I want this to be passed up the Red Lobster corporatel ladder as far as it can go . . We visited the Branson location Saturday The 29th of July . My wife and I were in Branson with my parents for a quick get away weekend . We were seated and nobody noticed us for over 25 mins . Then Chloe came along . Without literally bragging on her for 30 mins , I'll say this . She took total control of the section we were in . She actually shut the inexperienced waiter down after she realized he was in over his head . She was very apologetic and straight to the point of how short staffed they where . .We were not however expecting how she totally took control and handled every issue immediately .She also was handling 5 other tables 2 of them being 6 tops . If you had 10 of her there , this location would lead the world in customer service PERIOD ...... we did also talk to the manager who came out of the back with gloves on and tongs in her hand lol , which answers also her dedication to your company . We found out through the manger that Chloe is also a student of welding and drives 30 mins one way to work 2-3 nights a week . I totally understand the frustrations of hiring people and keeping people but when you run across a hard working young lady as we did tonight - it needs to be known ! Please please reach out to Branson and let her know how appreciated she was tonight .. unfortunately there where not people there that where as understanding as us BECAUSE they didn't get lucky enough to meet Chloe ! We had not been to Red Lobster in a long time. I had sort of lost my love for it as some have gone downhill. We took a chance and oh my. This one is doing it right. The building was spectacular. I sort of wanted to make it my house. Really pretty. Inside was also beautiful, clean, had people waiting to help, and in this day in age- enough room to wait. We went for Valentine's Day (afternoon before on a Sunday with kids.) Our server Kelly was immediately there to help us. So nice and he really knew his menu. Even suggested things based off my desire for a specific sweetness of wine. My husband and I had a couple meal. Fantastic. Both of our steaks exactly as we asked. There was proper texture and flavor on the seafood. I ordered their new Brussels Sprouts. I have never had better in a restaurant even at a five star. The berry sangria was not syrup but a blend of red wine with just a hint of sweetness from real fruit. Went with everything we ordered. My husband tried a new beer as they were out of his usual. Kelley knew what to suggest and it was wonderful. Everything was wonderful! I could go on for hours about every little detail. We had such a nice meal. Please, go to this restaurant. I'm sure every server is fantastic as everyone looked as happy as we were. Great place across the board. Will be going back often. read more

Thought we'd try this one in Branson and see if it was as good as the one near home. To start off with our waiter is a little to "always there in your face". Told him to come back when the menus are closed. This guy kept coming back like a bad penny. Then the ass kissing ramped up a notch or two. If this continued much longer I wouldn't have to wipe my ass fo a week. The food was salty as all get out. Repairs were going on for some reason that was loud. I went in to eat tonight, 4 people standing inside door waiting for their table. The person doing seating ask me for my phone number & said i could not wait at the empty bar or inside the resturant for my 10 minutes to be seated. I would have to wait outside & she would call me when i could be seated. Why are the other 4 people allowed to stand inside while they wait for their table & i cant sit at the empty bar for 10 minutes? What kind of management has rules to treat customers with this level of disrespect & total unappreciation for a anyone coming to this resturant for dinner? Red Lobster is Red Lobster, once you've been to one you've been to them all. The only difference is management and servers. The Manager was very friendly and helpful, our server Madison was very good and patient as she put up with hubby who can be a handful and was this evening. Our meal from apps to entree were good and filing...skipping forward three months...we just had THE WORST MEAL EVER FROM RED LOBSTER. Arrived around 3:30 for an early supper, the greeter tried to sit us in front of the restrooms and there were hardly any tables taken! After requesting different seating the greeter acted as if we had requested something that was entirely not possible. I guess due to us unconvincing the hostess, it was like our waitress decided to forget all about us through the entire visit. We both ordered lobster bisque which we could not finish due to an overwhelming taste of butter. Hubby and I got fried shrimp-ok, my Langastino Mashed potato's were inedible due to the amount of sauce. We ate here for our anniversary recently. Our waitress was attentive and polite. The food however was bland and left much to be desired. We knew immediately that some parts of our meal were microwaved and others had been under a lamp for a while. We spent $80 for what we thought would be a nice dinner to celebrate 3 years of marriage, but instead we ended up eating half of our meals and saying a quick NO THANK YOU to a take home box. read more

