We had the worst time trying to get our couch on our new place on the third floor. Robert and his crew took our request of hoisting the couch. We contacted them in the morning and on the same day before lunch they came in, and in less than 20min the couch was already in the living room! It looked like a dream coming true considering my wife and I had spent 4 hours trying to get the couch here just to get frustrated at the end of the night! Luckily we didn't damage the couch because they treated the couch as it was theirs, protecting everything and handling with care but precision. Indeed the best in the market and extremely kind! We needed to move from Sunnyvale to Foster City and was looking for movers at Yelp. I called many moving companies but they never called me back. Robert picked up the phone very quickly and was able to give me a very clear understanding on their policy, their fees and the availability time frame. During the day of the move, four strong men showed up, they worked very hard and very efficient. They only took a short lunch break and took very good care of our furniture. Nothing was broken.... At the end of the move, the office found an error on the bill, they refunded me some money that were over-charged by mistake. Wow, that was a very rude conversation from Robert! He just lost my business for sure. He told me that I was 'confused' and that he didn't have time to deal with my questions. He then went on to talk about how only men can be movers and only women can do cleaning. (I am not kidding!) I assure you, I am a very polite person, I always go out of my way to be nice to people on the phone, especially when I am calling and talking to people about money and important issues and such. Very disappointing. I ended up calling around and believe me, there are muuuch nicer people to deal with, (and cheaper too!) who actually want to have very happy customers. So I previously had a good experience, but I have to addend my previous review. Robert initially said that he would come back another day to take away our trash after the move. At the initial move, he mentioned the price that he quoted me would "include everything". Well today when he came to collect the garbage he said that there would be an additional charge. In addition to my paying him in cash for this, he didn't have any change on him. This was very disappointing because while I had previously felt Robert was very open and honest and up front about everything, that this would have been included in his original price quote. It was even more disappointing to me considering the fact that I paid him and his team MORE (significantly more) than his estimate to me because I felt they had done a job of higher value than he had quoted. Even after that, to charge me a fee to pick up some garbage (and it wasn't a lot), it left me with a sour taste in my mouth. read more

Update: I had a great experience with Robert and his crew the first time I used them to move but unfortunately my second experience was not as pleasant. The price Robert quoted me for my most recent move was $280 (which is almost exactly what it cost to move my stuff the first time). But when it came time to pay up, Robert's crew demanded $700 to move the very same stuff they moved the first time despite the significantly lower estimate. I told Robert's workers that I did not think it was fair to charge me almost triple what I was quoted and they said they would "call him." Well I'm not sure they actually called Robert to explain the situation but they ended up knocking off $50 which did not change the fact that the estimate was WAY lower than the price Rosado Movers ultimately demanded. I think Robert is a nice guy but the growth of his business has caused the quality and integrity of his company to decrease (he wasn't present this time as he was during the first move which may have been another contributing factor.) On a side note, my front door got damaged during the moving process but nobody was willing to take responsibility for it which was frustrating since the door had just been painted so the damage had clearly just happened. But I did not see it happen so I did not really press the issue but had to pay to have my door re-painted which was another added expense. read more

