Robert and his crew rocks! It had already been last minute when I decided to move on Thanksgiving day, but when I called Robert he was willing to help me out, not to mention with a decent rate. Robert was a really nice guy and proved to be well-versed in the moving process. For example, the movers were respectful of my house by covering the floors with protective coverings and made sure that I was well-informed of what they were to be doing. Overall, they demonstrated a professional and quick service. I was very satisfied with CAL-Movers, and will definitely refer them to my friends. This was undoubtedly the best moving experience I've ever had. read more

Worked with Robert and my experience mirrored all the other positive reviews. It turned out that we had grossly underestimated the size of the moving job and only realized it after Robert and his crew arrived. He was able to get a second large trailer to haul the additional stuff. Then once we got to the dropoff location we realized all our stuff wouldn't fit! Robert adapted and easily worked with us to deliver to a second dropoff location. Although it was more stuff and we had to hit more locations and work late into the night Robert and his crew all kept upbeat attitudes. He adjusted the final price to account for all the extra labor and time but we felt he was quite fair in the overall pricing. Definitely would hire them again when we need to move! read more

We (husband and I) moved from Chicago to Dublin and was in search of some movers. We had some friends in the East Bay, who have used Robert and his company many times and spoke highly of his service. When we spoke, he was very polite, professional, and friendly. He asked about our moving day, what we had, and for information on our new place. He then gave us some tips on how to pack stuff, name of the utilities out here, and told us to make sure we get here safe and if we are off by a few hours or a day, that he would make it work. When we got to our new place, Rob and his team were already there with their tools out and saved us a spot. It was him and 3 other guys and instead of just grabbing boxes and putting stuff in our place, he worked with me and coordinated where all the boxes and furniture should go, so we wouldn't have to worry about moving things in their right place later. When he was done, he asked us to double check all of our stuff to make sure there was no damage and if we were happy with the placement of all furniture. His team was very professional and polite and I felt very comfortable with them. They did a great job, took their time, and really cared about our things. I am planning to move again in the next two months and the first thing that I will do after looking at places is give Rob a call to make sure he can move me. Also, in response to PAT S review, I am a woman and in no way did I ever get any indication of Rob or anyone on his team giving any attitude, being macho, or thinking that this is a man's business. I have called Rob a few times before my move and if he is on a job, he will try to answer your questions but if he is busy he will call you back. he just wants to make sure his client is getting the time that their paying for. read more

AMAZING!!! Robert was here hours after we called, which was in the morning and before noon the movers were here. We had an emergency and needed the 3-seat couch to be hoisted through the balcony as it wouldn't fit anywhere else, and after 4+ long hours the day before with a lot of frustration sweat and failure, we decided to call many places, and Rosado was the only one that could do it and they did it promptly. Their team is amazingly coordinated by Robert, who is not only the nicest person but so gentle and clear with the instructions he was giving, always allowing time to rest in between the very sincronize moves he was orchestrating. Even thought they were so careful and gentle, they were incredibly strong and fast, and the whole service took less than 30min. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 10 STARS WORTH OF SERVICE!! Cannot say enough good things, we're very grateful and would 100% hire this team again. read more

We are so happy that we chose Rosado Movers for our move (which was a local move from one home to another within Palo Alto). We were moving out of a home where we had lived for 20 years, so we had a lot of stuff built up! The Rosado team was right on time and immediately got to work. Every member of the crew was friendly and helpful. Not only did they do a great job moving our furniture, they also helped clean out an overgrown-with-ivy tool shed and a very dusty storage room. They also disassembled and removed an old gazebo, and cleared out a lot of other old junk. They also went above and beyond to help us with other items that we needed to get out of the house and into the front yard. When they delivered our belongings to our new house, they laid down protective floor coverings and asked if we wanted them to use shoe covers as well. To top it all off, they finished early and charged us less than the initial estimate. I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Rosado Movers. read more

