When I complained about my food today the owner came out, genuinely wanted to know the issue, replaced my meal and didn't charge for our meals. Tricia was so kind and grateful for her customers. But that's not a bad thing. You can count on a pretty decent omelette for a smallish town. I chose the veggie omelette with potatoes and a biscuit. Unique twist: the veg omelette has garlic and sprouts. But you can customize it. The potatoes were However the biscuit seemed over worked. Delicious butter and jam served with the biscuit made everything better. Again, the potatoes were exceptional. Some were crispy. All were par cooked. Seasoning was perfect. I've been here a couple times, both times in a large group. Calling ahead and making reservations is clutch here, as it can be very busy. When the weather is nice sitting outside is awesome. It's shaded and pleasant. They do allow dogs to sit outside, and I did witness a doggy disagreement, so if you are dog averse maybe ask to be seated inside. The service is wonderful. They are very attentive and all look like they are hustling. It is a wonderful experience to know that they care about their customers. Drinks are constantly refilled, and they constantly check in on you in a non annoying way. The food is where I disagree with most of the reviews here. My first time there I got the corned beef and hash. The corned beef was great, the potatoes could be so much better though. They need to be crisp and well seasoned, they were neither. Maybe you can ask for them extra crispy? The next time I visited I had a BBQ chicken sandwich. The chicken was kinda dry, the sauce tasted good though. I also didn't like how it was assembled, it seemed kinda tossed on the bun and sent out. They are so busy here, and I wish they would just take a little extra time in the kitchen to make the food as great as the service. This is like a 3.5 star, with the great service and the decent food. Would I ever come here out of choice? Probably not. Would I throw up a big fuss if friends wanted to come here? Our first time here and it was very good!! We went after church on a Sunday and people were waiting outside! It was packed! That's always a great sign. We waited almost 30 minutes BUT it was worth the wait. Our Waitress MARY was not only beautiful but super sweet!! Everyone there was very friendly. My husband got the omelet with fruit instead of the potatoes and he loved it. I ordered the garden salad with their delicious maple vinaigrette and a side of crumbled blue cheese. We finally made it to Four Sisters Cafe, and it is absolutely the best breakfast/lunch restaurant we've tried since moving here a year ago. The food, service, and ambiance were all terrific and made for a comfortable, delicious experience we will be returning to soon. We had tried going there once before about 6 months ago, but the wait was too long for our schedule that day. Yesterday, our party of four showed up at 11, and the wait was only 10 minutes. Our server, Kristin, was amazing. She answered our questions perfectly and without hesitation; she was always there to refill iced tea and bring anything additional we needed - the service was flawless in every way. We were at a booth for four, and the booths are comfortable and clean. The layout of the restaurant is efficient, and perfect for the dining experience FSC is offering. And the food? Off the charts 5/5! I hadn't had pancakes in a long time, so I ordered the blueberry pancakes. The two pancakes were both massive and delicious. Fresh blueberries in the batter and on top, and they were perfectly ripe and flavorful. I can't envision anyone actually finishing all of it, but I was happy to take home leftovers. The pancakes were fluffy and light, among the best I have ever had. I also had a side of the house-cured bacon, which I requested crispy, and which arrived perfectly crispy and delicious. Mrs. K had the blue cheese burger and loved it. I was granted a taste, and I agreed. Juicy, prepared exactly as ordered, and served with exceptional fries that were crispy outside and soft inside. Our friends had various forms of eggs and bacon, including a dish FSC calls Beggin' For Bacon. The egg dishes looked perfect, and our friends confirmed they tasted as perfect as they looked. Came on a Sunday around 12:45pm and it was a 15min wait for 2 of us. We were seated in their outside patio area which was great! Our server was friendly and always made sure our coffee cup was topped off. Food came out quick even though they were busy, but my favorite of what we got was the Mango stuffed French toast. I'd never tried four sister's cafe, but saw it on yelp and decided to try it. I was not disappointed. We were greeted immediately when we walked in and were seated. Our servers name was Jessica. I ordered lemonade, which was very good and a cheeseburger with fries and a side salad. Person #2 ordered a French dip. An extra crispy fries and an iced tea. The meal came pretty quickly. Everything was great! The lemonade was so refreshing. I was surprised with the side salad, because it was huge and had everything on it, with creamy dill dressing. Lily is superb, best customer service yet with her as my server. Customer service isn't like this anymore. She smiles the entire time, patient and attentive. Hostess- stared at me blank faced the entire time when I said "Hello, 2 please" blank face. Then another hostess was talking to me very loudly like I had a hearing problem, asked me if I wanted to be seated on the patio with no expression as well. They didn't seem like they liked to work there. We sat out in the patio for the first time and we didn't feel any wind. The heaters were on and it is nice and cozy. My feta omelette was excellent. Great overall American brunch spot . What stands out to me is the amazing service . Ellie was a friendly and welcoming server who made sure we had everything we needed . They have outdoor seating available and we chose to sit outside . We really enjoyed sitting outside since it was quieter and more relaxed than the inside . The california eggs Benedict don't have as much hollandaise as I would have liked but maybe you can order some on the side