We had some leftover wood from a project. We called this service & for a nominal fee, they removed it. Friendly & great service.

They were efficient and professional. They came within the window and I would absolutely use them again!

Mike and his team did an excellent job! After contacting several other companies in the space, Mike's prompt and clear communication and scheduling was a breath of fresh air. He showed up on time and quickly estimated the job: clearing out some furniture, mattresses, and other junk over three stories of a townhouse. Mike's price was fair, and there were no hidden costs or question marks. Mike's team showed up on-time on the agreed upon day. They worked efficiently and were very respectful of the property: A storm door had to be temporarily taken off its hinge to get one of the larger couches out, and they carefully did that and replaced it as was originally on their way out. The job was done in no time! What an excellent and smooth experience end-to-end. read more

Great experience with Willard's. Great communication, took my couch out with ease, very fair rates.

wish all transactions were like the one I had with Willard Disposal. I sent them a pic of the junk. They quoted me a reasonable price and said they'd be there within a time frame. They texted head, came within the window and stuff was gone. All businesses should be like this. read more

Mike and his team were very punctual and rid me of my unwanted junk fast! Mike even came on a Sunday to give me an estimate! His flexibility and willingness to work hard for my business will have me coming back for all my disposal needs! Good help is hard to find, especially for a reasonable cost, 5 out of 5! read more

His estimate wasn't super cheap but the old pressure treated wood I needed removed was bulky and heavy. Mike showed up when he said he would and no last minute surprise costs. And he and his crew were polite and friendly. read more

Mike and his team are the best! From providing the quote to finishing the job, they were a pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions that we had during the scheduling process, they arrived on time on the scheduled clean-up day, they worked quickly and efficiently, and they did a wonderfully thorough job! We would recommend them to anyone, and we will be using them again for any future junk-removal needs! read more

Ignore any of the big disposal services that won't even give you an idea at how much trash removal will cost. Look no further than Willard's for a trustworthy, local business. I live in Quincy and needed to get rid of the sofa and armchair from our apartment, we'd looked around for services but it's all very irritating and vague as to how much some companies charge. I called up Willard's and Mike gave me a call back within ten minutes to discuss my needs. Mike gave me a quote which was real inexpensive and he also ran through some options as to when we could arrange a pick-up. We settled on the next day, I got a call from Mike in the morning to let me know he was on his way, and he was bang on with our agreed time. Mike and his helper sized up everything and took around ten minutes to get the sofas out and loaded onto their truck, which is way bigger than the ones some of those national companies use. Mike stuck with his exact quote for the job and he was friendly, courteous and real pleasure to deal with. Please don't look anywhere else for trash removal, call Willards as Mike's word is his bond. read more

Phenominal, super fast and inexpensive. Mike (owner) gave me an estimate over the phone and stuck to his estimate. Very professional! They came within 30mins of the initial call! I live in Quincy. Highly recommend! Much cheaper than some other places i called. Great service!! read more

These guys are professional! I called for an estimate to clear out an old storage space in our office. Michael (the Owner) came in the very same day with a reasonable quote. I called a couple other waste disposal services, but did not receive a timely response, so I went with Willard's. The next week, we scheduled the clean out and they showed up on time. They asked when they had questions and left the place in the condition we were looking for. I definitely recommend them for any waste disposal! read more

Absolutely max stars! Did a basement/house clean-out. Bought a Bagster for $30 - had used them successfully a few years ago. The Bagster rep told me that if power lines near me did not have 18' of clearance, and they came, Bagster would charge me $150 but NOT take the trash. I emphatically said DO NOT COME. Had trouble measuring vertically but finally managed: 14' 6-ish inches high. Was thrilled to find Willard. He was very nice, helpful, informative, straightforward and responsive. Willard removed it all for the $150 Bagster said they would charge for NOT picking it up. ***** HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION ***** Kicker #1: Mr. Willard folded the soon to-be-returned to the Home Depot Bagster very neatly. Kicker #2: It took four calls to get Bagster's (sleazy? fraudulent? erroneous?) $179 charge removed from the credit card. Look no further: Willard is your man. read more

Great service. He was here in less than 1-day and cleaned out a condo that I was selling. Fast, efficient, and inexpensive!

Mike and his crew were quick to get back to me, punctual, reasonably priced, and they made my life easier. I don't know what else you could ask for. read more

Jim Willard is great and I highly recommend his company. He returned my call within 5 minutes, scheduled an appointment to see the work and did the work promptly on the date and time he had said he would. Price was very reasonable. read more

Mike and his team provided excellent service in removing an old washing machine. I scheduled a time with him the week prior and his team showed up on time. Price was also excellent for the service. 5 stars all around. read more

Exceptional service! Mike was prompt in responding back with a quote. I needed someone to take out and dispose of our old couch. Price was very reasonable and they were able to come out within 2 days. Service was quick and efficient. Highly recommend! Will refer everyone I know here and will definitely use again. Thanks for your great service! read more

I called Willard's Disposal Service because I needed a junk removal service ASAP. I was moving from a house to an apartment and had no idea and no plan on how to remove over thirty contractor bags of junk/stuff. Everything was removed just as promised and before a big snow storm! Great disposal company! read more

Call Mike at Willard Disposal and he will take care of all your removal needs. He did a great job for me at a fair price. He even had to leave before he was finished (no fault of his, he uncovered a bee's nest in the pile of junk I had) but returned promptly after I killed the bees. No extra charge for making two trips. He did an awesome job and I would call him first from here on. Do yourself a favor and do business with Mike. read more

I only called Mike because of the reviews here on Yelp and it was the best choice I could have made. Mike could not run his business any better in my book. He was quick to reply and quick to get to me (with 2 workers to help him) knowing that there was a snow storm coming and I had just sold my house and had a ton of stuff I needed to get rid of that was outside at my new house. He came the same day! Full contractor bags (almost 20 of them), random items, a wheel barrow, etc. His price was beyond reasonable and they worked so quickly yet calmly and they were very polite. I would recommend him to anyone. I just wish I knew he was around before I dragged the stuff to my new home to beat the closing. I will post on FB so that others can benefit from this awesome company. Call him - you won't be disappointed, and if you do - post your review here to keep him in business. We need more small businesses like him around. Thank you Mike! read more

Just bought a new home and the previous owners used behind the garage as a dumping ground! Mike did an amazing job! Exceeds my expectation. Will use in the future for sure! read more
