    They just finished our move an hour ago at 11am 6/27/21. They were scheduled for 8:30am but they had a delay, Marco called ahead, no problem with us. Marco showed up at 8:57 am with another person with him. They IMMEDIATELY started assessment what was to be loaded and moved. They started with our 2 mattresses, disassembled the ikea mattress bed frame (you know those annoying wood ladder frames that have impossible instructions to assemble from ikea that always squeak) . Loaded mattresses in the moving van quickly. Then proceeded with our cabinets, wrapped in blanket and taped with packing wrap. They were heavy cabinets. Then our boxes of kitchen items, clothes, and miscellaneous items. Then our dining table, blanket wrapped and packing wrapped. Lastly was our 55"tv, it was wrapped in blankets, and packing wrapped. After they secured their van they went to our new place. They quickly unloaded and had no qualms about where we wanted them placed. Marco said the table may be an issue with bringing it to our new place since the table legs were long and he may need to disassemble it. Marco was able to shimmy it in thru the door without damaging the door or the table. They removed all the blankets and tape coverings and all the furniture and tv's were in pristine condition. No damage. After 2 hours they were done. I paid at the negotiated price via Venmo. They were lower than the other 10 movers I was quoted from yelp, and other websites. The entire time they were moving, they were working, no complaining, courteous, no arguments, listened to our move and placement requests. Before you move get several quotes from other vendors and compare. This company was the lowest we were quoted and had available time to accommodate us.

    I have mixed feelings about writing up my review but giving it some time I decided to write my experience with WeDoMovings. The move took 10 hours and I paid $1,179.00 Here's the situation: Single person moving from a 700 sq ft 1 bed/1bath apartment to a 920 sq ft 1bed/1bath apartment. Furniture: 84" couch, coffee table, entertainment stand, 2 TVs, 2 shelves, TV stand, Ikea wardrobe, nightstand, 2 bar stools, and queen size mattress & metal frame. Items were boxed and/or in bags. "FRAGILE" was written on all sides of the boxes in which they contained glass or valuable items inside. Two stops: one to my mom's house to drop off the queen mattress/frame, nightstand, and Ikea wardrobe, the remaining items to my new apartment. Route: Union City to San Mateo to San Jose Let me start with Thiago is a great communicator. He answered all my concerns/questions before and during my move. The morning of, he called to let me know that the truck he was going to originally send out broke down so they'll have to send in a smaller one but my stuff should still fit into the smaller truck - sure, no problem. 09:15 - Two movers arrived on time and once I explained which four pieces of furniture were going to my mom's house, guy #1 started loading the boxes into the truck and guy #2 was assembling the wardrobe boxes for my hung clothes. Unfortunately, some of their wardrobe boxes were used enough times they didn't hold my clothes, so luckily I had my old ones from when I moved that apartment originally. Which is fine, I'm not planning to move again so I told them they could have my three wardrobe boxes after the move but with the amount of time it took guy #2 to assemble one box I already assembled two myself. So that was a bit concerning at the speed he was going. I was even trying to help by moving my boxes closer to the door. 13:25 - finally got the truck packed with all my stuff. My items BARELY fit in the truck, they were so full I had to put one of my TVs in my car. I did a quick walkthrough at my old apartment before leaving and noted that the back door, where they were moving my stuff through, had damaged astragals & the clip that held the window blinds chain broke plus taking out a couple of chunks of drywall. Next was my mom's house to drop off the four pieces of furniture. Thiago did call me while I was driving over to let me know that the drivers were going to take their lunch soon, this gave me the opportunity to tell him my concerns on how slow the move is going. He told me they were trying to move my items with care and that the speed at which they were moving is appropriate. (Ok... but this isn't my first move and it has NEVER taken 4 hours to load up a truck, until now). Unloading at my mom's went by quickly and was pretty painless. 14:55 - we are done at my mom's and the movers are going to take a lunch break. 15:50 - we get to the new apartment, and the leasing office was empty at the time so it wasn't until 16:15 when I finally got the keys and the movers were able to unload. That being said, I don't blame the movers for this loss of time, cause even though the leasing office knew I was stopping by, they were horribly unprepared for my move-in. 19:15 - All items are moved into the new apartment, and a $1,179.00 payment was made. This was a long, exhausting day for both me and the movers. By then, I was over the move and didn't have any more energy to express my frustration. I was planning on leaving this whole experience alone until I started to unpack and found damaged/broken items. My coffee table, entertainment table, and bar stools were scuffed. Opening some boxes, the items were tossed all around and scrambled which resulted in broken glassware that was wrapped in styrofoam, dragon art piece, and broken glass from my candles. (Mind you, these boxes were labeled "FRAGILE" clearly on all four sides and top of the boxes) Luckily the other items that were tossed around weren't fragile but I could tell which boxes were tilted sideways or upside down. Which then brought back my frustration with the move! Thiago said they were going the speed they were cause they were taking care of my items but in the end, there was a good chunk of damage done. I'm mostly upset at the damage to my furniture. I read all these 5-star reviews being hopeful but for whatever reason, my move was difficult this go around. Some of the reasons could be: 1. The smaller truck made it more difficult for them to fit my stuff in cause it was a tight squeeze which is probably why it took them longer 2. Guy #1 was definitely faster than guy #2 by a long shot (plus it was unfortunate that guy #2 didn't speak English, and I didn't speak Spanish). This was just my experience, take it as you will. I just hope you have a better move than me.