I really wanted to like this place after the great yelp reviews. Unfortunately, like a few of the other reviews have mentioned, I had an incredibly frustrating time with last-minute pricing switcharoos and hidden fees. The story: I called the number and Robert picked up. I detailed my moving situation: two 1bdrs moving into a 2bdr. He said "great, it's $140 an hour." I asked if they would refund us if the movers finished more quickly than what we paid for - e.g. we paid for 4 hours but only used 3. He said "of course! No one is trying to scam you or make money off your move." I was like, cool, sounds like a great and friendly guy. I call Robert back again after consulting with my partner and say "hey, we'd love to take the slot for this weekend." But thanks to some other Yelp reviews here, I wanted to be careful and asked them to send me an email confirming the cost in writing. Robert said "oh, you'll have to fill out the form online to get a quote."A little annoying because I'm traveling and I have to fill out this long form on my phone (which was a duplicate of all the questions I'd answered during the first call, plus the other moving company I just called actually took notes and sent me an email quote right after our call - but whatever). I fill out the form online. I get an email from Tony (not Robert) that says (exact text here): "Hello Thank you for the opportunity. We charge $185 per hour for 4/pro-movers and a truck with a 3 hour minimum. Included are furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, tools, 4 wardrobe boxes, mattress covers, disassembling & reassembling furniture as needed plus service with a smile. Specialty items such as piano's, safes, appliances, treadmills / large exercise equipment, 42' TV or larger, Sleep number beds / electric motorized beds, requires an additional surcharge fee. Please let us know if any items apply. Generally speaking a 2 bedroom / apartment can take from 7-9 hours to complete. Please let us know if this works for you so we can move forward and send out our formal agreement. we look forward on providing you professional, efficient, and safe service. A drive-time fee of $70 will also apply." Ahh! What? First of all, Robert had told me this would only take 3-4 hours. 7-9 hours at $185 is worst case scenario $1665 - and I was expecting to spend 4 hours * $140 = $560, max. So I call back Robert and am like, "but you told me the rate was $140 an hour?..." Robert says "Oh sorry, we quoted you for 4 movers at $185 instead of 3 movers at $140, I'm the owner of the business, I'll fix this," and I breathe a sigh of relief. THEN Tony calls me back and says "I'm sorry, I was the person who sent you the email. We'll give you the rate of $140 an hour, but we still need to charge you the additional $70 drive-time fee and $140 for the additional stop. We charge up to $280 for driving time in 15 minute increments." Me: "What..? When did you add an additional $210 to my bill...?? None of this was mentioned to me during my first or second calls with Robert." Tony: "99.5% of all moving companies charge a drive-time bill. We'll waive the $140 one-stop fee but we're still going to charge you $70." At this point I'm pretty frustrated. I forward Tony and Robert an email from One Move - it's a clean $175/hour with ZERO hidden fees. They apparently are in the 0.5% of companies that don't charge for drive time fees either. The same guy who took my first phone call emailed me the quote so there was no confusion whereas it felt like Tony and Robert were each telling me totally different things. Tony and Robert write back and say what's essentially "we're doing you a huge favor here but we'll price match with them at $665." Which is still $245 higher than their initial quote of $420 for three hours - so I didn't really think it was a deal. Needless to say, I didn't go with them as movers. read more

The moving was fast and professional. It only took less than 3 hours and the furnitures were protected well. However, we didn't notice "minimum of 4 hours" written in small font of the contract. Consequently, we paid over 50% of what we were expecting. Had this been communicated more clearly, we would not have encountered this much higher price. read more

