I had a great experience with CA Movers! I was moving from one dorm to another on a college campus, but still had a lot of stuff. I booked very late (the night before) and they were happy to assist despite the late notice. They arrived promptly and worked super efficiently and were helpful and communicative. They were kind enough to add some of the belongings of another friend in my dorm who was also moving across campus. Their service was about 20% cheaper than other moving services I have used in California. I'll definitely be using them again for future moves. Thanks CA movers!! read more

Responsive and reliable, worth the extra price - packed up our 1200sqft apt in 2.5 hrs and got it across the Bay Area, unloaded and assembled, in good time. Would recommend their flat rate service read more

Cesar and his team were great to work with! He gave us a free walk through and got us a quote by the end of the day. He also delivered boxes to us that were supposed to be recycled so we wouldn't have to buy any new ones. They were flexible with changing dates from Monday to Wednesday to accommodate our work schedules. When they arrived to our new house, they covered the carpets so that they would be protected during the move. All of our furniture was nicely wrapped and arrived intact. The movers were friendly and communicative. Highly recommend. Thank you for your hard work! read more

I was super impressed with this moving company. They packed everything nicely and then waited extra time while I had a key making company make a key for a car that needed to transported as well. The trip was from San Jose to Lincoln Ca. They unpacked the furniture and then dropped off the car at my mechanics shop without a hitch. No damage to anything and reasonably priced considering the distance. I highly recommend CA Movers. Larry F. read more

We recently used CA Movers to move from Almaden to the Mountains. My move date kept getting pushed out due to reasons outside my control, and while this made me uncomfortable given I had already arranged everything, including the movers, Cesar always assured me he could make it work. He even reached out checking in with me first to see if he could give away a certain date to someone else while we waited to know our official move date. In the end, I was only able to give him 1 day notice to move our 4 bedroom house. Cesar and his team accommodated us and delivered excellent service to our family. They were quick and efficient. They took apart our furniture and put it back together with care. They were communicative in asking where to put our things so they weren't scattered. And they were cautious with our dogs - not letting them out while they maneuvered through each room. Though other reviews mention the language barrier, I didn't find it to be troublesome. The team members that didn't speak English well communicated to me through their phone/translator and/or went through other team members to get the message across. I highly recommend CA Movers. read more

This was a recommendation from a friend who had a great experience. This is a spin off of MC movers and I worked with Cesar and team. The move was longer than expected but I was pleasantly surprised at how meticulous they were with packing every item individually and carefully. Having stuff broken in moves before (and I move quite often), I appreciate that kind of attention to detail. Moving gives me severe anxiety each time but Cesar and team made it very painless and easy. He even gave helpful recommendations as I ordered the wrong size storage unit and was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. I would definitely recommend! read more

I requested movers on Angi's and Cesar called me right away. He is very professional and provide excellent care and communications. The helper came on time and worked very efficiently. They were fast and friendly. They wrap the items with blankets and wraps so your stuff won't be damage. I highly recommend him and would definitely refer people to them. Hit them up for fast efficient and professional movers. Thank you again Cesar for reaching out. You made my moving much easier!!! read more

They were so patient and got my whole townhouse emptied. I'm a realtor and will recommend them to my clients and use them again for myself. read more

I'm so glad I called for their services. They were on time, professional, reliable and very efficient. There were no hidden fees and no additional charges. CA Movers came out right away to help us move a very heavy treadmill. Their communication was great. They showed up right on time. They were very careful when moving the treadmill not damage anything and ensured they didn't scratch our wood floors. We will be using them again in the future! read more

So incredibly impressed by the care and consideration this team showed when moving our 5bd to our new home back in October. Our new home was only around 10 miles distance, but it was a lot of stuff that we'd accumulated over 5 years. We were lucky to learn about them through a mutual friend and it was such a great experience. The entire team was super professional and made moving as close to easy as possible. Highly, highly recommend Cesar & team. read more

Cesar called me as soon as we requested the quote and visited the place and provided an estimate. He was very responsive to get back and their price is very competitive. On the day of the move, the crew reached on time and did a Fantastic job. They were very polite and organized and made the move smooth. Highly recommend CA movers. read more

The owner Cesar came out and visited to see what we had to move. Gave an honest estimate and the day of, the movers were quick, efficient, hard working and polite. Did their best to get things moving and Cesar even came out to make sure everything went smoothly. The total came to exactly what I was quoted no surprises. Highly recommend CA Movers! read more

The staff here was excellent. They were very responsive and polite and friendly. I find moving so stressful but they really just urged me to relax and then they took care of everything! They were an excellent value and kind and respectful. I felt very comfortable with them and I could see that they were planning carefully regarding the time I was booked for, and the handling and safety of my possessions. read more

