I personally think this is probably the best steakhouse in all of branson Missouri. Place was extremely comfortable and clean with staff being extremely professional and polite. I ordered a 9 ounce filet mignon with sides like garlic mashed potatoes, spinach, and asparagus. Steak was cooked to perfection of my liking, spinach was creamy and delicious, garlic mashed potatoes also very creamy delicious and had a smoky kick that I really enjoyed. Our server was Anton. He was really cool, very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Only thing I would've prefer different is the lighting. It seemed like it was a bit dark and it was hard to see the menu. We've been dining at Level 2 Steakhouse for many years--long enough that our Cut Club personalized knives actually pre-date (and survived!) the Branson tornado. It's always been a favorite for the food, atmosphere, and outstanding staff, but this evening was truly exceptional. Chef Drake Tillman has elevated several of the classic Level 2 menu items, bringing fresh life to dishes we already loved. The wine list continues to be superb, and notably, the pricing is far more reasonable than what you typically see at other fine dining restaurants in the Branson area. We went here the last night we were in Branson. First, if you're lucky enough to get Cory for your waiter you are in for a treat. He was awesome! He was busy but very attentive and such a sweetheart. We started with the shrimp cocktail and seared scallops. Both cooked and served perfectly. Me and hubby split the 14 oz Kansas City Strip. It was cooked exactly like we ordered and so tender and flavorful. We got a side of sautéed mushrooms and hubby ordered a baked potato. Everything is separate. They also have a wonderful wine list! We went for breakfast and decided on the buffet for the variety. The drinks were included in the cost of the buffet so it seemed like a better deal, since coffee is $ 4.00 on the regular menu. Typical breakfast fare, scrambled eggs (chewy and tough) sausage links and bacon (maple flavored) breakfast potatoes ( uninspiring and chewy), fresh cut fruit. Plenty of other choices were here that we did not partake of. Staff was friendly and the dining room was very nice. I imaging dinner would be an intimate affair. Absolute knockout punch to finish out our three-year wedding anniversary. My wife and I actually accidentally wound up at level two steakhouse. Even though it was an accident, we walked into the convention center and went up the escalators only to be incredibly pleased with the absolute pinpoint accurate service we received and The over the top gestures that were very last-minute since we did not have reservations we were greeted with a few roses that my wife absolutely loved and at the end of a spectacular spectacular steak and scallop meal that literally has the best meat I've had in 2026. We were gifted a dessert as well with happy anniversary on it, and that absolutely blew us away.. I have already started recommending level two steakhouse to anyone that even thinks they're gonna be in the Branson area. I wish we lived closer cause I'd probably be there twice a month. Breakfast Buffett - AMAZING! Their selection is out of this world and presented in such a way that you just want to eat it all! Plus, each day, Chef has something new they put out and that is always worth trying. Their bacon is seriously some of the best I have ever had and for sure the best on a buffet! Their service - TOP SHELF! I was there for a few days in a row and Gerald (Jerry) had my preferences down to an art. He was so accommodating and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was so well taken care of during my entire meal. He even made sure to offer up great advice for the offerings of the day. He made breakfast fun even at 6:30am lol! Level 2 Steakhouse in Branson delivered excellent food--perfectly cooked salmon and fresh sides--and awesome, attentive service throughout most of the meal. The only issue: we each had one Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned and they rang up at $40 each! (BTW you can grab a bottle of Buffalo trace at Sam's for 21$)...That's $80 we weren't expecting! As a local, it felt misleading without prices listed or mentioned. ASK about drink costs upfront, especially premium - not so premium one. Food and service were top-notch, but that sticker shock dropped it to 3 stars for us. Worth it for the meal--just watch the bar tab! read more