Awful service. Waitress jerked the menu from my hands to show me the specials for the day while I was looking at the menu. After receiving my food didn't see the waitress again until she brought me my bill. Other tables had a very attentive waiter, highly annoying but wish I was in his section. Only giving one star because the bartender was great. Hostess was short with us, when he brought us to our table it had food all over it. When he cleaned it he just wiped it off onto the seat. The waitress was not attentive, we were there an hour before we got biscuits, when I asked for another sink the bartender finally brought it over 20 mins later. Being a vegetarian eating here can be a tad difficult. But the salads are amazing, great portion. The all you can eat biscuits are to die for! I also had a pasta dish with no shrimp. They had no issues making it so I could enjoy a meal with my family. The waitress we had was A+ all around. Never had to ask for refills, extra napkins or more biscuits. Drove in from Indiana and stopped here for dinner. It was a Monday night. Typically the slowest night in the restaurant business. Was seated promptly and greeted by the wait staff quickly. Ordered a drink which took about 10 minutes to get not a big deal but they weren't even busy. Took over an hour to actually getOur dinners. Don't understand why it takes over an hour to get food in a restaurant that wasn't busy. They were definitely understaffed in that kitchen. Red Lobster needs to fix that even on a Monday night they need to be prepared and if they're not busy it shouldn't take an hour to get your food which was actually very good. Half the tables in there were filled with old plates and cups when we got there and most were still filled with plates and cups when we left. They seem like they were in no hurry to clean up the restaurant. Management was nonexistent apparently they don't have a manager on Monday and if they do not a very good one. read more

Worst experience ive endured in Branson!! Stopped by to get to go, 5 employees were setting around doing nothing except bitching about their schedules! The atmosphere is always relaxing, perfect lightning, cool interior design, great location for me. Used to come here for lunch a lot when they had unlimited soup and salad for lunch. Everyone is always friendly and excellent service. Paul Wiley seems to always wait on me and is best waiter in town. The food is always good. We had a very friendly waitress here but I have to say that the food was just mediocre compared to other red lobster's we've been to. Also I ordered a mango daiquiri and it tasted like it had no alcohol in it. I asked the waitress to ask the bartender to add more alcohol to it because it didn't taste like an alcoholic drink. She came back and said the bartender said the whole purpose of a fruit daiquiri is to mask the alcohol taste and no he won't add more to it. my husband and I went here for lunch. I ordered the crab alfredo and took 2 bites and was done. I usually love this but today it tasted like plain noodles with some crab, no alfredo taste at all. our waiter asked if I wanted a box and I said no, he didn't ask if something was wrong with my food or if I didn't like it or anything, just picked it up and left. When dining in Branson, there are many restaurants available to choose from, yet in the off season (January through early March), choices can become limited. Speaking of limited choices, side selection was limited as they were out of most everything - surprising as Branson is extremely empty right now. The salad was sub-par in that the onions and lettuce did not seem fresh, the crunch you expect to get, was missing. The ultimate feast while plenty of food left a few things to improve on. The shrimp scampi, had less shrimp than it should have, the rice pilaf tasted bland, and there was a lovely long hair that trailed from atop the lobster into the rice. The manager was apologetic and quickly offered me a new lobster and removed the feast from my bill which in my opinion, was the saving grace next to the always delicious cheddar biscuits. This Red Lobster location is located kind of towards the back of the main strip in Branson. The location is convenient and the parking lot is easy to navigate. Unfortunately the restaurant is itself is very crowded especially during the evening hours and me and my family we have had to wait for half an hour or longer in order to get a table at this location. Once you get a table the customer service is top-notch quality in the food is top-notch quality as well. I do recommend it. read more

On Friday, November 7, my brother, a retired Navy Veteran, invited me out to lunch at Red Lobster, in Branson, MO. Branson has touted their celebration of Veterans from November 5 - 11, 2014. Most restaurants and theaters are offering our precious Veterans discounts, free desserts or free meals. I mentioned this to our server, Katie. She knew NOTHING about it and said she would discuss it with her supervisor. She returned to say they were NOT participating. That on the actual Veterans day they would probably allow the Veterans to receive a FREE dessert. I worked in a restaurant in Branson and know for a fact that at ANY time the supervisor or manager has it within their power to provide a discount to whomever they wish. Many entertainers in Branson receive automatic discounts. Most seniors receive discounts. So, it was well within the power of a supervisor or manager at Red Lobster on that day, to provide some sort of a discount, even if it were ONLY 10%. To say that I'm VERY disappointed in Red Lobster is an gross understatement. Their food and service and quality has always been excellent. But, in the regards of honoring our Veterans, I'm supremely disappointed in Red Lobster's lack of acknowledgment! No one from management even came over to the table to make their excuses or to thank my brother for his service. It will be quite some time before I take my business back to Red Lobster.
