Enjoyed a Tuesday dinner at 4:30 pm. We were a little confused if the entrance was the right one for the restaurant as the doors had a Realty company on the door. You do go in that entrance and then to the right is the entrance to the restaurant. FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL! We started with cocktails of a Sidecar and a Ward 8. YUM...had to take it slow as they pack a bit of a punch on an empty stomach. I had the Baked French Onion soup as a starter. The Caesar salads were so fresh and good. No choice on the dressing, but it was very good with no anchovies and freshly baked warm rolls and butter. Our entrees were the 12 oz K.C. prime strip and the 16 oz prime ribeye. I had the loaded baked potato and hubby had fries. The steaks are seasoned so well that you don't need any further S/P or sauces. Cutting into them is like cutting into butter...incredibly tender. The topper of the evening was a Dean Martin tribute singer act starts at 6 pm. His voice is velvety smooth. We left so satisfied and relaxed. What a wonderful evening! read more

It was only 7:00 and we were 1 of 3 parties in what supposedly is the best steakhouse in Branson. We started with the charcuterie board which was totally disappointing. Waitress could not tell us what the chunks of cheese or the cut meats were. The crackers were just club style. Over priced for what we got so we just ordered soup & salad and still paid over $70. I'm a local & this was my 1st time to try Capone's, as I have so many favorite restaurants in Branson that I frequent. Went with a friend for apps & a few cocktails. Was greeted at the door by an old man dressed like Capone who couldn't have been more rude or less welcoming. We almost walked out, but proceeded to the bar anyway. The bartender, Alecia, was spectacular, made fantastic cocktails, and was very kind. I felt sorry for her because she was crazy busy & the servers did not appear to be very kind to her. Okay, wow!!! We stopped here after a fun but immensely hot day at Silver Dollar City for a bite to eat and come drinks. The staff went over and above to serve us and not in an annoying way at all. Very friendly and checking on us. Had OUTSTANDING appetizer flat breads and their small charcuterie board as well as delicious and well poured cocktails and wine! To top it off? We had the appetizers half off & a dollar off drinks till 6. Need I say more? Entertainment! Live singer came in at 6 and set an awesome ambiance for any occasion you may have been celebrating. Very friendly staff that were genuinely proud of their restaurant and very appreciative of our patronage. My Ribeye was exceptional, cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Really cool vibe in this place and even better food and service. We took an uber here so I can't really speak for parking, but it looked like they had good space for it. Our server was really nice and helpful. We had a large group, I ordered bruschetta, ribeye/fries/caesar salad and bread pudding for dessert. So about 5 years ago we had a great charcuterie board at the Branson Hotel. This little restaurant was in the hotel but now gone. The lady at the front desk said they opened their own place and it is now Capones. We had to hunt it down and we were glad we did. They still do charcuterie boards and maybe not as great as we remembered but still a nice stop. Ashley was out waitress and she was super friendly and helpful. We stopped by to for a cocktail and to check it out. Thanks to "red" (bartender) and the rest of the staff this ended up being one of our highlights of Branson! We sat at the bar and had a great conversation with Red. She said they had the best steaks in town! So we decided to try it. We started with the house made spiced nuts. Excellent start with the wine. We had the Filet, cooked perfect, and one of the "best steaks I ever had." she said. It was delicious. I had the grilled pork chop. Absolutely amazing! Tender, Thick, Juicy. Cooked perfectly. They even did a special of skewered vegetable for me! Oh and I love their version of a Caesar. A little house made balsamic reduction added! Just WOW!!! 2 suggestions. 1. Better wine selection. 2. A real Banana's Foster made with Hennessy. An amazing Brunch here would be ideal. Not your traditional brunch, something with a little more. Overall a fantastic find. At $22.00 and It is advertised as fresh ground, which by all means the chef should of been able to do a medium rare to medium! Well there was no pink at all. which by all means is medium well. Ugh . Bar started closing down at 9:00 and started informing guests at 9:30 that the bar would be closed at 10:00. This was a Friday night....in Branson. I've never been in a bar that marketed themselves as a "speak easy" that was so quick to kick people out on a Friday night. There were quite a few guests still in the bar and two large parties had just walked it. The bar tended made me feel uncomfortable by clearly "closing up shop" in front of all of us. As a guy on vacation, I just wanted you to know find a spot to chill and have a drink after a long day of herding cats....er...I mean kids. Instead I felt rushed and a burden on the bartender. The bartender essentially kicked everyone out right at 9:59. The excuse she gave was "it's off season." I won't be going back. If you're looking for a place to chill after a long day on vacation, don't go here. You'll get kicked out and feel rushed. read more

Great little bar on the main drag in Branson! Not the sneakiest speakeasy entrance, but very comfortable inside and out! Friendly and attentive bartender (thanks Sanndy!), plus the owner answered Q's. Nice appetizer choices included good Charcuterie Board options, PLUS - this week they start serving STEAKS on Friday & Saturday nights! But what about the drinks? My wife enjoyed her Mary Pickford, and I enjoyed learning who Mary was! Very intetesting lady. What started off as a disappointing weekend, turned around when we got Ashley as our waitress. She made great recommendations from drinks to entree. The goat cheese flatbread was hands down one of the best I've had in a while it's sweet, salt, and savoury combination was beyond delicious my mom and I were counting pieces so no one person had more than the other it was that good.
