We went to have breakfast we usually go to the Rocklin location. I have heard they are all good. But this has been our go to location. This time I tried something different. I had the Country Benedict. It was amazing! Of course like their other dishes.

Auburn's been waiting for this restaurant to open for almost 2 years. Well it's here and so far so good. We've only gone for breakfast and it was super good. My only complaint is they don't offer real espresso drinks, auto Machine style only. Looking forward to trying their lunch and dinners. Right outside lake of the pines gate which is a win/win for us.

Met friends for brunch/lunch and enjoyed a beautiful Sunday outside in covered dining area. So many delicious sounding options and I decided on the corned beef hash with egg whites and sourdough toast. Toast usually doesn't even get a mention, but it was delicious. Thicker than Texas toast and the sourness from the sourdough with melted butter was heavenly. The egg whites were cooked well, nice sized potato chunks but sadly, the corned beef was a miss. Cubed, not dry but not tender, and tasted like it had been sitting in water...completely flavorless. The skillet overall was bland but a little salt and pepper saved the day for the egg whites and potatoes. My most favorite thing was the sourdough toast..absolutely delicious.

Great service and an incredibly attentive staff made this brunch spot a standout! We were seated quickly, even with the place already lively at 8AM. The menu has so many tempting options, it's definitely worth coming back to try more. If you're not sure where to start, the chilaquiles are a must and don't skip the pancakes! Overall, a fantastic brunch experience we'll be repeating.

12.05.25 Chai latte, very good!! Perfect to sip on out on the patio on a cool, crisp Saturday morning!!

12.05.25 Familiar with Mario's Early Toast fare, this was our first time at this location. We knew we'd be in the area to shop and so last minute planned to grab breakfast here to fuel ourselves for the day ahead. It was a Saturday at around 10:30am, typical weekend morning rush time. We were afraid there'd be a long wait. Walking up, we saw several parties waiting to be seated but still took a chance. When greeted by the hostess, we were told it'd be a 25-30min wait, or we could be seated in the patio. Hubs was more than ok with that immediate seating option, so I just made sure they had heat lamps before agreeing. There were several open tables, as this Saturday was a grey, gloomy, and chilly morning. TG for heat lamps!! Otherwise, I may not have lasted. Our server, Miriam, was so pleasant and friendly, making our entire experience enjoyable and is the main reason for this review being written!!! Food was great, as expected based on our previous visits to the other Roseville locations. But it was Miriam's service that took it to the next level! I do want to add one thing. I ordered a chai latte to keep myself warm on the patio. While it came out piping hot (I ordered extra hot cuz that's how I do), my only qualm is the mugs they use. Initially it looks cool because it looks huge based on how WIDE it is. But the mug is also super shallow. I knew right away that once I started drinking it, my beverage would get cold fast & easily....too much surface space exposed to the cold air and not enough depth to keep it warm! When I order a hot beverage like a latte, I want to be able to drink it over the course of my meal, or most of it at least, without it going cold cuz that's defeats the purpose for me. Because of this, I also ended up ordering a coffee towards the end. But besides that, food was great & came out timely, service was wonderful and I would absolutely return and even bring people! I know Mario's is expanding, and I congratulate him and wish him all the continued success!! He certainly has figured out how to please the crowds and hire the right people to maintain the top-notch quality and standards!!! I'll look forward to more meals in the future. If you're in the area, this location is right off the 80 freeway, so it's convenient to get to with plenty of parking. Check them out when you can and know, anything you order will be great! All while supporting local, you can feel good about spending your money and giving your business here, without a doubt!!!