It's a MOVING company! How often do you see 5 star reviews of moving companies? We found Rosado here on yelp. After calling around to a bunch of other outfits, Rosado stood out. (This was before we even moved). We contacted them by email on a Saturday evening. We had a real response written by a real human within 45 minutes! Ok - we must have lucked out. Nope. They continued to be super responsive and we're able to come do an estimate on very short notice. My wife was the one who received them. They made her feel very comfortable and confident that they would be professional about the job. They gave us a very fair rate too. (In hindsight a HUGE bargain considering the amazing service we got. ) The crew (Siwa, Piea, Miya, and Pedro), we're punctual, courteous and professional. We were moving a large 4 bedroom home. This was far from my first move but I have to say I have NEVER seen any movers work the way these guys did. First, they came with a gigantic pile of moving blankets and they wrapped EVERY piece of furniture up like a burrito! I am not exaggerating. They didn't drape blankets over our stuff. They wrapped everything up and taped it all sealed. You couldn't tell what was inside. They wrote down what room it was supposed to go to on the tape and then carried it out. The blankets didn't come off till the item was in its final resting place. Amazing. There was not so much as a scratch on ANYTHING. These guys really moved our stuff like it was their own. So much care, attention to detail and professionalism. They even made sure to hand stuff to each other across the threshold to the front door so that the inside guys could walk on the carpets in their boot covers while the outside guys went back and forth to the truck. On top of that, they were friendly guys who joked around with each other as they worked, were super pleasant and perfect gentlemen to the ladies in my home. When you run a moving company which is responsive, professional, reasonably priced and staffed by great teams who go way above and beyond when it comes to taking care of your stuff, then you run a moving company that gets 5 star reviews on Yelp!! Robert was very professional and even came to our home to complete a free estimate prior to the move. There were no surprises even though the job was very difficult. All of the movers worked efficiently and quickly. Everything was wrapped and carefully moved. There was a bit of damage to my daughter's crib but Robert took care of it by replacing the broken piece and returning it in less than a day. I recently moved from the South Bay up to SF and had a great experience with Cal Movers. Booking with these guys was easy - just give them a call (usually Robert, who runs the company, picks up) and let them know when your move is planned. They were able to accommodate me for (i) a move on August 1st with (ii) about a week's notice, which was awesome. They also were very cost competitive with the couple of other moving companies that I called. Cal Movers' philosophy is that everything is included in the move (shrink wrap, etc. are not extra) because moving is already a hassle for most people and its easier to consider an all-in cost (instead of getting nickled 'n dimed along the way). He provided a time estimate of 3-4 hours that was accurate and the move was well within my budget. Most importantly, Robert's crew was very efficient in loading / unloading the truck and getting the job done. They even managed to squeeze my bed into one of those vintage SF elevators (without damaging the bed) and took care of disassembling / reassembling my bed in a quick and efficient manner. Bottom line - I would happily hire these guys again. They made moving much easier than it otherwise would have been (I did the analysis of getting friends + renting a uhaul, and hiring Cal Movers was a much better way to go). AMAZING!!! Robert was here hours after we called, which was in the morning and before noon the movers were here. We had an emergency and needed the 3-seat couch to be hoisted through the balcony as it wouldn't fit anywhere else, and after 4+ long hours the day before with a lot of frustration sweat and failure, we decided to call many places, and Rosado was the only one that could do it and they did it promptly. Their team is amazingly coordinated by Robert, who is not only the nicest person but so gentle and clear with the instructions he was giving, always allowing time to rest in between the very sincronize moves he was orchestrating. Even thought they were so careful and gentle, they were incredibly strong and fast, and the whole service took less than 30min. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 10 STARS WORTH OF SERVICE!! I found Rosado Movers from Yelp with many great reviews. After our first meeting I know I would hire them for my moving project. This is a family owned business and everyone works there are so friendly and nice. We have 3,000 sq ft house + 3 car garages. The quote we got was $185/4 ppl per hour. It took total 10 hours with 1.5 trucks to move. They arrived on-time and each one of them works so hard every minute with great attitude and energy. They really spend time to make sure our property was protected to transport in the truck, and very careful about not damage my house. If you are like me, very particular about details, and don't mind the extra effort and time to wrap and protected your belongings, you should definitely use Rosado for your project. I have to say, it was a great moving experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

I asked the movers to move my TV to trash room, which is on the same floor, less than 1 min walking but they ask for another $70 for that. I end up borrow their cart and moved it myself, while they finish in 2 hours and charing me 3 hour minimum ($490) and watching me moving the TV myself! Please note, I asked the movers simply to move TV to another apt rooom on the same floor, not asked them to dispose the TV. And I end up move it there myself. read more

I still love Rosado Movers. I used them way back in 2011 and they remain pretty darn awesome. Robert quoted me a decent price per hour and said it would take his team approximately 4-7 hours to move all my things from my storage unit to my new apartment (up 2 flights of stairs). The guys were efficient and took great care in wrapping everything and making sure they didn't break anything. They were 30 minutes late and I did receive a phone call updating me, which was nice. They also took a 30 minute break between my storage unit and my new apartment, which gave my boyfriend and I time to unload our car which we had already filled up with stuff. They managed to get everything done in less than 4 hours, which was great. That meant the bill was far less than I expected. Some things to note: They do charge double drive time if it's over 15 miles. Their minumum is 3 hours for hourly quotes. But they are very good and I would definitely recommend them. 4.5 stars for sure. read more