These guys are absolutely fantastic! I had a small, last minute move and called about 20 different places to get a quote. Most companies were completely booked and were quoting me prices that i couldn't afford and minimum hours that were well beyond what my small requirements were. These guys not only were very affordable but they were able to move my stuff within HOURS of me making the call. No one else was able to get even close to the level of accommodating that these guys hit. When Mario and Anthony showed up they were friendly and professional and got my furniture moved quickly and safely. They took alot of care to wrap everything up really well and moved it out of the house and into the storage unit with no problems at all. When it is time to move my stuff out of storage I will DEFINITELY be calling them again and will recommend them to eveyone I know! Thanks guys! read more

I've always done the rent-a-u-hual-and-invite-a-bunch-of-friends-over type of move and had never used professional movers before. I didn't know that you were supposed to arrange these kinds of moves more than a week ahead of time. Despite the late arrangements, Rosado Movers was able to fit me into their schedule. On moving day they arrived and quickly and efficiently started moving my stuff. They also took care of disassembling and wrapping my furniture - I've done that myself in the past and it takes me hours. They did it much less time than it would've taken me. read more

They deliver on their promise!! We were concerned that our move wasn't going to be completed on time and we would be charged over the estimate because one of the movers had to take off within an hour since he wasn't feeling well. The owner assured us that the move would be completed on time. 80% of the job was completed by just two guys that worked tirelessly packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking. I wish I could remember their names but it's been over a year since our move! That was probably a tough day for those two but they kept a positive attitude and provided excellent customer service. This review is long overdue and I seriously need to stop procrastinating. Anyhow, the move was completed on time and they brought in extra guys to help with the unpacking. Nothing was damaged and we paid the quoted price. read more

We used Rosados and had a great experience. They were extremely efficient and careful. We are moving again and will use Rosados.

I don't yelp much, but I am compelled to do so this time. I have done 2 moves in the past 3 months. The second one was with CAL Movers and the experience was much more pleasurable and smoother. Robert and his crew are awesome and amazingly quick. They are all incredibly courteous and nice to talk to. They took better care of my belongings than I do. They off-loaded from my third story apartment (no elevator) in no time and systematically loaded into my new apartment very efficiently. BUT THIS IS WHERE I WAS REALLY SOLD-- After the job was done Robert got an unfair parking ticket for blocking the sidewalk in SF. It was partially my fault since I thought it would be OK to do so. It was over a 100$ ticket and Robert ate is gracefully with no complaints. I would definitely hire CAL movers again for my next move and recommend them to all my friends. read more

We have moved 5 times in the last 7 years so needless to say, we know about moving companies. These guys were the BEST! What caught my eye before I contacted them was the fact that they responded to every negative Yelp review with professionalism and that spoke volumes. Their rates are also comparable to every other moving company in the Bay Area. From email correspondence to 8 1/2 hours of moving (on football Sunday!), we've been more than happy with the service Rosado Movers provided. Our move time was exactly what we were quoted and all the movers worked very hard in that time. Anthony, Angel, and Chemin were friendly, courteous, professional, hard working, and worth every penny we spent! The extra help we received from Jr and Tony was so appreciated as well! We will definitely use their services again for move #6! read more

Once again Rosado Movers are as good as it gets! In 2012, we used them to move from our home in downtown Mountain View to Los Altos Hills. They were fast, efficient and wonderful. I'll never forget how delighted and surprised I was the night we moved in. I was trying to help direct furniture placement, juggle a two-year-old and chase after a 4 year-old. I came upstairs to the kids bedrooms and not only had they been unpacked for me but the ladies even made the children's beds knowing that it was getting late and wanted to help me transition the children to their new home. I almost started crying, they were just so thoughtful. Robert and Brianne both followed up with me after the move, to make sure everything was how I wanted it to be. They reiterated their offer that I shouldn't hesitate calling if I ever needed anything else. A few years after that I set them up to move my sister-in-law in San Francisco and they did a fantastic job. Fast forward to last week...we have a 400lb+ Professional-gymnasium grade Precor Elliptical that several Task Rabbit "movers" told us was literally impossible to move up a flight of stairs. I sent Brianne one email and Robert immediately called me the next morning, showed up with his guys within hours and had it done. UNBELIEVABLE. These guys are as good as it gets. If only we needed to move more frequently! We love this company and recommend them to everyone we know! read more

