Overall, I'd say we had a good experience. My husband and I both had the chicken fried chicken omelette. He ordered hashbrowns and I ordered breakfast potatoes as my side. We both ended up receiving hashbrowns. When I asked about my breakfast potatoes, I was told that they call hashbrowns "breakfast potatoes," which I know for a fact is not true, having been to their sister restaurants. What the waiter should've told me was that the breakfast potatoes did not pass the soft launch reviews, so they are doing hashbrowns only right now. I definitely think he could've handled that better. Also, the egg part of our omelettes were made first, and then the chopped pieces of chicken fried chicken were added to the cooked egg and then the already cooked egg was later folded over the chicken. It was definitely not an omelette cooked with the ingredients, so the egg was super dry. My son had the Steve's chicken sandwich with breaded chicken, a side of fries and mac & cheese, and a side of green beans. He pretty much ate everything and enjoyed it all, although, the mac & cheese is just Kraft Mac & Cheese, which is not really the best quality. We ordered a 3 pound cinnamon roll for the family to share and it was perfection. There was not a dry or hard part of the entire thing- highly recommend trying their cinnamon roll. It was great! Love the bright colors, the retro 80s theme, and the overall vibe of the restaurant. It looks so fun and cool. Staff are friendly. Restaurant is clean. Regarding the restrooms, they only had air dryers, which I really think is kind of gross, especially since that means the staff, after washing their hands, has to turn off the faucets with their bare hands and open the door with their bare hands, before they come back out and serve your food. That has always grossed me out, but I am a bit of a germaphobe, so idk. Just seems unsanitary. Like I said, overall, we enjoyed everything for the most part. There are definitely some kinks to work out as they just opened a few days ago. We will definitely be back though, and we're locals, so I imagine we'll have many return visits. I just wish there were more cool places like this in Branson to visit. Hopefully other places will take a lesson from this restaurant and there will be new, themed places to eat at, and for entertainment as well.

3+ pound cinnamon roll. Icing poured at the table.

Great food from a Billy Gail's extended family restaurant. Service was top tier. Flavors were excellent. Wait time was managed very well.

Only open for two weeks. Wonderful food and plenty of it!! Had the Ronald Regan and there was enough food for two or more.

Give this place a try when you're visiting Branson. Paul's Breakfast House is brought to you by the same people who own Billy Gail's and Flat Creek. Huge breakfast menu and different than Billy Gail's. Hubby and I shared the Ronald Reagan Skillet and a classic cinnamon roll. Way more food than we could finish, so we have leftovers for later. Everything was delicious.

The custard in the coconut cream was cold, creamy and laced with coconut and topped with a perfect level of whipped crème. I'm not a whipped cream girl but it was pretty tastee! The ambiance of this place is fun and retro. There is a main jukebox at the front and smaller options at some of the tables. The menu included about six different pies and several types of cheesecake. There were also several ice cream options as well as diner food, like burgers and dogs and sandwiches. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who eats.

It has that classic vacation town feeling where getting ice cream just feels like part of the whole trip. Plus they have funnel cake and how can you not stop for funnel cake?! Great spot to cool off after walking around all day too! They have a lot of options, so it's easy to find something that sounds good whether you want pizza, hot dogs, a burger, ice cream, cake, or something extra sweet. Portions were generous in traditional diner fashion, everything was delish as well! Inside can get busy, especially during peak tourist times when we were there, so expect a little chaos and line movement going slow depending when you go. That's pretty normal for Branson, but worth knowing if you're tired or in a hurry. Overall, a pretty great stop!

It makes you feel like you are somewhere fun and unique away from home. The food here is delicious. On my most recent trip I had the ultimate BLT, some chips, and some very delicious chicken and rice soup. Absolutely loved it all! I also had a few bites of a rice crispy treat and my husband's Key Lime pie. Both were delicious. I also tried a molasses cookie, which was yummy. And lastly, I had a caramel coffee whose name escapes me at the moment. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend visiting Sugar Leaf. I am looking forward to our next visit.

The food was consistently solid, the breakfast sandwich was tasty, and the quiche was also really good. Everything felt fresh and well-prepared. The first time we visited, the latte wasn't great, not quite the style I prefer, execution and ingredients are more like Starbucks, but the food more than made up for it. It's a cozy spot with good variety, and overall, it left a positive impression. Service was decent. Great the first time. Second time they left our food sitting for awhile waiting to be brought out and we had to go ask for it. We'd definitely go back the next time we're in town. A reliable choice for breakfast in Branson.
