We are doing dry January, so no beers this time, but had a lovely hop water that they brew there and even left with a growler full. Had a flt of six and everything was on -point & true to style w/just enough skew to get a sense of the brewing artistry behind each offering. There was also a surprisingly diverse selection for the production size! They even had a collab (the Lazaro IPA w/Mancos Brewing). Nicky, the beertender, was phenomenal! Even after my 6 beer flt, he offered me a couple of samples to highlight some other styles on tap.