I've booked them for moving services for Saturday at 1pm. At 1:30 I called the first time and was told they'll be there in 15min. The second time I called they said they'd be there in half an hour. Finally after calling three times, they actually showed up maybe around 3:15 or so. I really just wish they'd told be they can't come before 3, so I wouldn't have had to wait for them for 2 hours. The move itself was mostly smooth. They did seem like they were rushing a bit, but nothing got damaged. Since everything was packed and I just needed boxes carried from one apartment to the other (within the same complex) I booked them for the minimum amount of time which is 3h. The guys finished it all in 2h, and then they wanted to charge me $100 more than I had agreed to pay. Apparently normal teams do the move with 3 people, and they had 4 people come to my place. I had never asked for extra person though, and I also didn't wanna pay that much considering it didn't even take them the 3h and they were over 2h late to begin with. They weren't happy about it, but they didn't force it so I just paid what i agreed to pay initially, which is ok. Overall I was very disappointed with the service. read more

I used Cal movers to move from Mountain View to Santa Clara in March 2012. They were very easy to communicate (one phone call) and arrange the date and time for the move. The day before, they called to confirm the time. On the move date, the crew had an unexpected delay and they called me HOURS in advance to let me know about it and apologize. Once they arrived, they were extremely professional, fast and effective. I was very impressed. During the transport, which was only 9 miles, there was no visible damage to any of our stuff. They quickly unloaded their truck, unpacked and positioned the furniture where we requested. All in all, they took 2.5 hours for what I expected to be a 4-5 hour job. I will be using them again. read more

This is actually the first review I ever wrote on Yelp, but boy, Those guys really deserved it! I interviewed several moving companies and this one was by far the best. They were all polite, nice, and effective. They came on time, and worked hard and fast! At a certain point, both owners arrived to check the work process. Then, out of nowhere, another moving team arrived in order to accelerate the process (No additional charge!!!). After the work was done, they called again to make sure we were satisfied and to ask for our feedback. They really know a thing or two about customer service. I Highly recommend them and will surely use them again! read more

incredible! incredible! incredible! this company and their workers are simply amazing! literally looooove them!!!! last week, i started a sonoma/napa fire donation drive in morgan hill, ca. the outpour of responses led to hundreds of donations, which was beyond my mini van capacity. as i started to panic on how i was going to transport an entire livingroom and 2 garages worth of donations, rosado movers came to save not only my day but my whole entire trip to sonoma county. rosado movers heard about my donation drive and generously donated a 15ft moving truck so we could deliver multiple south bay communities donations! lisa, the receptionist, was on top of communication and keeping all of us involved, updated on everything! she was so kind and patient with my late responses, as i was sooo busy running around. not once did i ever feel rushed or any frustration when i spoke with her. a complete angel! anthony and devy (sp?) arrived at my house in morgan hill at 7 am and immediately started to load the truck with some help from my dad, brother, and husband. it took them about 20 minutes!!! super fast, professional, and very knowledgeable! i felt completely confident in their work! as we finished loading at my house, we headed up to our 2nd pick up location in san jose's evergreen area. it had lots of hills, yet anthony drove that truck like a pro! i was pretty impressed! again it was a quick load up and we were on our way! anthony and devy met us at our drop off location, all the way in downtown petaluma at jamison's roaring donkey! it took a little under 2 hours. which is awesome timing for a truck that size! again....super impressed! haha. love those guys!!!! seriously!!!! when we got there, they got straight to work! there were tons of volunteers that formed a chain line to unload the donations. it was so touching to see, that i immediately started to cry! i couldn't believe it all worked out! the positive and loving energy was overwhelming! after we were finished, a lady recognized the rosado movers truck and said she had just used them a few months back to move and was completely satisfied with using them! and i agree 10000000%!!!! i had the absolute pleasure of working with these unbelievable people and i highly highly highly recommend them!!!! i couldn't have asked for a better team!!!!! this meant the world to me and im so blessed to have shared this moment with these remarkable people. and on top of all that...anthony and devy were sooooo handsome!!! even with anthony's bright electric blue shoes. haha! and you will melt when you hear devy's accent when he talks!!! it was just an overall fantastic experience!!!! thank you so much to the owner, robert, for making one of my many dreams of helping others come true! i cant wait to meet you and thank you in person!!! if you'd like to see live video and pictures of the donation drop off, please follow, like, and share my facebook page... **simone's south bay fire donation drive** read more