I had a family emergency and needed to move within a week. I contacted CA Movers and got a quote right away from them. Cesar and his crew packed up everything including an expensive piano, dresser and a very heavy, large safe. There was not a scratch on the floor, walls, or stairs. They had to move our belongings down two flights of stairs and then up one flight of stairs at our new place. I say these guys are heroes in my book. I was panicking and Cesar took care of me and my family for a very fair and honest price. Thanks guys again. 6 out of 5 stars!!!!! read more

Cesar is the owner of the company. There were 3 movers (Cesar, Juan, and Andres) and they did the whole job within 4 hours. Loaded the truck, properly packed whatever was not done properly by ServPro, waited for me to take photos of everything prior to loading the items into the 26-foot moving truck. They were extremely careful and pointed out some damage even before loading (3 lamps and sofa).  That is the main reason why I hired them as a company. For their unbiased professionalism. At my house they washed their hands constantly every time they had to unwrap and assemble furniture. They were very professional, affordable, and polite. My friends were impressed and one of them will use Cesar's services in a month for his own move.  I highly recommend them and would continue to do business with them in any future moves and recommend you do the same.  Save yourself the time and effort researching as I've done it all. They're very reasonably priced, professional, courteous and polite. Not to mention work swiftly and efficiently.  If you have any further questions. Please feel free to reach out. read more

Used CA Movers for moving my 1br apartment. Price was lower than their competitors since they're just starting out this company, which is a spinoff of MC Movers. The guys showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. Got everything done in 3 1/2 hours. Would use them again. read more

I called CA movers after returning from a month of travel, and having only a few days left to pack and move to a new apartment. I had almost chosen another company when CA movers called-- Cesar was so kind and considerate that I chose to go with them. He arrived 2 days later -- a group of three, including Cesar and two other men. They worked incredibly hard, fast, they were respectful and diligent. I recommend them without hesitation. These are very professional men, they work fast and protect furniture and large items, and their price is fair. read more

Cesar and his team were amazing! On time, hard working, and professional level protecting our belongings. We moved from a 2 bed 2 bath apartment at the top of 3 flights of stairs (with NO elevator) they were great! We have to move again in a year and I will definitely be using CA Movers. I recommend them to anyone who needs a professional, mthoughtful moving team. read more

Cesar and his movers are very professional and trustworthy. They load 2 bedrooms and organized it in their truck within 1 hour. They drove 14 hours to Washington and the next morning off load my stuff in the storage space. Took pictures of the stuff and forward to me. It was a very smooth transaction. I would definitely call them again for another move. i would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Thank you Cesar! read more

Imagine, you've spent the week scrambling to pack all your belongings into boxes. You've made arrangements with your landlord, new house, neighbors, work, cars, and block off the day. I guess theres a lot riding on a smooth move. Our window was between 12pm and 2pm. I already paid $100 deposit and communicated several times, so didn't feel like I should bother the office until 1:45pm. Spoke to Olga, she sounded a bit surprised. Queue the first bad feeling. She said she'd call right back. 20 minutes later, no returned call. I call and she says movers will be there at 4pm. I'm still calm. Things happen. But ask if operations guy (Nick) could give me a call back. You can guess where this is going... 3:45pm. No word, no movers. I call again and she says they're on their way. At 5pm I let Olga know I'm less than impressed. She says I'll need to make a claim if I want the $100 deposit back, but it would take 30 days. Honestly, if they just said from the beginning, "hey, we fucked up, you're not on the schedule. We're sorry." Great! Instead they wasted our entire day and all time to coordinate the moving pieces. I just found a "CA Movers Inc" on Yelp -it's the same company- and all 1-star reviews for no-show's. They also advertise they are BBB accredited (they have an F rating). If this is their $100 hustle, maybe it's the best thing they have going, cause they're honestly too bush league to operate a legit business. read more

Thank You!!! Prompt response, Great customer service, On time! This was my smoothest moving and we loved it. As a single parent moves are scary specially because we don't have the proper help... CA movers moved everything for me the way I wanted, they handle my items with care and everything arrived in the same conditions and in the time that we agreed, I also had follow up call to make sure everything was properly taken care of and that I was fully satisfied with their service, and I was 100%. read more

Ceaser was really fast, friendly and prompt in responding and they did their best to ensure that my request for move was taken care as fast as possible. I'd highly recommend his services. read more

Everyone stay away from these guys! These are not genuine business people. First of all, they took two weeks to give me the quote, and after multiple phone calls, they sent a quote, only to change it later with Micky-mouse adjustments! Not trustworthy to begin with, only God knows what they would do your furniture during the move. read more

