One of the rudest bartenders I've ever encountered after being in the industry for over 15 years--ordered some wings and asked for them extra crispy. First off, our waitress was great, and we were seated quickly with a larger party. No complaints about service. The beer was good, great selection on draft and of cans. Giving 3 stars strictly based on the food. Everyone in our party (6 adults) agreed it was subpar, and everyone ordered different entrees. The vegan section is much appreciated, even though it was just okay. Very disappointed that they are out of vegan ice cream (and will no longer be carrying it), despite the fact that it's still on the menu both online and in person. We got a seat and ordered. Apatizer came out and my beer. We ordered our meal at the same time and we waited 1.5 hours no food. No server. 3 other tables around us arrived after us were served and ate their meals, still no food. Finally got our food 2 hours later!!! Odd for a brewery. The beer was good and the food was pretty decent as well. Would recommend for that. We had the jalapeño apricot and the seasonal pumpkin beers and enjoyed them both. I REALLY wanted to like this place. If I was just stopping by for a beer, it would have been fine. However, we spent the day hiking and came here super hungry and ordered two burgers and onion rings and everything came out cold! It was disappointing because we were hungry and ate it but regretted it later. The beers were pretty good except my husband wished they had more IPA varieties. The service... our server was great but man, we watched them loose soooo much money. The only bartender seemed so lost. She had a full bar and we watched people wait 15/20 minutes and more for one beer and a water. We also saw a couple sit down and not get their drinks and then leave because they were not given service. There was also a bar back who knew nothing. I don't think he even know where the water was... We saw the manager walk over, watch and observe the bar staff completely failing and then pour one beer (stir it with a straw to make foam) and walk away. Who is responsible for training?? Our review would probably be closer to 3.5. Stopped in for dinner last night, staff is very friendly and there's a huge patio in the back of the restaurant. Negatives: ordering at the counter + being prompted for high % tipping (if nobody is waiting on me, what am I expected to tip so much for?), burger patties were small, prices were high (no alcoholic beverages or soda and dinner was $50 for the two of us for 2 burgers, shared fries and a shake and I left still hungry) music was very loud and obscure 80's/90's mix. Personally, I didn't care for the zucchini pickles instead of a traditional cucumber pickle. Would strongly recommend that no one goes here. The service was awful and the food is nothing special. I ordered the Fiery Furnace chicken sandwich, and they dont say this on the menu but the chicken is chopped and grilled . Definitely would not have ordered that if I had known that. Anyways the food was not good and the waiter was severely incompetent. Our waiter actually had to take our order twice because the first time he tried to do it from memory and then came back later because he had forgot (among several other total failures). I was in Moab for the weekend, and I stopped here after a long day of hiking on the 15th of October. As the area was entering into the off season, it was one of the few spots open reasonably late on a Sunday where I didn't have to rush back to my hotel to clean up before going back out again. The atmosphere at the bar is very casual and easygoing and if a game is on, you can catch it on one of several TVs. I ordered the "Proper Burger" and fries. The selection of beer is sure to appeal to everyone, and I found descriptions of the pints I had to be accurate. The burger itself was nicely cooked, juicy and seasoned well. The proper sauce was not overpowering and complimented the beef perfectly. Finally, if you find yourself hankering for dessert, the options won't blow you away, but the Oreo shake is my recommendation. The shake is loaded with cookie pieces and the blended ice cream was not too thick. If I had been in town for more than two nights, I easily would of returned and will hopefully make it back soon on my next trip to Moab. read more

Stopped in for quick bite. The specials were buffalo chicken wrap and pork quesadilla. Only complaint on the wrap was the onions were strong (seasonal issue) and the pork was not fully drained off before put in quesadilla. Flavors were spot on otherwise. Also tried the poutine which was delicious, had many a bland/boring poutine and never understood the allure, now i finally understand why people like it. This is my favorite brewery in Moab. Great selection of beer and option to buy a 6 pack to go. Burgers & fries are great as well. Patio is dog friendly and staff are quick to bring out beverages. This was a great stop during our Moab trip. The service was great, right when we walked in they helped us find a high chair for my little niece and made sure we had what we needed. The food was pretty good. I had the Sundance kid burger and it was pretty average. The burger patty was cooked well but the onion ring and bacon that topped it weren't very fresh and detracted from the overall burger. The sweet potato fries were top notch. Only 4 stars because the second day we came back the bartender was a pretty rude male, that just didn't want to be there, was getting off shift and did not have good customer service. Super friendly staff, greeted right upon entering. Not busy during our visit, sat outside on the patio. Nice setting and nice distance between tables. We had great beers from their daily offerings. I sampled 2 and my husband tried one. We settled on the Marzen which was perfect. We were not super hungry so we shared the Chef salad, which was excellent with a variety of egg and veggies. We also split the notorious pig that had amazing flavor with the jalapeño and onion ring inside with the pork and came with fries. I acknowledge that it was a unique time (very crowded due to the event), but would still have thought an hour and a half was sufficient to receive our sandwiches.
