After a great experience at a different winery, we opted to find another winery to compare. Lindwedel did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We chose 2 wine flights for a total of 10 wines. Most were great but a few weren't our favorite. Our favorite was a dessert wine called Ron's Harbor Bourbon Barrel Reserve wine. The bottle was a bit pricey but I regret not purchasing it. The crackers we got were a bit stale so we ordered the French bread basket. I'm so glad we did. The candied jalapeños paired with the garlic butter they had for the bread was the absolute best. They make the candied jalapeños themselves. They really should sell them! You can sit indoors or out. We chose outdoors. The view was nice. It started to rain but there was a covered area so we could still enjoy being outside. We met other people who were super friendly as well. One lady insisted on sharing her bottle of wine with us. We had a great time! I would definitely visit again if we go back to Branson. read more

Beautiful scenery. Super friendly staff. You are allowed to bring your own food. Pack a picnic lunch! We are sweet wine drinkers, so we enjoyed the blackberry and moscato wines. Went to this because it is dog friendly. Had a great time and good lunch. We tried 10 different wines, loved one, and bought 3. The outstanding wine was the Sparkling Moscato - to get a discount for 6 bottles, we bought 4 (less than $18 a bottle after discount) of this! We bought the focaccia ($10) and a charcuterie tray ($20). My wife - who knows her breads - thought the focaccia was the best she's ever had (and that was before the wine!)!! The tray was quite good - see picture. We tried to eat a lot to lessen impairment but still ended up brining a lot back to the hotel. It was too cold for us to sit outside but I'd bet the view of Branson below is nice. read more

We found this winery on yelp and definitely had to try it. This place is dog friendly which was a plus for us. They have flights available. Five wines for $10 or 10 wines for 18 which I thought was such a great deal. They have an indoor and outdoor area we decided to go outdoor to enjoy the view and sun. Along with our flights we ordered a bread basket which had this delicious oil infused for dipping and a cheese and sausage platter. Would highly recommend it they have this jalapeño pickled side which is so amazing. Here are the wines that we loved- Number six - Seyval - Which is a dried medium bodied Crisp acidity tropical fruits and citrus. Hidden gem in the Ozarks. We stumbled upon this place last year. We absolutely love it. It overlooks Branson and has stunning views on the deck. The service is outstanding and super friendly. Ok I admit it I'm a wine snob but this is the best winery in Missouri. Don't get me wrong it not a California or Oregon wine to cellar for years. All their wines are definitely drink now. The pluses of the establishment is the staff was very nice and it had a very nice view behind it. The tasting of up to 6 wines is free so your really can't complaint too much. Well until you taste said wine. We sampled whites, roses and reds and didn't find any of them appealing. I felt obligated to buy a glass since it was a complimentary tasting although when I went to drink what I thought to be the wine I found most tolerable I couldn't drink more than a sip or two before I was done. To top it off as you arrive it's location it is set in the back of a trailer park or storage facility of some type so you don't really get much of an elegant winery feel. :( sorry not good. read more

We really enjoyed the Brandy fortified blend named after him, but the key favorite for all of us was the blackberry wine, which we went home with. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, and there just happened to be a band playing, which was nice. The Traminette was one of my favorites--light, crisp and easy to drink. I also recommend the Blackberry. Not overwhelmingly sweet, with the right amount of blackberry flavor. I loved this place! I had no idea there were even Wineries or vineyards in Missouri, so this was such a pleasant surprise. This one was our first one we visited in the area and in the end probably my favorite. The owner was so pleasant and welcoming from the moment we got there. We visited over a really hot July 4th weekend, making it packed inside and forcing us to sit outside on the deck. The views were beautiful and there was live music outside, which was really nice, but we were too hot to stay very long. We only enjoyed a few of their wines from our tasting and bought a couple bottles of the blackberry, which is nice.
