I spoke with Robert and coordinated with Brianne to set up my move. They were responsive and awesome. The team they sent was equally amazing! David, my lead and the team: Camilo, Roberto and Ruben were fantastic!! Timely, professional, careful, efficient and kind. I really couldn't have asked for a better team and experience! I moved from one house to another and needed support unpacking a storage container. I would highly recommend!! Thank you so much guys! Hope to not have to move again but if I do, this is the team I'd call! read more

My family has used Rosado Movers for years. I highly recommend them. Very professional, personable, and reliable. Well priced. Good communication on the day of the move. Cautious with fragile items. Thank you Elben, Maunel, Jaime, and Omar! read more

We hired Rosado Movers about a month ago for our move. I spoke with Robert on the phone to book and he was informative and pleasant. The day of our move, DJ, Felipe, Marina, Elvin, Cristian were friendly, on time, hard working, careful with our things, and so so pleasant to be around. We had moved not 6 months before into our rental home using a different (highly yelp recommended moving company) while doing a remodel and would use Rosado Movers again and again! read more

They were fast, thorough and moved my entire one bedroom apartment in 3 hours! Will definitely use this service again.

We had a great experience with Rosado Movers. I believe Robert and his wife owns it. I initially spoke with Robert regarding moving us. He informed me that his family owns the business and they provide trained and insured workers to move our stuff. Robert came across as a hardworking honest person. His wife helped us schedule the move and sign the moving agreement. We had to reschedule our move a couple of times. Robert and his wife worked with us to reschedule the move according to our and their availability. On moving day, the movers showed up on time. All of them were very polite and knew what they were doing. We pretty much got out of the way after showing them where all the stuff was. They were gentle with our stuff and knew how to move everything. They even disassembled our beds before loading them in the truck and put them back together after the move. We had a great experience with Rosado movers and are thankful for all the hard work they did for us. Good job Rosado movers! read more

This is a long over-due positive review. Rosado's team helped us move in Summer 2020. They were responsive, on-time, careful, respectful and efficient. Very good covid protocols. Highly recommended. read more

We needed our new washer installed and the old one taken away. Rosado movers were able to fit us in same-day, and give us a great deal. They were really nice, fast, and helpful, with tips about how to care for our washer, and things we'd need to know down the road if we moved it again. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. read more

Roberto and his team have helped us moving 2 times with great experience in both instances. They become part of your project and make sure you are settle before leaving. Thank you, Roberto! read more

I would give Rosado Movers 10+ stars if I could. I highly recommend them for any moving job. Rosado goes above and beyond in helping people through what could otherwise be a stressful time. Rosado moved for us a LOT of furniture and items, including breakables, heavy furniture, a hot tub and storage unit for our bikes. Robert and his team were highly professional, efficient, friendly and helpful--and at an incredible price. They care most about doing an excellent job and there were many extras for which he didn't charge us. The movers were on time. They protected every item with blankets and wrapping and wardrobe boxes. They were 100% COVID safe and took care to keep both homes clean. The team was respectful, hard working, and strong. Rosado took care of our donations as well as all of our discards at an extremely reasonable price, making our move so much easier. It is evident that Robert cares about the people who work for him as well as the people he moves. We are so grateful to Robert and his family and team. We gladly and wholeheartedly recommend Rosado and would never use another moving service. read more

Excellent experience in every way. Rosado was available on short notice, the team showed up on time, worked hard and... charged less than their original estimate. Amazing! read more

If you are shopping around for a moving service, then your search ends with Rosado Movers. Their prices and services cannot be beat! This is the second time we've called Rosado movers to help us. Again, we are SO very impressed by not only the prices but the team's friendliness and efficiency. We will always use them whenever possible in the future. We specifically wanted to call out Siale, Pita and Antonio for their excellent service that day. Thank you so much for making our move a smooth and friendly one. read more