Had very positive experience with Robert and his team. Called to make a move from a two bedroom second floor apartment in Menlo Park to a new house in Sunnyvale, they were able to slot me within about a week and a half into their schedule. After describing my move to Robert and some Q&A he gave me a four hour quote and discussed how additional hours would be handled. All very clear and straightforward. Received a call the day before from someone in his office confirming the move and the team showed up as promised that morning, on time and ready to go. Robert stopped by for a few minutes to supervise and instruct after he went through with me the particulars of what should move, any fragile items, etc, and then left his team to get working. They were very polite, very conscientious and took great care of my things. If they were unsure about something they asked, and generally impressed me with how quickly they worked and their professionalism. Great attitudes and all around good guys, even though as the lead explained mine was the first of several moves they had to tackle that day. I'd definitely recommend CAL Movers to friends in the area. read more

Rosado did a great moving job for me a few weeks ago, and I absolutely recommend them. They patiently answered my questions and accommodated my changes in the weeks before the move, and their contract left no room for misunderstandings or nasty surprises. I had items going to two separate locations and they got everything right. They knew how to handle every item and did absolutely no damage. All the movers were totally helpful and courteous, even though I needed extra help with some heavy items. Robert, the owner, sent in extra help to speed things along, and boy were they fast! I'm giving 4 stars because Rosado is pretty expensive compared to other local movers. Their hourly rate and especially travel charges are high. But I chose them because the less costly movers I contacted gave me vague, casual estimates that did not inspire confidence in their professionalism or commitment to show up and do a good job. Rosado was the right decision. read more

We moved again, a much longer move this time and went with Rosado again. I have to say that is the best decision we could have made. These guys are so on top of their game it's ridiculous. The move itself was seamless, incredibly fast, and most importantly it was easy. Each and every one of our guys introduced themselves to us and were incredibly courteous throughout the whole process. We moved into a high rise in San Francisco and I was concerned about the functionality of moving with elevators but it didn't slow these guys even for a second. Thanks again for such an amazing experience! read more

The owner Robert Rosado was very professional & accommodating for our small scale move of just a few items and short distance (~5 miles). He charged us only 2 hours of labor instead of their typical min. requirement of 4 hours. The moving crew was also very professional, and on-time. Thanks for your great service. read more

Robert was very accommodating with my move even with a very short notice. I like how they keep me updated with the schedule. When they arrived, they were quick and efficient. This Review is for my three awesome movers: Piea, Johnathan, Jorge These three awesome guys helped my boyfriend and I move from Mountain View to Santa Clara on 2/18/2015. We lived on the third floor of our apartment building and these guys were able to move heavy all of our super huge and heavy furniture within four hours. They arrived at our apartment ten minutes before scheduled and went to work immediately. Every obstacle they encountered they were able to handle smoothly with great team work. They made sure to ask us where things went to allow us an easier time unpacking. I remember Piea from the previous move my boyfriend made and as always he was a quick hardworker. I know that we will be using them on our next, and hopefully, final move. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, professional movers. read more

Reasonably priced, careful and clean, everything I'd hoped our movers would be. The guys at Rosado Movers were great. At first they called to say they were running late and instead of just making me wait and having our move run late, the owner sent extra guys to do our move. Each of the guys sent were extremely nice, and were careful with our stuff. While I hope to not have to move in the next few years, I will plan on using Rosado in the future and recommend them to anyone in the Bay Area. read more

We had a great experience with Rosado movers. The move itself was uneventful and competently orchestrated by the entire crew. They also kept their masks on the entire time. The total cost on that day was over the estimate by around 600$ (which I paid on that day). When I reached out the Brianne, she was very understanding about the situation and refunded the amount and stuck to the original estimate. This is very different than any other front office experience that I've had. read more