    Thiago and his colleague were amazing and we are very satisfied with their service. They took extra care moving our items, padding our house with protective tarps, disassembling/reassembling furniture, and moving items quickly despite the stairs we had in our building. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of moving!

    My moving box I had opened and found my unsealed Apple Airpods Max headphones in.

    I want to start off this review by saying that my first encounter with WeDo Movings was earlier this year based on a recommendation from my nephew, and I was very impressed with their work initially. Based on their excellent work on the first project I decided to rehire them for a large move. Tiago was very nice and professional, however, when he came back to help me move he had different men than the first time around. It was quite a large move and because it was only me, I was depending on Tiago and his men to help finish off taping some of my untaped boxes. The only people in the house were me, my sister, and Tiago and his men. There was a cleaning crew scheduled to come after the movers, but they showed up after all the boxes had already been moved out of the house. I want to make it clear that no one else was inside the house except my sister and I who were downstairs while Tiago and his men were moving my belongings around the house. It took them a long time to load everything on the truck and we had 2 stops to make: one at my storage and one at my new place, which was about 30 minutes away. After nearly 12 hours of moving Tiago and his men finally finished the job and left, and although it did take a while, I was overall happy with the job and I tipped the men well. Now, I was very tired after such a large move so I didn't unpack all of my boxes right away. It took me about two days to get to some of my more important boxes which contained documents and a brand-new pair of Apple Airpods Max headphones which were still sealed in their box. These headphones go for $500 and against my better judgment I had left them in one of my untaped boxes and I was trusting Tiago and his men to finish taping the box they were in along with my other belongings. So, you can imagine my shock when I finally opened the box to find that the brand-new and sealed box of my Apple Airpods Max was inside my moving box UNSEALED and out of their plastic wrapping. When I opened the box they were missing, and the plastic wrapping with which they had been sealed was thrown inside the empty box. I know that my headphones had been brand-new, unsealed, and still in the box. To prove this even further, when I called Apple to see if they could trace the headphones somehow, they told me that they couldn't since I had never opened the box and registered the headphones to my Apple ID. The headphones were stolen, and It had to have been one of Tiago's men who stole the headphones. When I called Tiago upset to let him know what had happened he was very dismissive and told me his men wouldn't do such a thing because they were "honest". He claimed he asked the other two men to which they both denied the claim, but of course, a thief isn't going to admit to theft. I let him know that I was filing a police report for my stolen headphones and that the police had recommended that WeDo Movings file an insurance claim for the missing headphones. Tiago got very defensive and angry with me and said I was harassing him and that he was going to sue me. Instead of being apologetic for this misfortune, he lashed out at me. If Tiago and his men hadn't taken the headphones why did he become so defensive, or why didn't he file an insurance claim for my lost headphones? I'm very upset that after I gave WeDo Movings my business multiple times they would treat me in such a dismissive and disrespectful way. I spent a lot of money on the move and tipping the men, and even spent more by using Tiago and his services to haul leftover garbage from the property I moved from afterward. I just want to let everyone here know that this is not a business that hires honest reputable people nor a business that will admit to its mistakes and try to fix them. I wouldn't recommend using this business, not even to my worst enemy. If you don't want your belongings stolen, hire a different mover anyone but WeDo Movings.