Long story short I had an appointment with Trusted Movers to move me on 3/28. The 3 movers showed up at 7:28am and even started loading the truck...then things got real interesting. Out of nowhere the movers unloaded the truck packed up their equipment and told me their manager would call me and left to go sit in their truck. The manager said his guys dont feel "safe" because of the coronavirus and has the right to refuse to do the job. After speaking with the manager, the movers drove off. Its important to note i am Asian. Theres more to this, but this post/review isnt about Trusted Mover its about Robert and his team at Rosado Movers. So my wife, 17 month old, and I were stuck at home in the rain with a mountain of boxes. I started scrambling and searched on Yelp calling every moving company in my area. I call Rosado Movers and Robert the owner calls me back. I explained to Robert what had just happened to me and he showed great empathy and was willing to help me out. Robert was transparent about the pricing and in a matter of seconds we verbally agreed to having Rosado Movers move us. Robert even went out of his way to come by my place to take a look to give me a more accurate quote to move out of my 2/2.5 TH. He said he would send 4 guys and a truck and the job would take about 4 hours. 2 hours to load and another 2 hours to unload. After the walk through, Robert says he'll be in touch to keep me updated on an ETA. I have text messages to prove it. The movers show up and immediately gets to work. Siale, Quinton, Pita, and Anthony were quick, careful, and professional as can be. Like Robert said 2 hours on the dot. Then another 2 hours unloading in my new place. They set up the bed/mattress and other big item furnitures. They really did an awesome job. I'm almost done unpacking and I have yet to come across any damages. Robert, Siale, Quinton, Pita, and Anthony thank you guys! Thank you for doing this last minute. Thank you for following through on your word. Thank you for playing with my son. Thank you for saving a guy who was in a real bad position. read more

I'm usually not the type to write a review but am compelled by the excellent service offered by Robert and the team at Rosado Movers. In particular Igor, Rafael, Soa and Pita worked extremely hard despite some added challenges with extra heavy furniture and tricky disassembly. They treated our antiques really carefully and took care when coming and going from the house. On top of all that, I had a health issue come up in the family and called 4 days before the move to see if there was any chance to pull the move forward a couple of days. I didn't think it was going to be possible but Robert worked some magic and squeezed me in 2 days ahead of time. Thank-you so much, such a great help! Have moved a lot and Rosado Movers are one of the best I've used! read more

We've moved twice in the last 12 months. While I don't recommend moving that often, I DO recommend Rosado Movers. They moved us both times and we were very happy both moves. Each time we had a team of 4 guys who helped get everything out and onto the truck. We really appreciated the care that they took with our furniture. Nothing was broken, bumped or scratched. Everyone was extremely easy and pleasant to deal with - just the type of people you want to work with during something stressful like moving! Huge shout out to the guys who helped us last week - Leki, Pita, Soa and Pita. They were extremely professional and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better crew! read more

Helped us move to storage and then to a rental. They were fantastic! So lovely -- they were considerate, quick, and so good-humored. Only complaint is that they were pretty inconsistent about keeping their masks on. I'm really trying to reduce Covid risk for my parents so this made me anxious throughout. If we weren't in a pandemic though I'd have zero second thoughts about hiring them again! read more

We used Rosado Movers to move from our Townhouse in North Sunnyvale to a home in South Sunnyvale. We shopped around with 3-4 different movers and Rosado was the cheapest. They showed up on time, and diligently moved our items with care. This was specially challenging since our townhouse was a tri-level with lots of stairs and a long walk/push to the truck, since the truck couldn't come to the garage. They carefully wrapped the furniture and dis-assembling where needed. They were very polite and accomodating to our requests and kept fairly good track of all our stuff. They made sure they didn't leave anything that was to be moved. When unloading too they were very careful and re-assembled the items they had disassembled. It was a long tiring day 8am-6pm and they plugged on with just a 30min lunch break. Highly recommend them. -hormaz read more

These guys are AWESOME!!! I have moved many times and I've never had a crew this good, this willing to go the extra mile and this friendly. They were kind and courteous and went out of their way. I even had them set up the treadmill in my office but then realized it needed to be in the garage and they were gracious about moving it. Special shout out to Anthony, Siale, Pita, Foeki and Antonio! Look no further than these guys. They hustle and don't ruin anything and are positive at every turn. read more

Rosado Movers did a small office move for me. Robert Rosado the owner did the move himself with DJ, Elben, and Daniela. I am thrilled with how quick and efficient they were. My items were treated with due care. They were also extremely mindful of always being masked up. The job took far less time than I would have expected. This is probably the best moving experience I have ever had. read more

I used Rosado Movers at the end of June and would highly recommend them. Robert could not come to the house to give me an estimate but did a virtual walkthrough and the rates were reasonable. The crew were masked and were friendly and polite. read more

I recently moved from Sunnyvale to Santa Clara. The quote was done through yelp, and the final contract was emailed to me. The movers showed up with the truck right on time on the day of the move. They were very efficient, and got the move done in the 3 hour minimum that was quoted. I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. The only glitch was that I was initially charged for drive time, but when I told them that the contract did not include that, it was adjusted. Overall, very pleased with the service, and would use them again. I recommend them without reservation. read more