These guys get it DONE! I will definitely be using them again next time I move, as well as recommending them to others. Silly me didn't know that scheduling movers actually requires some lead time - you can't just call one day and have them come the next. When I called Rosado Movers I was in a panic because I needed my stuff moved out by a certain date and couldn't find anyone to do it. Rosado Movers to the rescue. :) I called Robert and he was able to squeeze me in, despite having a very packed schedule. The customer service at this place is amazing. Robert and Brianne with scheduling, and the movers themselves, are all a pleasure to work with. I was able to schedule them for a 2-hour time block for my small move, and the pricing was very reasonable. Don't be like me and do everything last minute, but definitely use Rosado Movers next time you need to move! read more

Wow definitely recommended, we had a slight mix up with another moving company Silicon Valley last minute and were left stranded. Had to vacate the apartment the same day as I had already signed the premises vacate agreement with my current landlord. This is July 4 long weekend hence all the more difficult to find packers /movers last minute that too legit ones. Tony came to the rescue and hooked us up with his crew of PROFESSIONAL packers/movers. Aitu and his group were amazing. They followed through again with honoring the Yelp deal which I forgot to redeem during payment by coming to my home. Very much recommended for their professionalism. read more

Robert went out of his way to schedule my move on the day I requested (he had to change someone else's move). The guys arrived about 10 minutes before the scheduled time and got right to work after situating their truck in our driveway and reviewing the furniture in my house, including outdoor furniture and stuff in the garage. They wrap things really well (also taking apart items like legs off dining room tables). It does take some time to do all this. (If you can I would suggest moving some of your bigger breakable items yourself before they come - like lamps. Also, I didn't want to empty our dresser drawers so we removed them as is and took them over to our new place the night before the move.) Anthony was the lead person in this group and was super friendly, clear, kind and helpful with some extra details - like helped me take down a curtain rod and lent me a tool to take the picture hooks out of the walls. He had a hard time reattaching a mirror to a dresser at our new home, but persisted in getting it done right. I would highly recommend them for your move. read more

I used Rosado Movers nearly 3 years ago before they were Rosado Movers and had a great experience, so decided to use them again. Right from the start, I was immediately contacted back and within a day, Robert was at my house doing a walk through for a formal quote. Within a matter of minutes he drew up a quote and that was that. No surprises, no sudden additional fees, nothing. On the day of the move, Robert and his team not only arrived early, but called to let us know they were on their way. When the work started, they quickly and carefully plastic wrapped the sofa, dining table, TV, etc. and were in and out in under 2 hours. Once we arrived at our new location, things were placed exactly as instructed, unwrapped and assembled without issue. The total move must have lasted no more than 4 hours total. Throughout the process, Robert and his team were in constant communication and nowhere along the way did I feel that they were anything less than professional. Quite frankly, this team is the most badass moving team I have ever come across. It's great to see small businesses such as Rosado grow and not only do well, but become a business all other moving companies should hold their standard to. read more

Was referred to Rosado Movers from a colleague, decided to use them for my move recently. Hands down, from the first conversation, followed by a confirmation to appointment, to the very office move itself was perfect. The team not only showed up right on time, but they were respectful of my belongings. They were extra sensitive to my floors, making sure everything was hand carried and to not scratch any surfaces at all. All items were moved in a timely manner and right on schedule. The pricing was reasonable and the service was spot on. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Ask for Omar, Oscar and Joel, they were beyond friendly and accommodating. Thank you for making my move so seamless! Cheers! read more