CA Movers doesn't have many reviews on Yelp yet, but they are a company that recently split out from MC Movers, a well-established and top-rated moving company in the Bay Area. A number of experienced employees from MC switched over to CA to help establish the business, so you can trust that movers at CA know what they are doing. I called MC to request a quote and was directed to CA who was running an introductory promotion. With the more affordable price, I decided to try out CA. Come moving day, 3 men came a bit early with a 26' truck, loaded everything up, moved all the items to my new location, and moved all the furniture and boxes into my new apartment. No damage to anything as far as I can see. Not much else to say here - the best move is one where there are no surprises. Some of the men did not speak English very well, but everyone was professional, friendly, careful and got the job done quickly. Compared with some other moving services I've used in the past, the men always seemed to be working hard the entire time without taking any noticeable breaks. The team worked well together and seemed to have good vibe. Reasonable price, friendly and professional, efficient and hard-working. Highly recommended. read more

I had a great experience with CA Movers! Cesar was quick to respond to messages and offered a great price! Did a house move. Cesar and his team were professional, competent, and hardworking. High recommend.

There are too many reasons to say why this company got our vote! From the very beginning in dealing with them on the phone and speaking with Nick they were kind and very pleasant answering all our questions. Even during this difficult time with the pandemic happening and us changing our move date several times they still maintained their patience and professionalism. The moving team showed up with gloves and masks and were respectful under the circumstances. They took the care in wrapping up our furniture and moved very efficiently busting their tails till the job was done. Mack was an absolute delight in taking charge of all that needed to be done and their prices were hard to beat. We highly recommend CA Movers for a stress free and easy experience. They were prompt and professional, moving my family out of our 3 bedroom home in the South Bay and into a larger home in the East Bay. Cesar provided a very competitive estimate, both hourly and flat fee. I went with the flat fee. Happy to report that not a single thing was damaged and they disassembled and reassembled all my furniture to its original state. This is my second time using them for a move and I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

If you are looking for a group of friendly guys to show up, and then completely mess up your move, this is the company for you. Moved from Menlo Park to SF, and I believe that every piece of furniture was damaged. The crazy thing is that I was paying the hourly, and yet they rushed through the job, while constantly begging for a big tip. I would have paid for more hours, or for movers that were strong enough to move my stuff. I got neither. Don't bother submitting claims for damaged items, you will never be reimbursed. Let me help you. Avoid these guys like the plague! read more

My Wife and I recently hired CA Movers LLC to make a big move from San Jose, Ca to Reno, NV. Both my wife and I are in our early 60s so we needed someone to come to our Apartment, review everything we had, and give me a quote on not only moving it, but also packing everything. I knew that it would cost a bit more then us renting a U-Haul and doing it ourselves, but with our work schedules and all, there was no time for us to really pack up everything, so we called in the Professionals. Cesar came and did the walk-thru, and gave us a quote, as did 2 other moving companies. We went with CA Movers LLC only because we felt that this person and his company would do the job we needed, when we needed it done, and do the same on the other end when we received it. On August 17th at 8am right on time, Cesar and his crew showed up to our apartment and started their work of packing and moving. My wife and I stayed out of their way and stayed on the back patio drinking coffee and watching. I was amazed that by 11am everything was packed-up and moved into the trailer that was provided by CA Movers LLC to transport our belonging. We spent the rest of that day and the next cleaning, and on Friday Aug 19th I loaded our car with the essential items we needed, including our Cat and headed for Reno where we spent the night in a pet friendly hotel. Saturday morning Aug 20th at 11am was the date and time the our trailer was due to arrive. And right on the dot, our trailer appeared in-front of our new much bigger 2 bedroom apartment in Reno, NV. Cesar let me know that there was a slight problem with his crew, they had a flat tire and were waiting on AAA to arrive, but he said that wasn't a issue with our things and that he would begin to unload and move our belongings into our new place, and that was with only him and a female traveler, which I believe was his wife. I think it was about 2pm when they were done moving everything in, setting everything up and were packed-up and headed back to the Bay Area by 3pm. Again, this was only done by 2 people. By the time his crew called and let Cesar know they were on the way, Cesar let them know the job was done. Over the next 2 days my wife and I opened boxes and put away clothes, silverware, dishes and such. I want to point out that Not 1 Item we had was Lost or Broken, this is an AMAZING Company. And I HIGHLY recommend CA. Movers LLC for your next move. Call Cesar at (650) 864-2455 or (650) 684-3035 read more

X Caesar and his crew did a great job! They move my things from San Jose to storage area and everything was packed and rap to protect my furniture.
