Requested help loading our Uhaul the day before our move and I couldn't recommend iMoving enough! Booked them for 2 hours and Bechir and Hatem were our movers. Both were friendly and knowledgeable and effective with loading all of our belongings. We rented a 15 footer and had 4 rooms worth of stuff and we ended up with a couple feet of extra space due to the impeccable loading into the Uhaul. I have called over 10 places about getting a 300 lbs unit delivered to my business that was only 10 min away. Everyone's minimum was 3 hours trying to charge me $700 $800 for a job that will take 30 minutes altogether. This company was the only company that would take on that task and getting it up 8 steps into my business which was probably the most difficult part. It took 4 guys and they made it up those steps no problem. I was stressing out so bad wondering how I'm going to get this unit to business. So I am so grateful for this company and will only be using them in the future because they get the job done, and other companies should take notice and stop charging 3 hour minimum fee for a 30 minute job. Pros: - AMAZING Communication - Arrives early - Attention to detail - Professional and friendly - Spectacular time management (3 hours and they were DONE) - Owns a truck (no way any of this was going to fit in my Prius) - Great pricing for moving! Cons: - We're not friends in real life! I had the worst move of probably my life moving from San Mateo to San Carlos. My original movers flaked on me and I realized I had to do it mostly by myself. I hired Bechir to help me with the heavy stuff (I couldn't do it alone) and he was immediately responsive. He arrived early ready to go with his truck and a second helper and they moved all of my heavy things without any problems (and with a great attitude- despite it being hot and heavy items). The heaviest item was my grandfather's SOLID oak bar and they treated it and each piece they moved as if it was their own. I enjoyed getting to know him a little bit (he speaks a French/Arabic dialect from Tunisia and loves motorcycles) and I hope he's available if I ever need anything moved.