Mario's early toast is always a favorite! They are busy every day that I've come and their menu is absolutely ginormous. They have classic breakfast items, Hawaiian fusion items, and Mexican dishes. There is definitely something for everyone who comes. My favorite is the Maui French toast which comes with bread dipped in a delicious vanilla creme and topped with macadamia nuts and coconut. I usually ask for their caramel sauce in the side so I can control the sweetness with each bite. The country fried steak was also large with great crunch to the batter. Comes with two eggs however you like them and country potatoes or hashbrowns. Each entree dish is big enough to feed two people. Definitely try one of Mario's early toast locations out and you'll find something on the menu that you like for sure

From the looks of the restaurant outside and when you get inside, you feel very welcome, the employees are friendly. The decor is spot on and it feels like a really neat place to hang out for a while and have a great meal. One of the cleanest, nicest eateries I've been in. We weren't so impressed with the food and I absolutely hate giving not so good reviews which I rarely do, but it wasn't the service (which was stellar), it was the food that didn't taste as we both expected it too, especially with the reviews from recent. I'm very disappointed because I really wanted this to be our new place to go visit for brunch or breakfast, but it just fell short for us. Maybe it was just a bad day, I hope. This place seems to do quite well with the locals.

The service was great here. Very large inside great for big parties. My only complaint on the food would be that the hashbrowns were undercooked and under seasoned. They have a great selection on their menu and probably the biggest mimosa menu I have ever seen. We had the smoked salmon, avocado toast, which was absolutely delicious. However, do be aware. They are very large portions you might want to share. I would totally recommend this place especially if you're looking for something

Stopped in this morning around 1030 for breakfast. This location is always very busy but they do a great job turning tables. We were quoted a 20-25 min wait and we were seated about 20 mins later. Our waitress Angie was super attentive even as she had multiple tables. I ordered basic bacon and eggs breakfast and my husband got crepes - all was great - I forgot to take food pics as I was so hungry - need more waitresses like Angie as she was attentive and fast ... out foo came out quick too!! She als kept out coffee filled and warm ... it was loud in the booth as the back area was packed with families and kids were screaming ...otherwise a nice decorated atmosphere. Luckily I found a parking spot right out front as others were circling since apparently the hotel and fast food restaurants will tow your vehicle if you park in their areas. Mario's is always a great choice!!

Wanted to find a new place to add to our brunch list and this was a must try. Both times we have shown up it has been packed and about a 30+ minute wait, but all good they move pretty fast and have seats for waiting. They have seating both inside and outside, with outside being pet friendly which is a major plus. I have tried a few items so far and enjoyed every one of them. The first was a BLT, which comes with a decent amount of tasty bacon and fresh seasonal fruit for my side. The second time I got a Maui French toast. It had such a nice crunch, with so many wonderful flavors but boy oh boy is it sweet, you might want to add on a savory side to help with some of the sweetness. We've enjoyed all the food we've ordered and will for sure be back again with family & friends. The only thing I wish is they brewed their own iced tea, as the taste of the Lipton tea is terrible. But if you like mimosas they definitely have a bunch of flavors for you to try!

Fabulous! Way to many choices on the menu. Everything looked super tasty. I finally chose from the Hawaiian section - yeah me. Yummy. Egg, rice, steak, onion, avocado w flavorful seasonings. Included was sourdough toast. So much scramble, I had enough for tomorrow's breakfast. As I looked around the guest appeared happy and full. The restaurant was lively. Our waitress was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu choices. Food was served promptly. Only disappointment was of my own fault. I didn't order the mimosa flight. For sure next time.

    Basic Combination

I came in for a brunch meal today with my brother. We were greeted and helped out by multiple people but summer was our server. She was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The freshly brewed tea and raspberry tea was very delicious! I ordered the basic breakfast combo with eggs and sausage links. They have the best sausage sausages here :) the only thing I didn't like was that the bell peppers and onions inside of the breakfast potatoes was very salty but the potatoes itself was not salty. Also we ordered a clam chowder and I didn't realize how big it was lol the soup was very delicious as well , thank you for taking great care of us summer! We will be back in definitely for a mimosas :p

Part of the combo breakfast, eggs. I asked for all bacon instead of bacon and sausage, hash browns crispy.. this was excellent.
    Todd L.

