Best moving experience!!…read more It was our first time moving experience and thank goodness everything ended up pretty well. All thanks to Flex movers and their team members, they were excellent. I found this service on yelp (Thanks to yelp). I initially filtered three other services and among all of them, flex was the only company that quoted nominal moving price, $104 per hour cash or $114 per hour credit for two movers and a truck. Most importantly, flex was the only company to give an appointment in a very short notice. Really appreciate their welcoming and accommodating service. Truck, gas, mileage from pick up to drop off location, blankets, free use of wardrobe boxes and unlimited tape and shrink wrap are all included in their service. We initially expected moving duration to be 4 hours but eventually it doubled and took 8 hours. We surely underestimated our items(ha ha!). We wanted them to set up our bed frames and few other furnitures at our new home on the same day. So altogether these became added reasons for the delay. Both movers patiently wrapped all our items, without any damage and didn't complain anything about the delay and rather helped us to a great extent, not minding to work until midnight. As we started moving only in the evening, work got extended until midnight and we (the hubby and me) were stressed and worried about it. But, big thanks to the two of them, who literally managed the work load of 3 to 4 people quite well and to again mention, with no complaints from their end at all. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations and the service was prompt, non-interrupted, extremely helpful and understanding. We would definitely use the same in the future and will recommend the business to our friends and families as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLEX MOVERS!!!

The move was not even completed! 1/4 of our belongings are still at the old house. We have been going rounds with customer service. Defend, deny and delay. They took a page out of UHC's book. They were the ONLY company to do an in person walk-through of the apartment we were moving out of so that a truly accurate estimate could be provided. It made me feel at ease to know someone was actually looking at everything that needed to be moved and to know there wouldn't be any hidden charges on my bill on our move date. I was given a (very competitive) hourly rate plus a flat rate for the moving materials and that's exactly what I was charged. They were also the only company to provide me with a certificate of liability insurance. Jose Mendoza was super professional and a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with me and the many questions I had about the move. I appreciated that he took time to explain everything to me in detail and didn't try to rush me. He showed up early for both the estimate appointment and on the day of the move - super punctual! Jose and his guys (3 men total) worked very efficiently. They moved everything with care and wrapped all of the items that required extra protection, like dressers, tables and wall hangings. They provided wardrobe boxes and even helped us transfer clothes from closets to the boxes. They had their own tools to carefully disassemble and reassemble furniture. They were masters of fitting everything into the 24-foot truck and filled it from floor to ceiling - it was like a real life game of Tetris! I would like to point out that my move was not an easy one. At my old apartment they had to take everything down one flight of stairs before loading onto the truck. The walking distance from where the truck could park at my new apartment complex to my actual apartment was FAR. Jose and his guys seriously hustled and worked their butts off. My bed frame wouldn't fit in the elevator and they carried it up 7 flights of stairs! They barely took any sort of a break. I did try to make them eat and made sure to keep both refrigerators (at old place and new place) stocked with cold water. Again, I'm so happy I hired Dynamic Movers as it really couldn't have been a better experience. Jose and his guys worked so hard and did so with smiles! I called, let them know when I was moving and the size of my house, whether there were stairs or particularly heavy things and I received a quote. If the approximately 8 quotes I got for my move, Mike the Mover was the most competitively priced in this area. When I was ready to reserve they just needed my email and phone number, pickup and drop off address and we were all set to go - no deposit required. A team of three guys did my move and they were great! Aleksie kept me updated as to his eta and once he and his team arrived, they quickly loaded the moving truck (about 1.5 hours) and unloaded at my new house (1 hour + drive time) so the entire process was about 3 hours in total. None of my items were damaged and the team took great care with wrapping my furniture to avoid scrapes or damage. I would definitely hire them again!

I called the movers at 11:30AM and they said there was a mix-up and no one could show up until 3:30PM. I told them this was unacceptable and so they agreed to send two movers at 12:15PM. Not only were they reckless with my belongings, one of the movers also stole something from my previous home. Additionally, they very sloppily wrapped my vanity mirror with a brown tape that left a huge sticky mess on it. They dropped several items on the ground outside and I saw them struggle picking them up. I also had some high end boxes that they put beneath heavy boxes and they were ruined completely. Upon finishing they asked for cash and they never mentioned they didn't take card so I had to transfer via bank of america on the spot. They quoted me a fair price but I would have happily paid much more to another company that was professional. This was truly the worst experience for me. I do not recommend these guys.

We had packed most of our items but they helped pack things too. They were completely ready with tv boxes and everything. They arrived on the agreed date and time with no late issues. Not a single thing was broken from our move which is glorious. The only item that needed a repair was the Washing Machine (started leaking because the drum springs got detached during the move and its detachment nicked a rubber tube).
