I hired Junk Teens for removal multiple items including a lot of furniture, an AC, a Smart TV, and many small items. Their quote was definitely fair, the employees who came (Shout out to Jayden and Sebastien) were professional, timely, and flexible. I would recommend this business not just for their great pricing, but also for their great communication skills, and how respectful of my property they were. (Both the removal property and what I was keeping.) Over all experience 10/10! Check out their FB page link below. https://www.facebook.com/share/1C5waFvHbW/ read more

Junk Teens Junk Removal - 2 very hard workers! - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Westwood, Massachusetts

I contacted junk teens to help remove some items from my father's storage that were no longer of used to him. We chose the company because of its mission to create jobs for young people, and because it's a smaller company than the massive chain. Kyle, Noah, and Ale came to help with our massive undertaking of downsizing. The price was more or less what I thought it would be, And worth every penny to save my dad money every single month not paying for storage anymore. It took two separate trips to completely empty out the 300 ft.² jam packed space but they did it and made it look easy! They were friendly, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the owners and their employees. They truly go above and beyond in every way, and I am a lifetime "Loyalist" customer of their company. No matter where I live within their proximity. After several previous failed attempts to find a solution to my problem, I found Junk Teens online. The entire experience resulted in a truly painless process and such a relief. I've used them twice now and both appointments never waned from their mission. It reminds me of when I was little and my grandfather needed an electrician. A committed tradesman would show up, do the job right, and take a simple payment. Done. This is exactly how Junk Teens works. They respond to online inquiries in a timely fashion, ask and answer all the necessary questions beforehand, and provide text updates regarding your scheduled appointment. In a time of so much uncertainty, I truly appreciate this young company and their tenacity. May you continue to expand and stay successful! read more

They were communicative and fast and removed my fencing for a reasonable price. I'd use them again!

I recently hired Junk Teens to take away some old furniture I couldn't take with me when I moved and downsized. They were very professional in scheduling and even showed up early on the day--after giving me an hour's notice and the option! They were very friendly and efficient and the best part is that my old furniture went to a warehouse in Norwood where someone in need may benefit from it. I highly recommend this service! read more

While the workers were great, the communication was subpar. We scheduled two pick ups. One was scheduled for around 10:00 but no show. Husband called at 10:30 and was told that he was sent a text with a change in time to 2:00 . Problem is he never received a text. And they showed up at 2:30. At that meeting, he scheduled another pick up for the following Monday. They verbally confirmed but on Monday, since we received no confirmation notification, we had to call the office again and were told that we were not on the schedule. Luckily they could fit us in, but it caused us a lot of stress since we were getting down to the wire for when we had to get rid of stuff. And they were quite expensive. We paid more to get our junk removed than we paid to move! read more

I learned about Junk Teens Removal from my local town Facebook group, when I posted about needing to get rid of my current bedroom set before my new set arrived. People raved about them! So I filled out their questionnaire and received a call back a few hours later. They were so nice and accommodating! I asked if they could come and see the furniture first, and then give me a firm quote, and they were able to do so! Their quote was reasonable and quite acceptable. I also wanted my old set removed the day before the new set was being delivered, so I was able to book a specific day with them for the following week. Dylan, Hunter and Noah came on the designated day, and were extremely pleasant and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. The bed was disassembled in no time, and all the other heavy pieces were carefully carried downstairs and out the front door to their truck. These guys were fantastic! They did a great job, were priced far better than anyone else, and I am a very happy customer! I will only use Junk Teens Removal from now on. Thank you so much!! read more

I hired Junk Teens to remove a heavy queen-size sleeper sofa from my parents' condominium in Chestnut Hill, MA, which has strict rules and regulations. They were extremely accommodating with scheduling and quickly provided the required Certificate of Insurance for building management. Their pricing was very reasonable and fit within my budget. On the scheduled day, Miguel and Colin kept me updated on their arrival time. When they arrived, they were professional, efficient--and impressively strong. They made removing that massive sofa look effortless! I've used other junk removal services in the past, but Junk Teens is now my go-to. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Junk Teens!! read more

The 2 young men Charlie and Brendan were great. They were fast and efficient. I gave only TWO stars for price. I was quoted WAY less than charged. Sure I was told it could change but not this much. and I could have sent them away, but I needed it done. My mistake for not getting more quotes. The job was done in under 35 minutes, nothing was very heavy and plenty of room to work. I suggest you get a couple quotes. read more