We chose Rosado because of their strong Yelp ratings, but I had still assumed the previous reviewers were somewhat hyperbolic in their enthusiasm. But seriously: Rosado really is that good. And the crew of Angel, Piya, Lil Jr, and Tua were just plain awesome, as was Tony who did the original estimate for us. For such a stressful day they made everything so easy and painless. Worth every penny, and FYI they were cheaper than a couple other bids. Details: Ours was an in-town move of many boxes, several giant furniture items, and a ton of odd-shaped stuff like garage shelving and bicycles. Some of the furniture is antique, family heirloom. Everything was handled carefully, and all the furniture was superbly wrapped, including labeling glass and mirror parts so they didn't put too much pressure on it. Of note: - The entire time the crew was polite, even enthusiastic. They checked in with us regularly to give status and to confirm they'd gotten everything. - The place we were leaving was 3-story townhouse with many narrow, windy steps. No problem for them and they made no complaints. Nothing was damaged. - Our new place had fresh paint and new floors. Moving in, the team wore shoe-booties and laid out blankets to walk on. Everything was left immaculate. - They're extremely attentive to detail and patient. Unloading they made sure each box went to the right room (we had labeled most things but they had labeled the big items), they set up our beds, moved a few things when we asked. They even helped lift furniture so we could move a rug around when we didn't like how we'd placed it. read more

