to us. Do not rent a dumpster from Budget Dumpster. They will not allow you to cancel without incurring a $25 cancellation fee. Despite the contract stating you would incur a cancellation fee if you cancel the order prior to 3 p.m. the day before delivery, they hit me with a $25 cancellation fee 5 hours after ordering and 3 days prior to delivery. I cancelled because I realized most dumpster rentals include 30 yards, 4 tons and 8,000 lbs. Budget is 30 yards, but only includes 3 tons and 6,000 pounds and then hit you with fees for going over on weight - big scam! Spoke to a supervisor by the name of Chris Lemon who was no help. Like what other countless reviews have stated, if there was a zero star option, I would rate it zero stars. I rented a 30-yard dumpster that was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY July 6 around morning to afternoon. My contractor and I waited and waited till 2 PM but NOTHING. And so, I called in and was told that it would be delivered by 6 PM. When 6 PM rolled around, STILL NOTHING. So, I called in once again. First, my call was put on hold for around 20 minutes and then transferred countless times. Finally, a REP apologized for the delay and assured me that it will "definitely arrive first thing tomorrow morning (which meant today July 7)." And so, I believed him. MY contractor and I waited till 4 PM today and STILL NOTHING. At this point, I've gotten very frustrated. I called in around 4:15 PM and once again was put on hold and transferred my call endlessly. A REP told me that he will call dispatch and give me a call back shortly but NEVER DID. I waited for 30 minutes and called in again. Another REP answered and told me the same exact thing that she will check and call me back shortly. And let me note this, even though I was very frustrated, I held a very understanding and friendly attitude when talking with the Reps. More than 3 hours have passed and STILL NO CALLBACK! I really don't understand this customer service. At this point, I DON'T KNOW WHEN THE DUMPSTER WILL ARRIVE. Beyond calling, I've also emailed the company but to NO RESPONSE and I know that they have opened and viewed the email. I really should have checked the yelp reviews BEFORE renting from this company. I ordered a dumpster for residential use, got billed for it, requested an AM drop off. 7 1/2 hours late and no one to include their dispatch knows where the dumpster is. Completely disreputable, shame of a company. After seeing the prices online for my zip code, I called and inquired about rental and was then told that they had "updated" their prices without updating their site, and this was a "new policy." I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the $20 the up charge wasn't that big of a deal. I decided to give them a go but was told that they would have to call me back the next day for availability. The next day, the rep left a voicemail including a date and the appropriate quote. Everything seemed good until I called back later in the day and was on the phone with another representative. I did not mention that I had already called and inquired about rental. This rep gave me a quote with an upcharge of close to $200. I then told him I had just called yesterday, and that I was given a very different quote this morning. The representative proceeded to raise his voice to me on the phone, and make shameful excuses, that I would be "wasting my time" if he transferred me to the rep I had spoken to yesterday. He said a "new policy" was placed into effect today. What a bunch of liars. Absolutely disgusting how this business is ran to make a few extra bucks. I took my business elsewhere and ended up paying more than what was being offered to me here. Customer service was awesome when I ordered the dumpster Andrew answered all of my questions. We demo'd the kitchen and called for a pickup. Unfortunately it was the day of the blizzard. It got picked up the next day no problem. Today I get a bill for the overage. Seems they are not responsible for acts of god "the snow in the dumpster". I am billed for 167.25. I have been discussing with the manager and am responsible for paying this. So two foot of snow in a dumpster how much weight is that? I should have put a tarp and 2X4's on the dumpster so the snow didn't go in it.. umm did you see the 30-40 mph winds with just of 70? wonder were those 2X4's would have landed? At this time I wouldn't use this company if it is winter and you have a chance that snow might be in the forecast. read more

