First, it's extremely loud here. Don't expect to come and have any convos without screaming. We were seated quickly but it took a good while for the server to come by and take our drink orders. Then those took a good while to come. I asked for a straw, and ten minutes later finally got one. On to the food! It was delicious. We were a large group and everyone got something different and everyone was happy with their meal. My only complaint is that a Cesar salad costs $$ but is the same size as the side salad. That should be addressed. Steak-amazing Po'boy-delicious Salmon-superb

this is one of my favorite steakhouses. My steak was cooked so perfectly. I like extremely rare steak no cold in the middle and they did it perfectly. The food is absolutely fabulous. oh my gosh, the dessert is so good!!!!!

What a hidden little gem! We drove a bit to get here and were so glad we made the drive. The restaurant is very well kept and clean. The walls are tastefully adorned with all sorts of lake time memorabilia. We started with a nightly special appetizer of Blackened Mahi Mahi bites which were prepared perfectly. For our main course my son enjoyed the Chicken Pomodoro which was such a light fresh pasta dish. It was like a chicken spaghetti bruschetta. I myself had the 8oz filet, cut in house. Accompanied with a loaded baked potatoe, freshly sautéed zucchini & squash, & of course any steak must come with sautéed mushrooms. Everything was prepared perfectly. The steak was at the correct temp, med rare, and the veggies a perfect al dente. They also had a live musician which added to the already beautiful ambiance of the restaurant itself. Our server Tracy was very sweet and took good care of us! We for sure will be back!

Filet with crab, crab! Lump crab with a crab cake! So so good!

As an appetizer I ordered the fried pickles. They were very good. It's a generous amount which was awesome. For some reason they only give you one little side of ranch for this huge helping of fried pickles. So that was not good. The service was ok. The waiter was very nice but seemed over worked. We didn't see him a lot but when we did he was great. They need to improve on seating. They take your name when you come in but it wasn't organized. Once seated it took forever to get our food. We were probably there for 2 hours. Granted, they were busy and it was a Holiday weekend, but I would expect that they would be prepared for the chaos. It's a pirate/sailing themed bar as well so it's a little noisy, but that's to be expected. Side note: It's decorated really well. I'll definitely eat here again. I'll just hope it's not a 2 plus hour experience next time. :-) 3 stars because of slow service. Sorry. I was with family and just forgot to get pics.

This spot has the best reviews of anywhere connected to Big Cedar, and it's easy to see why. The atmosphere, situated overlooking the lake in a former railroad magnate's summer home, is top tier. You can imagine the parties thrown here in the 1920's. The ambiance adds so much, but the food was stellar as well. The bread service included some kind of cheddar cheese bread (I think?) that was delicious. I ordered a classic ceasar salad that was very good, and the bison tenderloin which was absolutely the right call for what I was after. It was perfectly cooked (I went medium), over rosemary whipped potatoes with broccolini. It was so flavorful, and so filling in a good way too. No frou-frou sized portions here. Service was wonderful, as we lingered and drank wine, then capped our meal off with an apple strudel, topped with vanilla ice cream. The whole space was so cool, including the cocktail bar downstairs, which is must-visit in my opinion. A highly memorable date night, and world's better than all the other restaurants around!

We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservations, the place was pretty empty however they still made us wait until 5 minutes after our reservation time. We had requested a window seat which quite a few were available and they tried to seat us elsewhere! Already I had a bad taste and I hadn't even sat down. After about 3 more minutes she seated us by the window. We were there for a friend's birthday celebration and wanted it to be special. Her husband told the server. My husband ordered the Worman's Manhattan. He really enjoyed the current infused rye whiskey in it. It added a very unique flavor to the drink. We were brought a complimentary chef's taste of a goat cheese on a small bagette and small glass of sparkling wine. My husband ordered the seafood pot pie and I had the French onion soup and winter spice cranberry salad. The soup was very good and flavorful but the salad was average and definitely not worth the price. My husband enjoyed the seafood pot pie. It was a very generous serving . He shared some with me. It was very rich and creamy. I didn't particularly like the mussels and clams still in their shells inside the" pie" however the pot pie is just pastry crust over a cast iron pan with the creamed sea food. After the meal we were given some stale macaroons with filling that tasted like frosting. There was No acknowledgement of my friend's birthday. We decided to walk down to see Harry's cocktail bar downstairs before calling our shuttle. The manager came into the bar in a bit of a hurried frenzy as we were walking out and asked if it was someone's birthday. We pointed to our friend and he told her happy birthday and then left?!?! Overall I was disappointed in the experience for the amount of money we spent.

Great recommendations and when the special we ordered was sold out we were able to change the fish for the same prep. Started with a blueberry margarita, which was tart but excellent. I like grapefruit (I peel it like an Orange and eat the wedges without sugar) so right up my alley. Even my wife (who doesn't like grapefruit) loved this drink. Had the Ceviche app. Really good. I am kind of a ceviche expert (have been eating it and a similar food called kelaguin all over the world) and this may be the best we have had in the States. We shared the lobster ravioli and a pecan crusted red snapper (the monkfish was sold out) and both were great. Ravioli was exceptional. Three pieces, shrimp and perfect sauce. Lots of lobster in the filling. The snapper which again was the substitute for the monkfish was light with a more subtle flavor but was served with really good mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately the ravioli came out first (had to change the fish so slight delay) so the strength of the ravioli flavor would have been better as the second shared entree due to the subtleness of the pecan crusted snapper. But really that is not a complaint. Tight rooms, packed with tables and people. Even so not too loud to have a conversation and everyone was super nice. We will eat here again next time we visit.

The presentation of the rolls was horrible--looked like it was made on an assembly line without any care for what made it onto each individual piece of the roll. The rolls also just weren't made well and many of the pieces fell apart after attempting to pick them up. Worst part of the whole thing was the embarrassing attempt to have lemon be apart of the rolls. The lemon slices were big and non-uniform--they looked like they belonged slotted on the rim of a glass of water not on a sushi roll. Instead of providing a nice hint of tartness, the lemon just overpowered any other flavor. Beyond that, they were just carelessly strewn across the top of the roll, so the coverage for individual pieces was laughable. Horrible experience. Up until this time, I would have been recommending Blu over Junto, but now I'm not even sure it ranks higher than Sushi House. Don't plan to be back anytime soon.
