We stopped by for happy hour and had such a great experience. The appetizers were absolutely delicious, and everything came out fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day. Nate made our visit even better. He was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. His great service really stood out and made us feel taken care of. We'll definitely be back for happy hour again.

First time here, there was someone playing the guitar singing. That was a nice touch! The service was great and so was the food. The boar artichoke dip is a must try so good!! The chicken sliders were good and the chicken with mashed potatoes were good too. Don't wait go try it!!

Recently stopped by Range in Midtown! My partner and I arrived at 8pm on a weekday, and honestly, we felt pretty uncomfortable because staff told us their kitchen closed at 8pm, but they'd make an exception for us as long as we ordered fast. Range is open until 9pm, so I was caught off guard, but fortunately I saw the menu ahead of time and knew what I wanted to order. We ordered the elk pops and jalapeño popper pizza. The elk pops were made to order and came out medium rare, as requested. These bites were good, but smaller than what I expected for the $32 price point. It felt more like an appetizer than an entree. The jalapeño popper pizza was creative and on point. Overall, our experience was okay, but service could've been better. I'd consider coming back for happy hour since I'm curious about the michelada style oysters, but don't want to feel rushed out.

Range took over the previous location of Pushkins. Range has its home location in Roseville, but I've never tried it. As far as the layout and decor, nothing's changed just a new restaurant name. Last night we came in for dinner and was super excited to find live music on the patio, my favorite pairing. Our server Drew was nice and checked in on us from time to time. His recommendations from the app list were good: the Brussels and Bruschetta were both on point. The menu is a good selection of American cuisine and there are a few items I would like to try like the cowboy burger or jalapeno pizza. One down fall sitting on the patio is the amount of flies and bugs. This was same issue when it was Pushkins. Not sure if they can light some candles and or spray some anti-fly substances along the patio but that was the only main complaint I would have about this location.

The ambience was very good. We took pizza , garlic fries . Very kid friendly restaurant. The staff was very hospitable. They offered colouring pictures and crayons to engage kids. Also customized the toppings of pizza according to our preference. Very thankful. The pizza felt so good and very high quality. Definitely recommend this place for Italian cuisine . We sat outdoor and loved the experience. Happened to go during happy hour .

The staff were very friendly and the food was served pretty quickly. It was a little hot inside the restaurant, which is expected in Sacramento summer, but I would've enjoyed my experience more if I wasn't sweating while inside the building. Maybe I sat myself too close to the kitchen? The steak and frite were yummy. The range burger was also yummy good, but I wish the sauce they used was thicker because it did make my buns kind of soggy. Luckily, I like soggy burgers but not everyone is a fan of that. The Mac and cheese was my favorite. The cider was good too.

Space was quiet and wasn't busy the night we came in. We enjoyed similar dishes and both tasted great. Both of our chicken were cooked perfectly and we really loved the carrots and potatoes paired together. The carrots were super tender and soft. Mac and cheese could have more flavor but was still good. We ordered lemonades that I believe had thyme in them and that was a nice refreshing twist. Our waitress was very helpful and checked in on us just often enough.

Great service, amazing food, wonderful friendly chill environment. New creative fresh American Restaurant in Midtown. Their burgers amd fries are the bomb. Everything is made fresh. My favorite is their mushroom and bacon pizza. https://www.facebook.com/reel/1378702137076919?s=yWDuG2&fs=e&mibextid=Nif5oz

Fantastic food , live music, great location! Definite must try The beet salad was fresh, mussels were incredibly flavorful but the Brussel sprouts were the cherry on top! Range is known for its burger. They grind their meat fresh daily and that translates to the flavor

I'm beginning to notice a pattern: these aren't cookie-cutter restaurants. They have personality, a playful spirit, and the feeling that some people actually enjoy creating places where people want to gather and belong. Imagine a classic neighborhood diner that wandered into an arcade, picked up some incredible art, and decided everyone should just be happy. The staff are genuinely welcoming, the portions are generous, the comfort food gives solace, and breakfast lovers can rejoice because it's served all day. Whether you're there for a hearty meal or simply soaking up the atmosphere, Roc & Sol has earned its loyal following for good reason. A special note on Janah and Alicia (pictured), who made our family breakfast feel like more than just a meal. With effortless expertise, warm conversation, and infectious energy, these adrenaline junkies created the kind of experience that keeps people wanting more. They seemed to feed off the positive energy they shared with their guests--and gave even more in return. If Twisted Track Station surprised me by the genius of Crazy Matt, his family, and his people, Roc & Sol convinced me it wasn't a fluke. Sacramento needs more restaurants with this much heart.

So- our entrees were just ok and the prices are definitely higher than before - which all places have increased their cost. But serving catfish nuggets that contained multiple pieces of small fish bones was troublesome- a diner could've experienced a terrible situation if not careful. The cold grits were also a meh situation. 2 stars for the food and an extra star for the local ambience. so i would give the food

Not only was their regular team there working as hard as they could but other local chefs, bartenders, and friends came to help feed the community one more time. Unfortunately, I arrived right after 2pm and joined the line only to find out about fifteen minutes later that the had completely sold out of food. The owner N'Gina gave a beautiful speech and the restaurant started clearing out of regular diners. I stayed to give my thanks and was blown away by the community and love that came through. They were still serving drinks and you could see how much love there was for N'Gina and this amazing business. So many people came through just to say thank you and wish her luck on her future endeavours. I found a spot at the bar and hung out for a couple hours talking to other chefs, business owners, and customers and everyone was not ready to say goodbye to this amazing establishment and the incredible food N'Gina brought to the restaurant. Their team ended up giving me a bowl of their staff dinner- fries, mac and cheese and pulled pork and I was so thankful for one last taste of this amazing restaurant before they closed for good.

I'm such a fan of her food! My boyfriend and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon about an hour before closing, and to our surprise, the owner herself took our order -- such a treat! I ordered the shrimp po' boy with a side of fried cauliflower, while he got the double patty cheeseburger with mac & cheese. We also tried their house-made lemonade and an Arnold Palmer. Here's how everything rated: * Shrimp Po' Boy: 3.75/5 * Double Cheeseburger: 3.5/5 * Mac & Cheese: 4.5/5 * Fried Cauliflower: 3.5/5 The shrimp had a great crust, and that romesco sauce with the buttery fried cauliflower was seriously addictive. The burger had a nice kick thanks to the hot link tucked inside, and the mac & cheese? So creamy and cheesy--definitely a standout. The lemonade leaned more tart than sweet, and the Arnold Palmer was refreshingly solid. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I loved that they kept the classic diner booths, vintage signs, and old-school decor--it all added to the charm, especially with the throwback jams playing in the background. Already planning my return to try the catfish sandwich, honey butter cornbread, and hopefully get my hands on one of their desserts next time--they were all sold out by the time we arrived! So you can tell how popular these items are, yum!

I hadn't been since last summer and was happy to return. Parking can be a bit hectic, but once you're inside, the atmosphere makes up for it. It's a family-owned spot, and you can feel it right away -- everyone is kind, welcoming, and takes the time to check in on you. We came for breakfast, but they also offer lunch and barbecue options, so there's plenty to choose from depending on when you go. They've also expanded and now have a location in Elk Grove. I ordered the French toast plate, which came with thick-cut slices of bread, eggs, and bacon. The French toast was soft on the inside with a nice golden finish, full of flavor without being overly sweet. The eggs were well seasoned, and the bacon was cooked just right. BB ordered the cheeseburger with fries and a side of grits. The burger was juicy with grilled onions and melted cheese, and the fries had that crispy, beer-battered texture.
