We got seated pretty quickly and immediately ordered drinks. The Martinis are delicious and they give you shaker with them so its essentially two drinks in one. We have tried pretty much all the flavors and you cant go wrong. Now for the food, the burrata appetizer was absolutely delicious. The sundried tomato and chilli on top cuts through the creamy burrata and is such a great way to start your meal. We also ordered the classic penne vodka and fettuccini pesto. Both were delicious. What really stole the show for me, though, was the mushroom pizza. So simple but so delicious! The roasted portobello was earthy and warm and the truffle oil was a great addition and not overbearing. I called a couple of days ago specifically to ask about making a birthday reservation for my daughter for a party of 8. I was told they couldn't take a reservation, but that we could come in as a walk-in the following Thursday with our party of 8. My daughter had her heart set on celebrating her birthday here, so I planned around what I was told and decided to take the chance as a walk-in. I fully expected that we might have to wait, and I was completely fine with that. When we arrived, we were told they couldn't accommodate a party of 8 at all because they would not move tables together. Are you kidding me? Why would I be told over the phone that we could walk in with a party of 8 if you don't even seat parties larger than 6? Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, I would have made other arrangements for my daughter's birthday instead of showing up and finding out at the last minute that they couldn't accommodate us. This was completely avoidable and incredibly frustrating, especially when it involved a birthday celebration. I've been here twice before. The ambiance is cute, but the food is honestly mid. After this experience, I will never be coming back. Be upfront and honest with your customers. If you cannot accommodate parties larger than 6, SAY THAT when someone specifically calls and asks about a party of 8. Finally tried this place with my kids over the weekend. Their original location is in Midtown Manhattan, so it's exciting to see them expand to Sacramento. The restaurant is nice and very aesthetically pleasing inside. We came a few hours before closing and were seated right away. If you're coming with a large group, I'd recommend making reservations since the indoor dining area is designed for a more intimate seating experience. They also have patio seating available. What an experience it is to dine here! I learned that there's two locations. One in Midtown, Manhattan and the one in Midtown, Sacramento. There is a beautiful vibe once you step onto the 1801 L Street Ste 10 property with their outdoor patio with lush greenery and their dining room with a vibrant and stunning atmosphere. I dined with two friends and we made reservations ahead of time. Although walk ins are welcome, they do encourage making reservations so please consider that as you plan to dine here. I LOVED my first experience here. When I walked in, I noticed the beautiful bar and exhibition kitchen. Then I noticed the black and white photographs on the wall. I loved it all. My friends who already have been here before told me about their famous martinis so I just had to order one. I got the lychee one and loved it. It is great how they have the second pour in the shaker with these martinis. I am a sucker for fries and their salt & vinegar fries are so good. I also enjoyed the brussels sprouts and burrata. Their affogato was a perfect ending to my time here. They even gave small candies and limoncello during the end of the meal and check time. I noticed they had a happy hour menu weekdays 4-6p. I need to check it out because I do love a good happy hour. Parking is tricky around this area. Expect to pay at the meter and be mindful of timed parking. Came here for the first time on a Friday night, there was a 30 minute wait for the patio. They give you a number to hold while waiting for your table and there's no where really to sit and wait, so we walked around the block with my pup until our number was called, didn't want to go too far just in case they called out our number. I ordered The Thinker (Espresso Martini) and made sure they added an irish cream to make it nice and creamy, it tasted really good. They leave the shaker that it was made in on the table as well so you get every last drop! The food was delicious! We started with the B&B appetizer (Brussels sprouts and bacon), it was very good! Then we ordered the special Milanese Saltimbocca and Spaghetti alla Bolognese (got it with penne instead of spaghetti). The Milanese was really tasty. The bolognese was good, just didn't really taste like a bolognese sauce, tasted more like a basic tomato sauce, wasn't as meaty as I was hoping, but still had good flavor and was even better the next day! Dining indoors was somewhat noisy, perhaps just due to the boisterous customers at the time; you'd have to project quite a bit to talk to the person next to you when I dined. My husband had said we were celebrating our anniversary upon making a reservation in advanced, but they weren't going to do anything for it. I ended up asking about it since someone on Yelp had noted they did something to celebrate the occasion. They told us they'd bring out a gelato with a sparkler, which is what they provide for birthdays. (I saw three others come out during my meal, so they get a lot of birthday celebrations here.) They also take a souvenir instax pic to mark the occasion, which is a nice touch. I'm glad I asked because the gelato somewhat made up for the lack of happiness with the items ordered. I was underwhelmed with the dishes and wouldn't come back again for any of them. We are from the Bay Area so we were doing our best to adjust to the heat and had our German Shepherd with us so we preferred to sit nearest to the tree where there was real shade. The host tried to sit us further from the trees but the tarp had the sun still beaming down on the chairs and we kind of asked we could plz sit in the shadier area and after a subtle hesitation, she obliged. I ordered the owner's favorite Peach Bellini and it was phenomenal. Very tangy and