Mac n cheese, creamed corn, beef pot roast with rice, biscuit, candied yams, fried chicken, and tossed salad.

Paula Deen's never disappoints! The food is always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is soothing and relaxing, and service is always attentive. We got the fried chicken and beef pot roast. Then the sides were the tossed salad, candied yams, mac and cheese, and creamed corn followed by vanilla ooey gooey. Everything was amazing! The prices have increased and the dessert is no longer included in your meal which is a bummer.

YUM! The meatloaf and corn in the cob were delicious. The mashed potatoes with the country fried steak were a great combo. The green beans, baked beans were good too. The garlic butter biscuits were tasty too! Pam was wonderful and attentive to us. It's very clean in here, didn't even see dust on the light fixtures. Very bright and light inside of here! Wonderful experience!

Paula Dean never disappoints! The fried chicken is full of flavor, crispy & hard to pass up. The ribs are equally good with a sweet, smokey BBQ sauce and let's not forget about the creamed corn.... Oh..my.. gosh Becky! Its is SOOO delicious. If there is a Paula Deans where ever we go, we always dine & shop! We always enjoy the warm, bright dining room, with the feel of family in the air. The service is always genuine & delivered with a smile.

My wife and I visited the Paula Deen restaurant in Branson this afternoon. We were on a trip here to celebrate our 56th anniversary. I'd never been here but my daughter recommended it. The food was good (not great) as well as the service and not too long a wait. At our age we can seldom eat everything that I put in front of us. It's usually not a problem- we just take the rest home. I was surprised to learn you can't do that here. I wasn't so much disappointed that we would miss out on a little meal later. We can afford all the meals we need. My disappointment came from knowing that a lot of food was being thrown out. What a horrible waste! I get it that this restaurant serves "family style" and could lose money if folks would take unfair advantage of that. I just regret that the choice that has apparently been made is to throw out all leftovers in order to increase their own profits. I won't help them along by coming back.

I first tried Paula Deen's at the Savannah, Georgia, location about 15 years ago. I hoped this experience would live up to my original one. The service was good as well as the blueberry lemonade, broccoli casserole, and banana pudding were good. Amazing and so tasty. As for the main meal itself, there was some room for improvement. We got the chicken dumplings and chicken fried steak. Both were lacking in the flavor I had expected. The chicken fried steak was also cooked within an inch of its life, so it was hard to chew. The mac and cheese was good, but there was nothing special past the mac and cheese; you could get it somewhere else much cheaper. The restaurant was clean, the staff was kind, and the store had many fun goodies. Overall, it was not my favorite food experience.

Well the service was awesome and my tea never got to the bottom of the glass. The biscuits served when we sat looked a lot better than they actually tasted. The ribs were tender and tasty as well as the catfish. We loved the creamy potatoes and the okra were really good and not greasy. The vanilla butter cake was really good as well. Why average 3 stars? Well it's $24.99 per person and there are so many options to get a wow factor in Branson. This didn't wow us and $75 with a tip leaves you kinda disappointed. Don't get me wrong the food was good but just not ridiculously great.

It's a cute place with a nice little store to buy knickknacks. The food was just average, but it was fun to say we've been there.

Had a great meal here while visiting Branson. If you're in the mood for big, indulgent comfort food…read morelike burgers and loaded nachos, this place really delivers. We ordered the Pork Trashcan Nachos and they were incredible -- piled high and packed with flavor. Definitely a must-try if you come here. I also tried the Mac & Cheese Burger. It was fun and unique, though I personally prefer a thicker burger patty rather than a thinner one. Still, it was creative and tasty, and the overall food quality was excellent. The restaurant had a fun, energetic vibe and the service was friendly and attentive, which made for a really enjoyable dining experience. One slightly odd moment at the end: our server handed us a card encouraging a review, which is totally fine, but it also included a religious message ("Jesus saves"). Everyone is certainly entitled to their beliefs, and I respect that, but it felt a little unexpected as part of the dining experience. Personally, I'd rather just keep the focus on the great food and service. Overall though, a really good meal and a fun place to eat if you're visiting Branson. Definitely worth stopping in for the nachos alone.

Let me just say that we have been to Branson twice for probably a combined dining experience number…read moreof around 12 times and this blew everything so far out of the water, it should be in it's own league. The poutine was fabulous. The fry coating was crisp and tasty and the gravy was full of flavor. The Reuben sandwich is outstanding! The way they cut that corned beef was nothing short of magic. An egg on there? What? I've never heard of such a thing, but yes please. And I had the brûlée corn; which I may need to learn how to replicate because I've never seen this on any menu in Chicago, but it's too far to travel as often as I'll be thinking about that dish! The old fashions were smooth! Went with vanilla and loved the subtle flavors. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was a delightful mix of old school pub/English castle. All of it was just what I was hoping to find. Food off the beaten path that deserves a huge shout out. In a town of bland flavors, this place shines like a real gem!

Sat in a comfy table with a padded pew close to the bar with our backs to the wall, which instantly put my hyper vigilant husband at ease (IYKUK). Chatted a bit with our kind server who was also a millennial, how do I know this? The eye contact and lovely snarky conversation. My husband ordered his med rare, which probably came out more med and not enough pink for his liking. Correction on my part, I got the mahi mahi with parmesan grits and green beans and I didn't even need to look at my pictures to recall, it was that memorable of a meal. Being early January a parking spot nearby was an easy find, I imagine though finding one come spring will feel like a miracle. I'd love to stay at the attached hotel but found it's already booked a year out. Doesn't surprise me, the old English charm with its stone and dark wood is straight up story book.