EXCELLENT!!! The food was excellent, I definitely recommend this place. I had the combo breakfast that came with eggs, bacon and sausage hash browns and I chose the protein pancakes. My girlfriend got an omelette with Hollandaise sauce on it. The protein pancakes were delicious!!! I will definitely come back to this place. And I highly recommend it.

    Super amazing place!

I'm not a fan of onions, so I did not have those, but it was nice to have the lettuce and the tomatoes have that nice taste when it hasn't been smothered in BBQ sauce or others as it's being cooked by the chicken like other places prepare them. Seeing as how its bulking season, I finally had a chance to give it a shot and boy am I glad I did. This is probably my new favorite breakfast spot. Its not perfect, but its still great. Usually most places just give you pre-made Jimmy Dean's type of sausages. My wife doesnt like sausage in general and she actually loves the sausage here. The country potatoes are something that I skip almost everytime from every single breakfast spot, but for what is probably the first time ever, they were actually seasoned! Whatever person thought that just putting oil, onions, and bell peppers in a pan for a few minutes and the serving it should be castrated. The plate could have used more gravy, but the biscuits were so fluffy they basically fell apart and weren't dry and hard like some places. And you know how some places charge to split a plate? Not here! We also got the stuffed French toast which was just as great. The toast wasn't too eggy, plenty of scratch made whipped cream, and weren't skimpy on the blueberries either. Also wasn't overstuffed where all you could taste was cream cheese. I did try the homemade looking jam, but I would say its a bit concerning. I cant imagine them cleaning out the container after every table leaves and you never know what type of person before you is in the jar. All in all, this is the new default breakfast spot for sure.

Also if ANYONE working there talked with myself or my wife, they would be fired immediately! I shared with him that I had been joking & I stated that we would not do anything more. I was just JOKING. As for the food, there was only one plant-based (vegan friendly) option for me: the cilantro lime avocado toast. This came topped with micro greens and pickled onions, and with a side of potatoes. The portions were very generous for the price and the food was delicious. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the staff were kind. I also ordered an Americano that was good. They were able to get us a table outside under the heating lamps in about a half hour. The food was fresh, flavorful and hot! I got the Smoked Brisket Hash with a side buttermilk biscuit and the seasonal spritz to drink. My date got to the banana bread french toast. I enjoyed my meal and the date enjoyed theirs as well. Staff were super friendly, they answered questions as well as made recommendations. Next time I would like to get there earlier or make a reservation as to sit inside. I did notice outside they had a counter top and stools where they do wood fired pizza, and would like to try that sometime too. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and will be back with friends & family.

I came on a busy weekend and waited 40 minutes for a table. It didn't feel that long because I was able to browse for a new plant while waiting. I had the pretzel 9/10. The beer cheese wasn't as strong as I would have liked it but it tasted delish. The crab Benedict 9/10. It was real crab and was fried beautifully. Overall the place was nice but the food was expensive. It's a nice treat.

I definitely intend to revisit that. I ended up getting a pancake just so I could try it, then a basic combo with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and toast. The hashbrowns were cooked to perfection. Everything else was delicious. I couldn't eat it all. They have 8 kinds of Benedicts, 4 kinds of avocado toast, several "pro fitness" and gluten-free options. A Hawaiian menu. A Mexican menu. French toast and Belgian waffles. Omelets, skillets, breakfast sandwiches . . . crepes! The service was friendly and prompt. Take your fussiest eaters there! Or your most fun bubble-drinking friends.

Menu had a lot of variety. Drink and food came out quickly. I got the bacon bloody mary and the Pacific Omelet. Both were excellent. The smoked salmon, which i was afraid would be overpowering, wasn't. Actually I almost had to search for it. But the hollandaise was amazing! Parking was a struggle. Just be aware. But don't let it deter you from trying. I'll definitely be back when I'm visiting in the future.
