I was super disappointed by this new coffee shop in town. I walked in and immediately loved the atmosphere. The tiles are so cute and it just had that aesthetic coffee shop look to it! Unfortunately when it came to the drinks and service the whole visit fell apart. Upon ordering, the server seemed annoyed that we were there. They didn't seem eager to answer my questions as a first time customer. Then my drink was made incorrectly and when asking for it to be remade I got more attitude from the barista. They were really busy but it just didn't feel like a warm and kind atmosphere you'd want at coffee shop like this. Went with some girlfriends at 8am on a Saturday and there was no line yet. I'm not a coffee drinker but my friends are, so I got a hot chocolate and avocado toast. Both were really good. We were lucky enough to grab a nice booth and enjoyed our time there. Bathroom was clean. I wish the pastries were available early mornings because when we ordered, the cashier said they wouldn't be there for another hour. This was a really cool find! This is a new spot in downtown Redlands and I love me a big coffee shop. They've got great food options which I'll be trying next time and also pressed juice options and merch. They've selling point with this place for me was how big the shop is inside which you'll see in my pics! Also the customer service was TOP TIER, the cashier was very informative because I and so many questions about what to order since their menu is very simplified and after our drinks came out the barista asked us to try them to see if we wanted to make any adjustments which was a simple but incredible touch and gesture. The drinks were perfect so no adjustments needed but it was nice not to be rushed out or dismissed just because she gave us our drinks. I'll definitely be back! Also when I arrived I waited in line for about 20 minutes because the line was literally out the door, that could change because it's new and I think a lot of locals and people who work downtown want to try it. Stopped by today for the first time and wow. This is easily one of the best lattes I've had in a very long time. I'm always looking for new coffee shops in Redlands, and this one really stands out. They do close at 3 p.m., but if you can make it before then, it is absolutely worth it. I ordered the brown sugar latte with cinnamon, and oh my gosh, it was so good. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and truly some of the best tasting coffee I've had in ages. I've tried a lot of coffee shops in Redlands, and this one is at the top. I also got the peanut butter and jelly sandwich for my daughter, but we took out the jelly since she doesn't like it, and she loved it. The peanut butter was really good, it was on wheat bread, and it came with fruit on the side. The price was incredible too. $4.95 for a kids meal is such a win. I ordered the avocado toast for myself, and it was amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love!!! The inside of the shop is beautiful. We were excited to try this new coffee shop in town and finally made it over on a Sunday morning. The service was awful. The vibe felt pretentious and the team seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but working. Latte was way too sweet. Their specialty matcha was tasty but not worth $9 (let alone after the sad service). Gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful Joshua tree/LA style shop, you can tell the owners spent a lot of time and money making sure to have a beautiful and warm space. They just opened, and they are handling super long lines very well. Yes there's a wait, but that's expected for a brand new place with such a demand--definitely worth the wait. Had the parfait with Greek yogurt and apple cinnamon, as well as the coconut yogurt with berries. Huge portions that were very filling, and the granola was awesome. But two words for you: GRILLED CHEESE. So good! The kids loved it too. Also had the ago toast with egg, and probably one of the best Caesar salads ever--it has sautéed onion in it that adds a bit of sweetness, and the chicken breast was substantial and tasted very good and fresh. Had a cortado, vanilla latte, and a matcha with brown sugar. Great coffee. Great drinks. Great service. Great vibe. Might be the best place in Redlands. Giving 4 stars because seating is very limited and it sucks to see a huge line of people hoping to get a seat while many people are just hanging out with their laptops, sometimes for over an hour. The one good latte they made must have been due to them using a normal oat milk on that day and not their standard "oat milk". The pastries leave much to be desired as they are displayed haphazardly and taste like store bought bulk pastries. (they didn't even offer to heat them). The food takes far too long to come out. even something as easy as avocado toast took nearly 30 minutes the day I ordered it and had so much lemon mixed in the avocado it was compl unpalatable. Normally I'd let things slide, but since I confirmed with the cashier I wanted whole milk 3 times before checking the receipt and then seeing half and half on the receipt and confirming another 2 times I wanted whole milk only to end with two coffees that did not have whole milk and something other than half and half is wild. We're not allergic or anything, so if the alternative milk was almond milk they got lucky there, but that's pretty dangerous. In my case, it's just highly annoying because I confirmed a total of 5 times what milk I wanted and ended up with a watery milk alternative. Not a fan of the taste of alternative milks so the coffee wasn't drinkable for either of us. read more

They have a spring menu with a Carrot Cake Latte and a Pink Guava Lemonade (they have other ones as well but these were the two I tried). The carrot cake one came with a little carrot on top and the cold foam was soooo good!! Tasted just like carrot cake! The pink guava lemonade was also sooo good, light and refreshing on a warm day! My sister and I love trying new coffee shops. We came in about noon, and they were all out of plastic cups for my $8 iced latte. I'm not saying $8 is a lot but this is what it looked like...... . Nice place but had a relative give us a Gift Card for $35 and when I went to use it it was only for $30. Relative said she purchased $35 and they wrote that down on card leave. One of the best coffee shops I nave been to from Palm Springs to Temecula this IS hands down THE BEST. From customer service to the way they make the food. The food is home made and the parfaits are just amazing and healthy..