Yeah they "rent" dumpsters, they just don't drop them off! Had a drop off scheduled for Friday at the house I bought that's an hour away from my apt, 5pm I call the company and they assure me the dumpster is on its way and they drop off till 630pm. At 7pm I left with all confidence the dumpster was on its way, I show up 8am Saturday morning with three guys to load the dumpster with all the demo debris I accumulated and no dumpster was there ($800 lost cause I still had to pay the guys for the day). Of course nobody works in their office on the weekends so I was screwed till Monday (house is full of debri and need to unload so I can start sheet rocking). Monday morning they very apologetically called me back and assured me the dumpster would be dropped off Monday. Well knowing their schedule I figured I'd show up Tuesday cause god knows when they would actually drop it off....so here I am in my driveway writing a review on Budget Dumpster at 4pm Tuesday afternoon, still no dumpster, now 4 days behind a very tight schedule and trying to find another company to provide me with a 30yd dumpster. When i called to order dumpster and told the the man i spoke with what I was using it for he agreed a 10yd dumpster with the 1 ton wight limit would be fine and that i would never get close to the weight limit with what i was disposing of. When demo was done we didnt need to even throw out most of the debris as it was used to fill in center of the porch. I covered and tied up dumpster every night so no one can throw stuff in and even when we were done the dumpster was still half empty. Today I get a bill saying that we not only went over the weight limit but went over it by 2.2 tons. I called to see what was going on and was pretty much told it was a third party that dumped and weigh the waste and even if i was to go to court to fight it I would lose because the weighing station is run by the state. Their whole business is a scam, if I were you I would find a more reputable dumpster company and not be enticed by the advertised low price because you will just pay more in the end read more

HONESTLY WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR THAT'S WHAT THIS COMPANY DESERVES.... I have been in the construction business for over 30 years and never have I dealt with a company as incompetent as this one. I emailed this company on 8/22 for a pick up for 8/23 and after numerous phone calls and false promises they did not pick up till 8/29. I had to reschedule deliveries because the dumpster was in the way of having my materials arrive to continue on with the job. I spoke to a manager on 8/28 and he promised me it would be picked up on 8/29 mid morning and would call me the next day to confirm everything went ok. Well the dumpster did not get picked up till after 1:00 and I'm still waiting to this day to hear from said manager. The one thing that did work out well or so I thought was he did agree to give me half price off the dumpster. At the conclusion of our phone call he asked me if I would use them again. I told him if the dumpster was picked up on time and taking half off I might think about it. GUESS WHO'S NOT USING THEM AGAIN!!! Now lets fast forward 42 DAYS after the pick up of the dumpster I get a bill saying there was an overage charge of $126. Wouldn't you know the charge pretty much equals the half off the manager gave me 42 DAYS prior. So I called and spoke with a representative and explained my situation and he said even though it looks that way that is not the case. YEAH RIGHT. The job I used this dumpster for was long over with and how am I supposed to go back to a customer a month and a half later and explain I need more money for a dumpster. Oh they will give this excuse they don't get the weights immediately but basically on a monthly basis. C'MON first thing that happens when a dumpster goes back to the yard is get weighed. Its the 21st century everything is immediate with the technology today what they can't receive emails. But wait there's more so I spoke to that representative at 1:54pm to dispute this overage charge and go figure at 3:20pm on that same day guess who got an additional bill for a propane tank in the dumpster of $55.I personally loaded this dumpster and there was no propane tank thrown into that dumpster. Funny how the representative never mentioned anything of a propane tank when I was speaking to him to dispute the overage charge. AGAIN ZERO STAR!!! read more

Our home flooded June 26. I ordered a dumpster from Budget Dumpster to be delivered on the 28th and paid up front with a CC. The dumpster never showed up. I called that evening and after sitting on hold for 20 minutes, I used their option to send a text and wait for a reply - there was no reply. The next morning I called again and sat on hold for another 20 minutes, until I hung up and called their scheduling dept. They picked up immediately, but said they couldn't help, asked me to hold and transferred me to service. Again, 20 min on hold. The only dept. that answers the phone is the one that takes your money. They jerked me around for hours the day after our dumpster was to arrive, all while I was trying to clean out our home. This just added so much unnecessary stress to an already heartbreaking experience. I finally decided to cancel and call a different company, but when I called the cancellation dept, NO ONE ANSWERED. They wasted 2 entire days that I needed to clean out my flooded, ruined house. Flooded flooring and belongings need to be cleaned up right away before rot and mold set in. I was so upset by Tuesday evening, that I called the sales dept again (they picked up right away) and demanded to speak to someone in cancellations. This time I was only on hold for 10 minutes, I cancelled the order and was told I would be given a full refund. Two days later, our CC has not received a refund.