What I encountered was end-to-end excellence, from customer service to their excellent moving team. I knew our move would be a large one, so I booked a 26' truck and five-person crew. As the day of the move approached, I had lots of last-minute worries and questions and Sam, in Customer Service, answered every one and generally calmed my nerves, assuring me my move team would assist if we needed last-minute help. On the day of the move, the team arrived right on time. The foreman, Guillermo, assessed our situation and calmly confirmed my suspicious that we'd need two trucks (this my error, not OnTrack's). Before I could panic, he had contacted his team and we arranged that ours be a two day move. Guillermo's team wrapped our furniture and had the truck loaded swiftly. At the new house, we had a few of our family help direct traffic. I'd labelled every box with a color-coded room label and the team got everything to the proper room. On day two, Sammy -- part of the original crew -- acted as lead and we repeated the process. Here, a number of items still needed a bit of packing and his team had everything done in record time and -- bless them - marked the boxes for the proper room destinations without prompting. As I now unpack, I'm finding everything in excellent condition and couldn't be more grateful. We'd heard stories about moving nightmares and wanted to share a happy ending. Guillermo and Sammy were AMAZING and their crews were very hard working. Tips: my sister had a table of bottled waters, bags of chips, and other snacks ready for the team when we arrived at the new house. The team appeared grateful for the sustenance. We also tipped each person individually, in cash.

So I knew no matter how long the move took and with the long distances, I already knew how much the max cost would be up front with no surprises. And they also offer a discount based on the way you paid them. WINNING! And so, I didn't use Pure Moving just once, but three times this month. The first time, I had to move from Union City to a storage facility in Elk Grove and this past weekend we had two teams going, one from San Jose to Elk Grove and the other from the storage facility to our new home. Pure Moving was perfect in all ways possible. They were professional, prompt, efficient, and super friendly. They handled and wrapped items with care and made you feel at ease that everything was going to be safe and secure. They disassembled furniture as needed and reassembled it on site. One great detail, they laid down plastic protectors everywhere to keep things clean and tidy where they would be stepping. And cleaned up all the plastic wrap/coverings, cardboard and tape they used while packing and unpacking. They literally took care of all the heavy - and even the light - lifting! I just want to say thank you to Paul, Nick, Toha, Dan and Symon for taking care of our move and my Family. Moving is already stressful but they made it Pure-ly AWESOME!

    We had the best experience with Jose and his crew! They were very responsive to communication…read moreleading up to our move, they showed up early the day of the move and worked overtime to get the job done. We had some things packed but we needed a lot of help the day-of and Jose and his guys were quick to jump in and pack boxes for us, it would have been a much longer and more stressful move without them. I would highly recommend White Red Moving, they were wonderful to work with, offered us a more reasonable price than some other companies and are really hard workers.

    Worst movers ever! We hired Jose and crew for a cross country move. When he arrived to give us an…read moreestimate, his pitch was that he would treat our belongings as if they were his own prized possessions...so far from the truth! We asked him about storage given the fact that we had not secured our new home and he replied that he had a warehouse. We specifically asked if it was "simply a storage unit." Oh no, "he replied." (Not true...see photo.) We did our due diligence and checked his reviews, and called some references that he provided. I checked the DOT website to confirm his credentials. The site stated that his was not authorized for interstate moving. I asked him about it and he said that he simply needed to update/renew (he sent a copy of the form that he submitted.) On the day of delivery, I asked to see his cargo insurance (following best practices). He was offended and said he did not want to do the job because we don't trust him. (He did not have cargo insurance.) We had a deadline and did not have the time to secure another mover on that day. We appeased him and moved forward. Fast forward to delivery day about 7 weeks later. He was missing so many items, and there was so much damage! He left an entire pallet behind...sofa, queen size headboard to name a few. When i said that I was missing designer bags his response was that I was lying and did not have any...WHAT? When he returns to CA he discovers my things (see photos). He then has my things shipped on a pallet. I am still missing items...designer umbrellas, RH bath accessories, lamp shade...the list is too long. Adding insult to injury, roaches were crawling out of the boxes from his "warehouse" and a mouse was brought into my new home! Horrific experience! I may need to seek legal advice as the cost of repairs, extermination, and replacement of missing items is growing exponentially! The UPack container was assembled/shrink wrapped by Jose and arrived just as he prepared it. See photo