delicious with the best buzz. For dinner I had the Pollo alla Milanese and it was bold, lemony, flavorful and incredibly inspiring. The zest in the arugula and onions with the lemon combined with the deliciously breaded chicken cutlet was the perfect meal for someone looking for something else rather than just pasta! I made a reservation for 5:30pm on a Tuesday and it was surprisingly busy. Reservations required paying a deposit of $10/person using a credit card over the phone. My wife and I ordered the Favorita, Fettuccine Pesto Fresco, and Pizza Rustica. When ordering the Favorita my wife asked if the goat cheese was pasteurized and the waiter said he didn't know. Unpasteurized cheese is unsafe to consume for immunocompromised individuals and it was very important to confirm if the cheese was pasteurized. Unfortunately, the waiter did not offer to find out if the cheese was pasteurized so my wife requested it on the side and was unable to consume it. Complimentary focaccia bread was served with olive oil that contained Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. The focaccia bread was the perfect consistency as it was not too soft or dense. The salad was served timely, however the pasta and pizza took a whopping 50 minutes to be served! No cheese or chili flakes were offered for the pizza. After the food was served the waiter did not check on us and we had to flag him down to get more water, parmesan cheese, and chili flakes for the pizza. The Favorita was an arugula salad that contained asparagus, yellow beets, and thin sliced radish. It was served with a large parmesan crostini which complimented the salad well and was a scrumptious addition. The Pizza Rustica contained artichoke hearts, spinach, tomatoes and cheese. The toppings were lacking as there were few small artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and a bare sprits of spinach. When I eat pizza I expect toppings in every bite, however there were only a few toppings per slice which was an extreme disappointment. The Fettuccine Pesto Fresco did not have a strong basil taste as I would expect from pesto. The fettuccine also tasted overcooked as the noodles were too soft. When I called to make a reservation I noted we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and was told that something special would be done in celebration. Since no one wished us a happy anniversary or made any mention of it my wife asked one of the servers if they do anything for anniversaries. They ended up providing a gelato with a sparkler in the center and took our picture. The strawberry gelato was tasty and the sparkler provided a neat affect. We have been here a few times and the food is always good which is why we continue to come back or recommend this place. Unfortunately after tonight's experience we will likely not return. The service from our server was wonderful and the food was as we remembered. Everything was going well until the woman who introduced herself as the manager abruptly told us to leave. Had we been informed ahead of time or if there was a sign saying eat and get out we would have been more mindful of occupying a table. If we were disrupting others from enjoying their food I'd also understand but this was not the case. It was not very busy at the restaurant and there were plenty of open tables so there wasn't a pressing need to push us out. We got to sit outside and really enjoyed the ambiance of being outside. I got the Hipster cocktail and it was really yummy. I would definitely drink that again. The super cool thing is they give you the rest of your drink in a shaker so it feels like having 2-3 drinks. The second time we went, my friend and I each got a delicious pasta dish. We started with the B&B (Brussels and Bacon) and the Cajun Spicy Fries. The Brussels sprouts were well done with great flavor from the drizzle. The Cajun fries were cooked nicely and paired well with the aioli. For our mains, we ordered the shrimp linguine and the Forestale Pizza. The shrimp linguine had a light, tasty sauce, though I wish the shrimp came without the tails. The Forestale Pizza was excellent--traditional Neapolitan style, with caramelized onions adding a nice sweetness that balanced the savory goat cheese. Really good pizza. We finished with the Gelato Sandwich. We were hoping for a bit more from this one; the cookies were extremely sweet, though the gelato itself was tasty. I'd probably skip this dessert next time. A group of us went to celebrate a birthday celebration. And Pazza Notte did not even try to accommodate us. Communication is key! And they failed. I called for reservations two weeks in advance for a party of seven. I was told they could not take reservations for parties over six. They then said, "no worries though, come on in and put your name down, while we can't take reservations you will be added to the list and our restaurant is large enough so we will be able to seat you all no problem." I totally understood and appreciated that we were able to add our names to the waiting list. And celebrate the birthday girl. Well, on 7/11/2026, this was not the case. We got there at 6:30 and were told we couldn't be added to the list until after 8:00. Wow! I just spoke to them and they assured me it was no problem. The manager was condescending. No empathy. No customer service. Horrible listening skills. Just matter of fact. We left and were accommodated and enjoyed dinner elsewhere. Pazza lost out on $700. Will not try this place again. read more

Finally stopped in for a post birthday celebration. I love the calamari fritti that was battered to achieve the perfect crispiness. It paired nicely with the duo of lemon caper sauce. I did not care for the marinara sauce as it was overly sour tasting. The pappardelle di mare was my favorite dish. I love the ribbon pasta with shrimp, calamari, and clams in a sherry shallot cream sauce. Will definitely order this on my next visit. The gamberi alla diavola was just okay. My first time trying margherita alla napolitana and it was surprisingly good, even though I prefer animal protein on my pizzas. The best tiramisu I've had in the Sacramento area. It was very creamy and delicious. Definitely will dine in again. read more
