When we originally spec'd out the bigger project and got quotes, Marlon was fair and he was the fastest contractor to respond. We ended up deciding on him quickly because we got good vibes meeting him for the first time. The previous demo contractor we used was aggressive and just not a guy I was comfortable having in my house, so Marlon and his team were a breath of fresh air. His crew was hardworking, respectful, and punctual-- very nice guys. They were also pretty quiet, which is remarkable because I work from home. 11/10, would recommend any day. Both Ben and Lisa are unbelievably friendly and, most importantly, they show up on time to pick up or deliver a dumpster, which is very important when you have a crew of people working on the house. Their pricing is clear and I never had a problem with Quick's billing practices. For dumpsters up to 25 yards, I believe Quick Disposal may have best prices out there but even if they do not I say pay the extra $20 and have a peace of mind.