if you like hollandaise . Very busy when we arrived, but they accommodated my friend and me quickly. Service was friendly, the food tasted great, and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, about two hours after eating the salad and bleu burger for breakfast I became extremely sick with repeated vomiting and GI upset. It was the only food I had eaten that day, so I strongly suspect something in that meal caused it. I can't know whether it was the salad, the meat, or something else. I also came across another review mentioning hygiene concerns, which made me question whether that could have played a role as well. We were in Roseville and decided to check out this local favorite for breakfast. It was busy but the place is big so we were able to get a spot pretty quickly on a Friday morning. I loved my fancy breakfast sandwich - eggs bacon and arugula on sourdough. Everything was so yummy, especially the bacon. I subbed fruit and it was a good size and yummy. My husband got a breakfast sandwich with English muffin and while he enjoyed his meal, especially the potatoes, he didn't like that they didn't toast the muffin so he had to eat it with a knife and fork. Our server was great though - she would have gladly remade it if he had said something, so next time we know. Coffee was good and everyone was super friendly. Four Sisters Cafe is one of my favorite places to go eat and today, I met up with my BEST FRIEND that happened to be shopping in the same area where I was just finishing up at work. So of course we met up! We were in search of a delicious brunch and Four Sisters Cafe has been on my mind for weeks now. We both ordered the Beggin for Bacon plate that comes with 4 slices of bacon, 2 eggs (we both ordered poached) and red potatoes. You have a choice of potatoes fruit, or rice. You also get toast or a biscuit. So I ordered the biscuit and a side of gravy. My BESTIE ordered sourdough toast. While we waited, we sipped our h20's and admired the succulent decor on the wall. It's very creative and sleek looking. We were happy to sit at a booth inside. There are tables along the wall with bench seating and outdoor seating available as well. It looks like there is a breakfast bar available, too. Our food didn't take long. Just check out the delicious looking picture. Crispy thick cut bacon with gorgeous red potatoes and our poached eggs perfectly on a small bowl on our plates. It made it easy to cut up the poached eggs and pour it all over the potatoes. I liked how you can taste the caraway seeds in the potatoes. It reminded me of how my dad made his fried potatoes.... We also ended up sharing a pancake! That really got the spot! Everything was so delicious! The only thing I would change is that the food would come out hot. When our plates came out, everything was warm, but not hot. I didn't feel like complaining (for once). I'm pretty sure the burrito was missing eggs but it was still tasty. I was in a rush so couldn't get it remade. Burrito comes with house made salsa! My favorite brunch spot! I've been frequenting this place since last year, I like to cycle different brunch places but I always find my way back here. My go to is french dip, or the mango croissant when i want sweet. Service has always been great, love the enclosed patio that's heated in the winter, shaded in summer. This little gem located by the Costco in Roseville is amazing. When you first walk in you get a very nice feel. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Place is very clean and the it's always packed because the food is so good. I ordered the eggs with bacon a side of fruit, and the most delicious mango filled French toast. Let me tell you that everything was great from the crispy bacon the my eggs cooked just right but the piece of resistance was the mango filled French toast. They weren't too sweet and had just the right amount of flavor. I asked for the biscuit for my side and it was great!! Bonus points for one of the things I look at , my coffee was never low. Got to hand it to the team of four sisters, they were able to accommodate our group of 30+ after a group who reserved their patio canceled. We had one large table for our 12 volleyball players and another section for parents and coaches and not only did they take orders on individual tabs by player number which was genius, they were able to serve us in a timely manner We arrived around 11 o'clock we sat or served and probably got out of there by 12:30. As a former lead server and lead bartender, I would've attacked it differently, but I love letting people cook and do their thing and they did a fantastic job. One of our parents talking to the manager over Friday and Saturday morning to make it happen and I think they totally knocked it out of the park I had the four sisters omelette, which was a pretty simple omelette, but taking that into consideration with all of their other offerings and the amazing service they gave if you're here for a long weekend or weekend of activities, sports or otherwise if their patio is open and available, they know exactly what to do to support your group of 30 to 40 Thanks, a bunch. five stars read more

First time trying this restaurant- 8:20am on Friday Morning. It's busy but we got seated right away. We had Portuguese Sausage & Eggs, came with country potatoes & toast, we also had Biscuits & Gravy ( little disappointed that Biscuit (1) and Gravy have to be ordered as a side-as it's not a main breakfast menu item). So we rolled up at about 1pm on a Monday while running some errands after ending up right next to Four Sisters Cafe - I wanted to try this place for a while so I was excited! We got to the door and were welcomed in and sat so fast! Even though the staff was preparing for their own holiday party, they still welcomed us in. The inside was a diner but it wasn't kitschy so I'd say it was an upscale diner feel. We were cold and were given coffee immediately! We ordered and the food was at our table within minutes! I seriously asked if the plates were ours. I ordered the cold turkey sandwich with fries. The turkey was stacked to the ceiling. Also the menu says "crisp lettuce" and it totally was.
