In spite of the busyness, the service was cheerful, fast and amazingly effective. The bartender kept a fast pace, with every drink garnished elaborately and made impeccably. Their rum selection is well-curated, yielding at least four rums we had not yet tasted. Chef was working with a broken oven, so created a new temporary menu !!??!!