This moving company is beyond amazing. I would give them ten times the maximum number of stars if I could. I would almost try and figure out a way to move just so I could call these guys again. Today, they literally saved my daughter and son-in-law. My daughter and son-in-law live in Sunnyvale, California and were scheduled to move this very Saturday morning. But the moving company they had scheduled with and already paid suddenly bailed on them and didn't show up out of the blue. I was in North Carolina, but got on the phone to try and help. By total luck, another company that I called was unable to help, but recommended Robert Rosado and his moving company. I called him with very little hope. And despite absolutely no warning and a phone call from me in North Carolina out of the blue on a Saturday morning, Robert somehow saved the day. He personally answered the phone, was unbelievably nice, and immediately said that he thought he could help. He said that he thought he could have movers on the site within thirty minutes. And he was true to his word. In no time at all, Robert had seven professional movers on site. My daughter said that she had never witnessed such pleasant, cooperative, courteous, and competent guys. They had the entire move completed within three hours. She was in awe. She called me right away. I wish I could think of more superlatives to describe these guys. My wife and I have outgrown moving ourselves and asking friends for help. We only had a few miles to go from Mountain View to Palo Alto, but wanted to make it go fast and to get help with our big and heavy items. After interviewing the top 3 companies on yelp, including an in-home visit from Carlos of Rosado Movers, we ultimately chose Rosado because of their professionalism and attention to detail. Boy were we happy with the service we got! They send along a clear contract outlining all costs, called the week of the move to re-confirm, and showed up at 7:55am just like promised. We had 3 serious guys move out all our stuff, (includes wrapping and protecting big items like a couch and credenza, etc) and moved it all into the new place in less than 6 hours. The guys all spoke excellent english, were professional and courteous to my wife and young daughter, and cleaned up after themselves. Once again Rosado Movers are as good as it gets! In 2012, we used them to move from our home in downtown Mountain View to Los Altos Hills. They were fast, efficient and wonderful. I'll never forget how delighted and surprised I was the night we moved in. I was trying to help direct furniture placement, juggle a two-year-old and chase after a 4 year-old. I came upstairs to the kids bedrooms and not only had they been unpacked for me but the ladies even made the children's beds knowing that it was getting late and wanted to help me transition the children to their new home. I almost started crying, they were just so thoughtful. Robert and Brianne both followed up with me after the move, to make sure everything was how I wanted it to be. They reiterated their offer that I shouldn't hesitate calling if I ever needed anything else. A few years after that I set them up to move my sister-in-law in San Francisco and they did a fantastic job. Fast forward to last week...we have a 400lb+ Professional-gymnasium grade Precor Elliptical that several Task Rabbit "movers" told us was literally impossible to move up a flight of stairs. I sent Brianne one email and Robert immediately called me the next morning, showed up with his guys within hours and had it done. UNBELIEVABLE. These guys are as good as it gets. My wife and I are so happy we chose Rosado to move us from downtown San Jose to Campbell. Moving can be so stressful, and there are companies that prey on this sensitive time and try to take advantage. Rosado is different. Tony came out and gave me a free estimate for their services, and worked with me to provide a competitive bid that accommodated our tight schedule. We ended up booking them for both packing and moving services. The packers came out on time the day before the move and boxed everything up with care and expedience. On move day, Rosado's had four guys arrive (again on time), and they worked tirelessly the whole day to transport our stuff. There were a few items we were especially concerned to keep safe during the transport: our TV + stereo equipment and brand new Kluft mattress. I called and right within an hr Robert the owner came in and gave me an estimate. He was able to schedule me for the next day moving. Movers showed up right on time, very friendly guys and they work fast! Some of the stuff took longer to take apart and the job took and extra 2 hours, so it cost us quite a bit more than we had budgeted! But Robert Rosado (owner) being such a stand up guy, called us and said he wanted to come by and give us some of our money back, since it was not what he quoted us during the estimate! I couldn't believe such good people still exist! I really appreciate that level of customer service, and honesty. And my family and I are now customers forever. The movers that came in were really nice, they even gave me advice on traveling with my dog, and they made funny small talk with my kids. They really work hard and at a great price! I've booked them for moving services for Saturday at 1pm. At 1:30 I called the first time and was told they'll be there in 15min. The second time I called they said they'd be there in half an hour. Finally after calling three times, they actually showed up maybe around 3:15 or so. I really just wish they'd told be they can't come before 3, so I wouldn't have had to wait for them for 2 hours. The move itself was mostly smooth. They did seem like they were rushing a bit, but nothing got damaged. Since everything was packed and I just needed boxes carried from one apartment to the other (within the same complex) I booked them for the minimum amount of time which is 3h. The guys finished it all in 2h, and then they wanted to charge me $100 more than I had agreed to pay. Apparently normal teams do the move with 3 people, and they had 4 people come to my place. I had never asked for extra person though, and I also didn't wanna pay that much considering it didn't even take them the 3h and they were over 2h late to begin with. They weren't happy about it, but they didn't force it so I just paid what i agreed to pay initially, which is ok. Overall I was very disappointed with the service. read more

These guys were terrific! I called 2 other moving companies on a Monday, for a Friday move date and neither could fit me in. Robert at CAL Movers was happy to take my business, and I am very glad the other 2 turned me down because our move went extremely well with CAL Movers. Robert asked me lots of questions over the phone so that he could give me an accurate estimate, and he was spot on. The crew (4 guys, plus Robert's mother!) arrived about 10 minutes early for an 8am appointment, but we were ready. They were super careful, and very efficient. Robert had estimated 4 hours, and his crew had our 2 bedroom apartment packed and moved from Palo Alto to Sunnyvale by Noon. The whole experience was as pleasant and stress-free as a move can possibly be. Would definitely use them again (but hope not to have to for a looooonnnnggg time!). read more