I recently moved and had to find a moving company, Thanks to everyone's reviews I found the perfect team. Gio, Anthony Elbin and Rubioson were professional courtesy on time and got it done. Had an easy, carefree and efficient move with Rosado Movers. They showed up on time, quickly and carefully packed our belongings and unpacked all of our items at our new place. I requested A quote from Rosado Movers after a friend recommended them. Brianne reached out to me the next day. She offered me a deal with more (total of 4) movers for less than the hourly rate of competitors whom I also requested quotes from. The day of the move, they arrived early with an extra mover (5 total). Although 8am was their scheduled start time, by 8:05 they had all 20+ boxes out the door. Just from observing I thought they were professional, quick, and efficient while handling everything with care. They also took the time to wrap large/bulky furniture. Thank you Anthony, Gio, Elbin, Robinson, and Yago - you guys did an amazing job! read more

We had a good moving experience until the end when we were to pay for their services. We were quoted a price for the job but only to discover that there were a myriad of EXTRA charges that were not specified in the beginning. Be sure to ask up front, and receive any extra cost quote, so there are no surprises. Get a contract. read more

If I could give them six stars I would. There are those people in this world that no wet honesty, integrity, quality and really being there for others and these are those people. Not only did they Answer my call immediately but they also answered my request immediately at a reasonable quote and we're by far the most efficient and caring Movers I've ever had. If you want to be taken care of fully, these are your guys. Sydney and Robert were by far the best and I recommend them to everyone. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Thank you guys so much for all of your help and for your care for my new home. read more

We used rosado movers when we moved cross-country, so we used online reviews to decide to book with them when we arrived to California. We had them meet us at our pod storage, and they were on time. They noticed some of our items broke during the move (our fault packing the pod) and let us know they can box for us next time. They unloaded the pod, loaded their truck, drove to our home, unloaded all in 4 hours. They accidentally charged us for their return trip and they refunded us once we reached out to the office. They were helpful and said we would get a discount if we use them again. We will move again in July so they will be hearing from us soon. Nice family run business. read more

Best moving service in the Bay Area. We called the day before we needed to move and they were available the next day. They arrived at 7:56 am with a truck and moving supplies. Omar, Oscar, Joel and Jaime were amazing - super fast and efficient. They were very careful with our things and super friendly as well. Will use them for moving in the future. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Rosado Movers. From my first contact in which I received an immediate call back from Robert, to his willingness to accommodate my requested date and the move of my small load, to the actual move, I was so impressed. When the men came to move my things, they were respectful, friendly, and careful about wrapping and carrying things and placing them where I asked, putting booties on every time they entered my home, and the new place. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! read more

Very timely and transparent communication around scheduling and quote. I had to do my move in two separate waves, since part of my furniture was used for staging the house for sale. Rosado Movers offered me to do an hourly option, for packing and moving day 1, and later moving larger item once the house was sold and staging could be discontinued. The team is super efficient, patient, respectful, and careful. Big thanks to the team Anthony, Paya, Leki and Maya who with a great attitude did an immense amount of work in the afternoon until late evening on short notice (their second job of the day, but they were tireless). Thank you and will use again! read more

My husband and I were in a pretty unique situation where we had been staying in my Aunt's condo for a few years, but she needed to move back and needed to move back FAST (like yesterday). Normally, we would do the packing ourselves, rent a u-haul, buy some beer and pizza and enlist some friends to help us. However, given the time frame and the circumstances, I decided to hire Rosado Movers to do both the packing and moving. We closed on our new place on Wednesday, and the packers were scheduled for Friday and movers on Saturday. Let me tell you, if we did that all ourselves, it would have taken us at least 4-5 times the amount of time it took the pros. They even unmounted and packed my husband's prized possession (75-inch TV) with ease. They were very efficient, careful and professional. This move was one of the most stressful situations we have been in, but hiring Rosado lifted some of that stress knowing that we were in good hands. Hire Rosado... you won't be disappointed! read more

Don't even think of using another mover, these guys are the BEST. They packed, moved and unpacked my 2BR/2bath for a very reasonable rate but that's not the special part! It's the people - they took better care of my stuff than I would have, had the best attitude and spirit - it was enjoyable to have them in my old and new homes. Trustworthy, on time, prepared, fun, HARD WORKING, careful and made absolutely sure everything was just as I wanted it. Special kudos to my team: Celia, Monica, Antonio, Gary, Luis and Marvin. The owner, Robert Rosado, is a gem and Brianna his coordinator was absolutely on top of this move. Call them, you will be glad you did! read more

I wish I can say good things about this company. But my experience with this people was not as spected. Long story short, they took for ever, the price was not in what we agreed, the job was not done as it was suppost, it was just a waste of time. In my own opinion I don't recommend them. read more

