I did complete house teardown and filled a lot of dumpsters. I started off with companies that provide 40-yard dumpsters (Quick only has dumpsters up to 25 yards) and had one bad experience after the next: they would show up a day or two late to pick up/replace dumpsters, would tack on extra fees for no good reason, would change pricing, etc. One company threatened to dump everything from the dumpster in the yard after I disputed pricing change...You don't realize how important an empty metal box is until you start having piles of construction material in your front yard Quick Disposal was a breath of fresh air. Both Ben and Lisa are unbelievably friendly and, most importantly, they show up on time to pick up or deliver a dumpster, which is very important when you have a crew of people working on the house. Their pricing is clear and I never had a problem with Quick's billing practices. For dumpsters up to 25 yards, I believe Quick Disposal may have best prices out there but even if they do not I say pay the extra $20 and have a peace of mind. I can't recommend these guys enough to anyone looking for a dumpster. read more

I wouldn't rent a dumpster from anywhere else... this company was so helpful and easy to contact. The delivery and pickup were seamless. The dumpster was so clean. I would highly recommend their services. read more

We've used Quick quite a few times over the last year and they've been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. read more

They were easy to deal with, reliable and there were no problems with them placing a dumpster in a tight space. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a dumpster. They were there when promised and when I needed the dumpster to be taken out before the walkthrough for my house, they came quickly to remove it. read more

Amazing experience working with Quick Disposal for my solid waste dumpster needs related to a residential patio project. Every single interaction I had with them was positive, including all my correspondence with Lisa (who I think might be the office manager?) for information on availability and timing. They were very accommodating to my scheduling needs as not only did I unexpectedly need to quickly swap the dumpster for a second one because we had way more waste than I planned, but I also needed to get that new dumpster out of my driveway in time for arrival of my crushed stone. It was tricky but I spoke directly with the dispatcher Ben several times and he was so helpful to make sure everything was taken care of. No one there ever treated me like I was asking for too much (even though I'm sure that I was) and they went out of there way to help. I know there are about one million ways construction projects can go wrong and timing the logistics of all the moving pieces is stressful, but this place really made my life easier and avoided any lost or wasted time for my contractors. Will definitely use them again. Thank you! read more

I had never rented a dumpster before and needed one for a bunch of random junk I had around the house and construction debris from an addition. Everyone I dealt with from Lisa on the phone to the drivers were super friendly. They dropped the dumpster off a few hours after I called (albeit it was late winter which I understand is slow season) and picked it up the same day I called to let them know it was full. The price I was quoted was the price I was charged. I would definitely use them again! read more

I have used Quick Disposal several times now and they are very customer-service oriented. They were helpful about the size of dumpster I needed, met the delivery date and pick up promptly when you are done. The people are great - they even checked in with us a few days after it was delivered to make sure everything was OK. Pricing was good - we needed this for clean up and I was surprised at the value - it is great for spring cleaning or cleaning up after construction - they really help you with types of dumpsters and pricing. Very easy people to talk to and they appreciate their customers! read more

Excellent experience - scheduling and coordinating the arrival and removal of the dumpster was super easy and reliable. All communications and questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Lisa was always helpful and professional. Definitely recommend! read more

We were doing a large yard cleanout on a Saturday when we realized the dumpster that I had rented from another company was too small and would only be able to fill half the junk. Since we had already hired two people to help us out that whole day, I was rushing to get an extra dumpster we could use. I called a couple of companies who were unable to provide me with a dumpster on such a short notice. Quick Disposal was able to accommodate me and able to drop off the extra dumpster even though they were close to closing time and I am greatly appreciative for this! They also picked up the dumpster in a timely manner. They are professional, responsive and reliable. I have enjoyed working with them and are planning to use their services again very soon. read more

Needed a dumpster for home clean out. Chose Quick Disposal for their excellent reviews on yelp. Did not disappoint, dumpster was dropped off on schedule and picked up later in the week an hour after notification. Would definitely use again. read more

