Food was great. We had the #1 breakfast and the omelet. Wife said the omelet wasn't over cooked, which usually happens when she orders one. Gag me with a spoon!!!! The place has a general dirty feel. We were seated near the kitchens and the smells were enough to take away you appetite. In my opinion this is one of those places that doesn't have to improve because tourist come and go. My wife got the biscuit, which was huge, but was more like bread than a flaky biscuit. I ordered the English muffin and had to send it back because it was cold and untoasted. Our absolute favorite place in Branson. I could have ate there for every meal, if my husband would have let me. I had their chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, onion rings, okra, homemade cinnamon roll, biscuits and gravy. Everything was phenomenal and homemade. You could tell the love was dashed into every item on the menu. We ate here 3 times during our quick visit. Service was excellent and we although the restaurant stayed busy, we never had to wait long for a table. Staff was very kind and made sure we were taken care of.