Professional, hard working & efficient, hassle free, friendly, reliable & fast that's Rosado for you. Before Rosado, we tried three other movers. First one cancelled last minute ! The second one came & started complaining about the stuff being heavy and stairs etc, haggled on the price that was fixed on phone with their own rep and then mentioned that it'll not be less than 8 hours. They left. We lost a lot of time and got one guy from task rabbit who helped shift 30-40% of our stuff. Then we luckily got Rosado - Their price was reasonable, they were very efficient w.r.t. time management. Did the whole thing in 3 hours flat ! I was so happy that when I had to shift again 8 months later, I was sure I wanted only Rosado. I called up Tony and asked for a visual inspection first. This saves time and sets expectations on both sides. I recommend this to everyone. Tony quoted a fixed price and I didn't have to worry about time anymore. We got a different packer off taskrabbit who helped pack our stuff into boxes the night before. That helped A LOT and made it easier to just move stuff the next day. So that'd be my other recommendation. Team of Lekku, Piea & Martin started at 8 am and finished the whole thing off by 1230 ! Did a great job. no damage Thats two bedrooms with double & bunk beds, chest, couch, lots of furniture and 20+ boxes. I was so happy I tipped them $50 on top of the agreed amount ! Way to go Rosado Movers ! read more

I called CAL Movers in a pinch. We needed help loading all of our fourniture and boxes into a truck we rented. I called about 8 different movers in the Palo Alto area, and CAL Movers was the only one to say, "Sure, we can help!" They were actually on their way to another job in Gilroy when I called. They had extra time before that job, so they turned around and drove back up north for us. Robert and his team were very friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about the condition of our belongings (they thought a lot about how to best arrange our items in the truck so that they would all fit and not get damaged). I recommend these guys to everyone. A+. read more

So happy to have found Rosado - their whole team is solid and a pleasure to work with. Roberts estimation visit was friendly, efficient and professional. He did a great job of being thorough without it feeling like he was trying to upswell me. I will definitely use Rosado for any future local moves. read more

I would have to say, Thank you to the first movers company that told me they were booked this weekend and referred me to Rosado Movers! Definitely fantastic service! I called last minute (last Friday) to see if they had any available slots for Monday. Robert (the owner) was very pleasant over the phone and stated they can work around their schedule to fit me in. Robert suggested to put an inquiry on their website so they can start the process. As soon as I filled out the inquiry online, I got a phone call from Carlos. Carlos was very professional and very nice. We talked about the items that needed to be moved. He stated that he will bring someone to come over tomorrow to check out our things and give me an estimate. Tony came by and once again, very nice and professional. He explained their services and my husband and I were very impressed on what other services they provide. They can pack everything, disassemble things that needs to be disassemble and they would reassemble the items in your new home. They also provide complimentary boxes that have a rod in them to hang your clothes in and other great services. Tony looked around our apartment and wrote a quote for the service we need. He said he would email us a contract of what we discussed & other legal explanations. He also stated that the movers will be in at 8am to get started. We had never used a moving company before so we weren't too sure what to expect. Robert & "the guys" showed up about 15 minutes early. Robert introduced him self as well as the other movers. All very polite & professional. They all had a smile on their face and eager to get the move started. There was about 7 movers that started the move, which I think they made it a lot faster for everyone to save time. They were very careful with our belongings. They wrapped each of our things with plastic wrap to keep things in place. When they got to the new place, they were very careful moving our things and asking us politely where to put each item. Once everything was unloaded, they reassembled my baby's crib, they even put it where we wanted it to be. They moved our temperpedic bed and fixed it properly, moved our heavy dressers as well as our sectional couches. My husband did notice that our glider (rocker) was a little slanted to the right. It must have been moved or shaken when it was in the truck traveling. Anthony, Devon & Peter were very patient and determine to try to fix the problem. Which by the way they figured out the problem & fixed it right away. After everything was placed where we wanted and everything was assembled, we did a final walk through of our things with Peter. We went through each room. While looking through each room, he was very conversant and very nice talking to. He asked us if we needed anything else to be moved and he was nice enough to move my small dresser to the other side of the room as it was blocking the closet door. Devon & Anthony were also pleasant making sure we liked how the living room set up was and even joked around. Rosado Movers has excellent service! We had never used movers before as we used our own family; but using Rosado Movers was absolutely worth it. They go beyond and their customer service was fantastic. They are worth every penny! Definitely great investment for my husband and I! We even have them an extra tip cause they were just great with us! We highly highly recommend Rosado Movers and we will definitely use them again! :) read more