This is my first actual experience with Rosados but my girlfriend used them once before. My girlfriend was moving her stuff in my place and she decided to use Rosados again. She called for a quote and a confirmation on the move date. A week prior to the move.. She didn't receive a confirmation email. She had to call again to confirm. Since there was barley any communication, she was expecting maybe a call the day prior to confirm the appointment. No call was made. The day of the move was schedule at 8am. We rushed to her house in the morning as she stated they arrived 5-10 minutes early last time she moved. At 8am, the movers weren't here so she called. Someone dropped the ball and did not put her appointment on the books. Tony said he would call us back within 10 minutes. We were very upset. 0 STARS AT THIS POINT! Tony called us back and said they will arrive at 9am. They arrived at 9am with the owner's (Robert) personal truck and trailer. Robert apologized for the mess up and would work twice as hard to make up for the lost time. With Robert and Tony, they moved everything so fast and at the same time, was very careful about her items. Two more movers came after 20-30 minutes and made the move more smooth. After talking to Robert, you can tell that he cares about the business and customer service. He made sure everything was packaged and wrapped well. Taking special care to the mattress as he stated to one of his employees (maybe new?) that people sleep and put their heads on the mattress. That the mattress should be fully wrapped so it does not touch the ground or anything in the trailer. Overall, Robert, Tony, and the two other movers were very nice and respectful. Moving is a very stressful and the last thing you want to hear is that the people you hired to help you move.. forgot about you. Robert and Tony did the best they can to rectify the situation and it clearly showed. Using his personal truck and trailer, doing some of the grunt work (something you don't expect an owner to do). (5 stars instead of 1). Robert called and did a follow up with our experience. He jumped through hoops to make my girlfriend and I happy. This kind of customer service is very hard to come by these days.. and besides the error, I would return to Rosados and recommend them. read more

We hired Rosado Movers at last minute, just 3 days before we about to move to new place. I spoke to a person over phone, he asked to me fill the online application to get the job contract. Everything happened so quickly & got the job confirmation within next 10 minutes with reasonable quote. $140 / 3 persons & 3 hours minimum + $70 for fuel. On the moving day 3 person showed up exactly at scheduled time & within 2.45 hours moving to new place is done. At last moment +3 showed up from Rosado to help them to make it quick. incredible! incredible! incredible! this company and their workers are simply amazing! literally looooove them!!!! last week, i started a sonoma/napa fire donation drive in morgan hill, ca. the outpour of responses led to hundreds of donations, which was beyond my mini van capacity. as i started to panic on how i was going to transport an entire livingroom and 2 garages worth of donations, rosado movers came to save not only my day but my whole entire trip to sonoma county. rosado movers heard about my donation drive and generously donated a 15ft moving truck so we could deliver multiple south bay communities donations! lisa, the receptionist, was on top of communication and keeping all of us involved, updated on everything! she was so kind and patient with my late responses, as i was sooo busy running around. not once did i ever feel rushed or any frustration when i spoke with her. a complete angel! anthony and devy (sp?) arrived at my house in morgan hill at 7 am and immediately started to load the truck with some help from my dad, brother, and husband. it took them about 20 minutes!!! super fast, professional, and very knowledgeable! i felt completely confident in their work! as we finished loading at my house, we headed up to our 2nd pick up location in san jose's evergreen area. it had lots of hills, yet anthony drove that truck like a pro! i was pretty impressed! again it was a quick load up and we were on our way! anthony and devy met us at our drop off location, all the way in downtown petaluma at jamison's roaring donkey! it took a little under 2 hours. which is awesome timing for a truck that size! again....super impressed! haha. love those guys!!!! seriously!!!! when we got there, they got straight to work! there were tons of volunteers that formed a chain line to unload the donations. it was so touching to see, that i immediately started to cry! i couldn't believe it all worked out! the positive and loving energy was overwhelming! after we were finished, a lady recognized the rosado movers truck and said she had just used them a few months back to move and was completely satisfied with using them! and i agree 10000000%!!!! i had the absolute pleasure of working with these unbelievable people and i highly highly highly recommend them!!!! i couldn't have asked for a better team!!!!! this meant the world to me and im so blessed to have shared this moment with these remarkable people. and on top of all that...anthony and devy were sooooo handsome!!! even with anthony's bright electric blue shoes. haha! and you will melt when you hear devy's accent when he talks!!! it was just an overall fantastic experience!!!! thank you so much to the owner, robert, for making one of my many dreams of helping others come true! i cant wait to meet you and thank you in person!!! if you'd like to see live video and pictures of the donation drop off, please follow, like, and share my facebook page... **simone's south bay fire donation drive** read more