I am giving them one star only because the dumpster was delivered. My fiance got a 15 yard dumpster from them for our new home. We filled up the first dumpster (from another company) and they were not able to bring another so we called Quick Disposal to bring us one and they were able to. The problem is today when they picked up the dumpster they said we would be charged extra. We filled up the dumpster half way so I don't know how that is possible. The first dumpster from another company was filled to the top and we didn't get charged extra. So how can we be charged extra for half a dumpster? We then received a call from a man who stated he was the "owner" and we explained the situation to him and we were getting no where so we just decided to just pay it and be done with it the "owner" then called my fiance an Idiot. Not hinting that he was an idiot but flat out called him an idiot. They should really learn how to speak to customers. Safe to say I will never use them again and my fiance owns a construction company and is always using disposal companies. read more

I recently used Quick Disposal for a dumpster rental when cleaning out my father's house, and every part of the transaction with this company was straightforward and professional. I rented two large dumpsters (20-yard), and they were in great shape, delivered on time, and removed just as quickly. In particular, communicating with Lisa, their office manager, was both delightful and efficient. read more

Great service at a reasonable price! I rented a 20 yard dumpster for a basement and garage clean-out. The entire process went perfectly - dumpster was delivered on time and we also arranged for them to remove an old fridge. All went perfectly and Lisa (who I believe is the office manager) was outstanding to deal with! My wife also engaged with Lisa and without prompting said how great she was to work with! Nice job Lisa and Quick Disposal - you have earned a new customer and as many references as I can provide. read more

I called Quick on a Thursday never expecting to get a dumpster for the weekend with this short notice, but Quick came through, I got a 20 yd on Friday, the staff was very helpful answering all my questions , the driver was very polite and helpful with positioning the dumpster , fair price and great service, called Friday morning for pick up , they were there in matter of hours, definitely used them again read more

I can't say enough good things about the experiences we have had with Quick Disposal. Each time we used Quick, the owner confirmed what work we were performing to be sure we were getting the correct type and size of dumpster for our project so that we would not have any surprises with being overweight after we filled the dumpster, unlike other companies we used in the past. They are available to answer any questions we have about the demolition/disposal aspect of our projects, are prompt, and very efficient. We usually have a dumpster the same day we request it and it is picked up very quickly once we inform them that we no longer need it. This is a very good and honest company and I enjoy doing business with them. I have recommended them to my friends and family, and will continue to do so. We will continue to use only Quick Disposal as we do further work on our home. read more

We have used quick disposal three times now in the past two years and we couldn't be happier. No sooner do we hang up the phone and the dumpster is practically already in the yard, within an hour, every time. On top of that, the second and third times, respectively, they knew exactly where we wanted it dropped, without us even telling them. Overall, they have made one of the more "stressful" parts of our construction projects "stress-less". Highly recommended. read more

We had a tree fall on our garage and needed someone to remove it and demolish the garage. We called Quick Disposal and we got a free estimate, set up a date, and it was done! Super quick and convenient - and definitely affordable! I recommend them to everyone. read more

I just got done using Quick Disposal for the second time in the last 12 months. The dumpster was in place exactly where I had asked, and first thing in the morning on the day I asked for it to be there. The first time I used them, I needed the dumpster emptied after a week or so and brought back, which they promptly did. Things didn't go as planned on my end, and I ended up with the dumpster longer than I thought, and they were very good about it. Last month I needed them again, and again things were in place promptly, and where asked. They thought I might need another but I said I'd call them if that was the case, if need be I would just stack the debris and fill the other dumpster later. They said just call us if you are getting near full, and we'll get another one there ASAP. Even though it was a holiday weekend when I did my demo, they had a driver on call, who interrupted his weekend to bring down another and take away the first one, I think I waited about a half hour, thats it! Their attention to service, courtesy, good condition of their equipment, and reasonable prices have earned them all my future business, no reason to look elsewhere. I highly recommend them. read more