Best movers ever!!!! This was our first experience with movers, and it is safe to say we were impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and customer service from Rosado Movers. Robert provided our quote by coming to our apartment and looking at what we owned and how much we had, and we were immediately impressed with his kindness and professionalism. We had pretty much decided to use his company before he had even left! All the other companies emailed me quotes and were a pin to get a hold of with further questions. When he quoted me 6-8 hours for the move, I thought to myself "naaaah I don't have that much stuff!!" but it actually took 8 hours just as he quoted, which was nice- no surprises! We moved on July 30, with about a quarter mile or so between apartments. Anthony, Sione, and George were our movers, and I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism. I really liked that there were 3 movers, with one to stay at the truck to watch my belongings- I see a lot of companies loading trucks up and leaving it unattended, which is unsafe in my opinion. Anthony was great at pointing out any dings on my furniture prior to moving so that I was aware of any problems with my furniture (most I knew about, from previous moves!). I was working in the kitchen packing food into bags for me to take to the new apartment, among other fragile items I wanted to do myself, and every time the movers saw me carrying something heavy, they would insist on helping me carry it to my car and loading it for me because they did not want me to have to do any work! It took them about 4-5 hours to pack up the old apartment, and then about 2 hours to unpack at the new place. It was nice to see at the new place that they wore shoe covers to protect my new carpets from dirt when moving furniture and boxes in and out. When I was unpacking my belongings, I did find a crack down the side of one of my dressers, which was not there when we moved from the old place. I emailed Rosado Movers and got a response from Brianne that someone would come and look at it for me. Carlos came to look at the dresser, and within a week he called me back to tell me he had been working with Ikea to try to get the replacement part, but was unable to. They were professional in replacing my broken furniture, which I appreciate. Carlos and Robert just delivered my new dresser, and even took the broken one! Even though this happened I am still VERY satisfied with this company. HIGHLY recommended! read more

Rosado Movers was professional--they arrived right on time for my 8AM move. Miya, Piya, and Ciales packed my items well; no issues or damage with the move. I was put in charge of organizing our company's move. I reached out to 10+ companies for moving quotes. The quotes ranged from $1000-$4,200; Rosado priced their quote as follows: not to exceed $1,480 at $185/hr for a 26ft truck and 4 movers, estimated move time 4-6 hours; drive time $140 (18 miles, 45 minutes). The low-end price quotes seemed questionable and sketchy at best; the high-end quotes seemed ridiculously priced. Rosado was the "Goldilocks" of the group -- reasonably priced, sufficient testimonials, reputable, and very professional (showed up on time, responded to emails shortly, communicated effectively). When it came time to the move, they arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Workers padded the flooring to ensure no damages took place. Any damaged items were pointed out prior to moving to ensure no discrepancies took place upon arriving. Desks were disassembled and reassembled with ease (super impressive). Workers were very fast and professional as well. The one caveat through this whole experience is that when it came time to the pricing, I believe we were slightly overcharged. I was reassured the flat fee driving time would not be included in the final hourly rate. The workers were there from 8-1:45 pm; we were charged for 6 hours, not 5 (minus 45 minutes driving time). Note, I was not there to review the final price quote. Had I been, I'm confident they would have changed this with no arguments. (hence, why I still rate 5 stars). Additionally, our Executive Director was so happy with the services, she mentioned it was a non-issue entirely. She was glad the workers helped set up/move our conference table for free! Bonus points... Overall, I'd recommend Rosado Movers for any professional/personal moving. I also recommend you shop around for services. Of all the quotes I received, Jackie Movers and Rosado Movers are the most competitive and reputable that I found. California Loyal Movers was a firm last place, being quoted the highest price at $4,200 flat fee. My Great Movers had the lowest price quote at $1000-$1300 est. Best of luck! read more

10 Star AWESOMENESS! I needed to have some 'old' furniture hauled away immediately, and Robert said "not a problem" and that his guys would be at my place at 7pm. Leki, Maya, Pita and Masi all showed up just after Robert, and within 10 minutes all my items were gone AND they even carried up my two new mattresses. They were quick, professional and very cordial. I'm actually looking forward to moving because I'll definitely be calling this dream team! Thank you all for the hard work and efficiency yesterday. read more
