So I have been back multiple times and the last two times I was a bit disappointed with what I thought was the timing of the dinner service. It seemed to take longer than I expected and everyone was so busy, it seemed like they needed a few more employees to service the crowd. But then I discovered this is a scratch dinner service and when the food came out, it was exceptional. I come to find out that this is a scratch dinner preparation, meaning Nothing is made until you order, and sometimes with multiple people at your table plates may not come out at the same time because they may be batched with similar orders that came in at the same time from separate tables. Take for example the Beef Cheek pasta. One person at our table was served the beef cheek pasta as well as somebody at a separate table. But the other three diners at our table were still waiting for our meal for quite some time. But it comes out hot and It comes out freshly prepared, because it is not sitting there under a heat lamp, waiting for the other meals to be prepared. When my roast did chicken did arrive, along with my wife's shrimp and another diners scallops, everything was hot, fresh, outstanding and well worth the wait. So please be prepared when dinner service is busy, as it will be this summer. You may wait a little longer, but the food will be well worth the wait. read more

Came here on a Friday night with a group of 10 (with a reservation). The waitress was very nice. The service was very, very slow. We waited a long time for our drinks, and then much much longer for our entrees. Everybody at the table got a pasta dish. We all agreed the entrees were cold. My friend got the cacio e Pepe with chicken, and the chicken was foul. Luckily they comped it. We were celebrating our friend so we didn't want to complain too much to the waiter, and we also did not want to send back our food and then wait another hour for it to be replaced. This was a shocking surprise. This is an upscale restaurant with food prepared by a chef similar to what we would have at our luxury country club in the city. The stake and fish were amazing. They also had a large wine selection. We were there in the winter, but it looks like they have a large deck that overlooks the lake as well, which might be nice in the summer. read more

We had the best time here. When we arrived, they greeted us like they already knew us and the enthusiasm from the staff continued throughout our experience. First of all, the view is breathtaking and certainly adds to the experience. They have a nice assortment of indoor and outdoor seating, including lounge areas on their patio great for groups and small tables for a more intimate romantic dinner. They have an impressive wine selection and I enjoyed the Malbec that I had. The arancini was cooked perfectly and delicious. Probably my biggest recommendation is the pepperoni flatbread. I would definitely order that again the next time we come here. read more

I'm torn, because I want to give this place really high reviews. Making everything from scratch is commendable. However... I was disappointed in the Pomodoro. I felt that it was very bland. There wasn't much tomato sweetness or acidity or boldness. The pasta was average. The flavor profile (or really lack thereof) was very one-note. The focaccia's dough structure and texture could have been a bit better too. I was actually more impressed with the flavor profile of my friend's dish. She ordered the gigante beans. Overall, for the price of the food and what it was, I probably wouldn't go back. For those of you that have had pasta in places like Boston, this might be a let down. read more

What a great experience! They're relatively new on the Branson scene and what a great addition. Everything here is made from scratch. We had the Cacio E Pepe and the Seasonal Salad along with a wine flight. We came for our anniversary and they also surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake. One of the best food experiences we've had in Branson and with excellent service by Danielle. There are exceptions, but the majority of the restaurants in Branson aren't known for the quality of their food. Thankfully, this place was fantastic. Worth the drive for sure. read more

What a beautiful spot ! We sat outside and had wine and appetizers. We were disappointed the live music was inside even though it was nice weather out. Our meals came and several that had added chicken to their dish were disappointed to find it was dark and white meat with some gristle in the dishes. meals were served with focaccia but nothing to put on it. We asked for olive oil and were told we couldn't have any. So we asked for some butter and some extra horseradish for a prime rib. Surprised there was extra charge for both of those. Not sure I've ever been charged for butter in any restaurant that served bread. Also, with a menu full of pasta dishes, it was very surprising they wouldn't serve us some olive oil for dipping. These things all distinguish good service from great service. We had to ask for dishes to be cleared., napkins to put silverware on an outside table. Would probably return for a drink and appetizer but not for a meal. read more
