As a Hilton diamond rewards member and a road warrior, my breakfast dining experience here was well not well! Being as the only thing available was The buffet being priced at $30.00 per person. I would expect more than the basics. On the buffet. Eggs were warm and dry, potatoes were dried out was well. There was a egg casserole that was cold and as my wife said rubbery. We waited quite some time to get coffee and we were charged for coffee and orange juice. On a $30.00 buffet per person. Obviously they experienced staffing issue the day we went here. Still not an excuse. they need yo get act together. Sure this is for those staying at hotel, quality need to be way better! read more

Went to the $95 Mothers Day brunch. I give 5+ stars to the service, dining atmosphere, and the presentation of all the food on display. Service was attentive and cordial, and I felt I was being taken care of throughout my time there. As amazing as the food looked, the quality and taste left me wondering why I ever paid that much for a brunch. Yes, they had lots of options to choose from, but to me, the only good thing there was the prime rib, the seafood (crab legs, ahi tuna, raw jumbo shrimp) a few desserts, and the charcuterie board. Otherwise, the breakfast items (fresh made omelets were worth going back for) were pretty standard, the lunch/dinner options were underwhelming and surprisingly, the sides (green beans/carrots/fried brussel sprouts) were just not good. They were tough and hard to chew. The salmon would've been better if it was a smoked salmon. Lamb was overcooked. I don't like submitting reviews like this, because I genuinely know they cared about how to serve guests the best way possible but I would've paid maybe $55 for this brunch, and if they took out the cold seafood bar, which to me isn't really necessary, they could charge less. For a $95 buffet, I expect way better quality from the food. Ive been to buffet style restaurants in Vegas and spent $50-80 and that was 10x better food than this. read more

This is our favorite restaurant in Branson! From the impeccable service to the wonderful dinner, everything is how it should be. Our waiter was knowledgeable, personable and attentive. The timing for each part of our meal was perfect! The focaccia bread and olive dip were delicious. Our filets were a perfect medium rare. We were celebrating our anniversary, so he gave us a desert to share! We chose the butter cake.... A party in your mouth! Any trip to Branson should include at least one meal at Level 2. read more

The service at Level 2 is incredible! We had a large group and our server was very attentive and made sure our drinks were never empty. I love that you get to choose what type of knife you would like to use if you order a steak or any other menu item that requires a knife. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi. The shrimp were delicious, however the pasta was a little too rich for my liking. They are known for the steaks. I will definitely order the filet next time I go! read more