Rosado movers recently helped us relocate from Mountain View to SF. The move was very easy and they were able to work with our very demanding and tight move schedule. There was no damage to the walls etc in either location, which was a huge plus. We also have some expensive and very heavy pieces, Sarrinen dining table etc that they took extra special care of. Robert was present for the move out of the MV location and he drove his crew hard in a very respectful way. As the son of a small business owner I always appreciate going with a locally owned business. The entire crew (Lalo, Pops, Quiqe, Oman and Jose) were all extremely helpful, polite and professional. My only problem with Rosado is their bid was was higher than the "Not to exceed" bids of some other local moving companies. I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for." read more

Hi yelpers! My story is that I called these guys on a Friday, needing to move on Sunday. (I suspected I should have started calling people earlier, but I didn't realize how bad the general mover availability situation was - most companies I called were booked out for at least a couple of solid weeks!) They were unable to do Sunday, but they were able to squeeze me in on Saturday, and they were the only moving company I could find that was willing to do that for me. That day, the moving guys started working that morning at 7am. By the time they got to my place, it was 7:45pm, and they kept working with me until 10pm! So it was very generous of them to make their 13-hour day into a 15-hour day to help me move. But there's more! Here are the things I appreciated about their service: - Robert was proactive in contacting me and kept me up to date about their schedule that day so that I knew when I could expect them to come. - They sent me 3 guys: Mario, Vernis (spelling?) and Ellington. These guys were really nice (!), and they were scrupulously careful with my furniture, taking it apart as appropriate and wrapping it in plastic and/or blankets to keep it clean and scratch-free. Thanks to their meticulous moving process, I expect my Ikea furniture to last for a couple of extra moves. :) - For all the work they did, the price they charged was very reasonable. They definitely could have gotten more out of me, since at that point my demand was pretty inelastic, but they didn't go for it. I appreciate that. Thanks, guys! read more

I got referred to this company from a friend and after the moving experience I would recommend them to other people as well. This is a very professional company- good attitude throughout work, on time, uniformed and experienced. What could be improved- I can think of one thing but it is far outweighed by the good. Last thing- the crew was dedicated to moving all of our stuff no matter how long it took or the circumstances it seemed. Very happy that we could get an appointment with them. They helped us so much. The owner Robert Rosado was very professional & accommodating for our small scale move of just a few items and short distance (~5 miles). Three words sum it up: fast, courteous and professional. We pulled the carpet from our place yesterday, and needed it hauled away. After several unfruitful calls to several disposal firms, I got a call back from the manager at Rosado Movers. He said his team could be there immediately - and they were at our driveway just as promised. Once parked, each person on the Rosado came up and greeted me and thanked me for our business. They then went right to work. The carpet and padding were loaded in minutes. Once complete, the entire team came up and again thanked me for our business, explained that the carpet would be properly disposed of, and were on there way. What a great experience. Robert was very accommodating with my move even with a very short notice. I like how they keep me updated with the schedule. When they arrived, they were quick and efficient. I had a very small job, but they showed up with 4 guys. Siale, Pita, Soa and Daniel was awesome. They were very careful with my stuff and finished quickly. read more

They start the moving on time, they are polite and nice. It takes about 6 hours to move two bedroom apartment. There were four people coming, 3 were moving furnitures and 1 was on the truck help organizing. I reconsidered and give them 5 stars because of their nice attitude of making up for some damages to our door during the couch being moved in. They are very patient and professional over all, and I'd love to recommend them to someone who need to move. read more

Rosado Movers provided fantastic service - we got a fast response to our request with an accurate quote, they had no trouble accommodating our short timeline, and moving day went flawlessly. Para, Leki, Tonga, and Pita arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day. They did a great job, unmounted and wrapped all our furniture as appropriate and then mounted everything in the new place. Couldn't have done it without them. The service is not cheap, but absolutely worth it - you get what you pay for! We hope not to move again soon, but when we do, we will certainly work with them again, and have already recommended to our friends who are moving next week. read more