I recently used Rosado's movers to pack, move, and unpack. I would give them 10 stars if I could !! I received amazing customer service from the start. From the phone calls with Robert and Brianne to the team of women who packed and unpacked, and the team of movers who did all the heavy lifting. Every single person was careful, professional, and friendly. Everything showed up at the new house in perfect condition. I was amazed at the level of care they each put into every object whether it was a old mug or a delicate piece of art. I can't rave about Rosado's movers enough! They made the process of moving almost completely stress free. 20/10 recommend! Definitely will use them again if needed. read more

Today, we had an amazing experience with Rosado Movers. We had an emergency in our previous apartment and after contacting Rosado Movers, were able to arrange everything to move in just hours. @Cornell, @Chris, @Anthony organized everything so quickly! We've used Rosado Movers for our last 3 moves. They're very responsive, professional, and reliable. They follow complex instructions well. They do a good job wrapping up furniture and moving things carefully. They are very efficient and good at arranging items in storage so everything fits. I've found that their final price matches their quote. During covid times, they wear masks and it felt safe. They're my first call when I need movers. read more

Wow, that was a very rude conversation from Robert! He just lost my business for sure. He told me that I was 'confused' and that he didn't have time to deal with my questions. He then went on to talk about how only men can be movers and only women can do cleaning. (I am not kidding!) I assure you, I am a very polite person, I always go out of my way to be nice to people on the phone, especially when I am calling and talking to people about money and important issues and such. Very disappointing. I ended up calling around and believe me, there are muuuch nicer people to deal with, (and cheaper too!) who actually want to have very happy customers. You do not want to go to people who treat you this way from the beginning. Good luck everybody. :-) read more

So I previously had a good experience, but I have to addend my previous review. Robert initially said that he would come back another day to take away our trash after the move. At the initial move, he mentioned the price that he quoted me would "include everything". Well today when he came to collect the garbage he said that there would be an additional charge. In addition to my paying him in cash for this, he didn't have any change on him. This was very disappointing because while I had previously felt Robert was very open and honest and up front about everything, that this would have been included in his original price quote. It was even more disappointing to me considering the fact that I paid him and his team MORE (significantly more) than his estimate to me because I felt they had done a job of higher value than he had quoted. Even after that, to charge me a fee to pick up some garbage (and it wasn't a lot), it left me with a sour taste in my mouth. read more

Update: I had a great experience with Robert and his crew the first time I used them to move but unfortunately my second experience was not as pleasant. The price Robert quoted me for my most recent move was $280 (which is almost exactly what it cost to move my stuff the first time). But when it came time to pay up, Robert's crew demanded $700 to move the very same stuff they moved the first time despite the significantly lower estimate. I told Robert's workers that I did not think it was fair to charge me almost triple what I was quoted and they said they would "call him." Well I'm not sure they actually called Robert to explain the situation but they ended up knocking off $50 which did not change the fact that the estimate was WAY lower than the price Rosado Movers ultimately demanded. I think Robert is a nice guy but the growth of his business has caused the quality and integrity of his company to decrease (he wasn't present this time as he was during the first move which may have been another contributing factor.) On a side note, my front door got damaged during the moving process but nobody was willing to take responsibility for it which was frustrating since the door had just been painted so the damage had clearly just happened. But I did not see it happen so I did not really press the issue but had to pay to have my door re-painted which was another added expense. read more

The Rosado Movers team rocked! They helped me move a one bedroom apartment on a Sunday morning and they worked incredibly hard all day long. They charged by the hour for the moving services, and while I packed everything myself, I wouldn't have been able to move the amount of stuff I had without them. They even brought 10 wardrobe boxes for me to use - so helpful! They also were very detailed and pointed out any scratches / scuffs on things that were already there to document. Definitely recommend their services, friendly, trustworthy and got my move done in less than a day! read more

Robert and his team run a great moving company!! Rosado Movers takes all the stressors that come with moving and turn it into a pleasant, pain-free experience. They take the utmost care of your items and pay close attention to detail. My belongings arrived in the same condition and left undamaged upon arrival at my new place. You can tell that the staff takes great pride in their customer service and it is what sets them apart from other competitors. In my experience, it was refreshing to see the enthusiasm the employees had in their work- from start to finish. They will go over and BEYOND to make sure you are happy with the service they provide. Their prices are easily within price budget for anyone looking for a moving company that will treat your personal possessions with care. Rosado Movers are professionals in their field and would highly recommend them to anyone moving in the Bay Area. 5 stars for a job well done! read more
